My stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the service and hospitality exceeded all expectations. A huge shoutout to Daven (aka Spicy D) from guest experience. His energy, warmth, and genuine care made every day feel special. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure guests are not just taken care of but celebrated. Rachel, our waitress, delivered excellent service with such kindness and attention to detail. She always had a smile and made sure our dining experience was perfect. Leroy, one of the servers, was equally outstanding, professional, attentive, and always willing to accommodate. And I cannot forget Shakira, the bartender, who crafted some of the best drinks I have ever had. She brought fun and flavor to every evening with her personality and creativity. This team made my vacation unforgettable. Because of them, I need to come back and will definitely be recommending Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay to friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this resort. Everything was fantastic! 🌴✨ A special mention to Armando, who was an excellent yoga teacher — knowledgeable, patient, and inspiring. His classes were the highlight of my mornings. On top of that, he provided outstanding customer service at the gym, always making sure everything was perfect for the guests. I would love the opportunity to really thank Tameika and Kacey specifically cause they absolutely went above and beyond it was my husband birthday and from the handling of our luggage to the set up of our room by Tameika to the overall genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the resort, Carla Love made us feel truly at home. Her warm and welcoming presence set the tone for our entire stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire week. What stood out most was her attentiveness, Carla checked in on us regularly, ensuring every detail of our experience was perfect. Whether it was offering assistance, answering questions, or simply making sure we were happy, she always went the extra mile with genuine care and kindness. Carla’s professionalism, hospitality, and personal touch turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. We are so grateful for her outstanding service and would absolutely recommend her to anyone visiting the resort. She is truly a gem!

Property was well maintained. More directional signs to restaurants and hours of service from suites would have been more helpful. Staff in restaurants were attuned to physical disabilities and where possible seated me close to buffet stations. Food was overflowing. More fresh fish was desirable. Hospitality staff on the whole were very professional and welcoming. Someone always seemed to be oh hand or not too far away to lend a hand or direction or provide highlights to upcoming entertainment or events on the resort. From Bellman Kevin - handling luggage with care and otherwise, inquiring about my well-being whenever we spoke. Holly Aldridge seemed to be actively engaging with vacationers and took a particular care in making sure needs were met or satisfactory explanation was given to address issues as they arose. Shannalee Gray enquired and made sure I was able to participate as much as my body would allow despite being physically disabled. Impromptu check-ins and individualized assistance with locating events and specialty restaurants locations and reservations alleviated concerns/apprehsions of isolation. As well, staff at the bar, room service, restaurants and employees ALL seemed to be plugged-in, that they were kind, polite and helpful, despite my physical disability. It was greatly noted and appreciated. Improvement in outdoor lighting after dusk on the resort, more visible presence of staff after dusk along restaurants and shops and railings on stairs would further enhance the experience.

Recently spent a week at the resort with wife. Had an amazing time. The rooms were always clean, the service was pleasant, food and night restaurants were all amazing. Big resort with lots to do and to keep you entertained. All the night time shows we saw were great. Special shout-outs to Jason and Almondo who led the pool aquatic exercise classes. We did that 3 times and each time was unique with different stretches and exercises. Another shoutout to Andre 4000 from the entertainment team. Did an excellent job at running the games, and giving us the bike tour. Went above and beyond making our visit feel special.

Our team of servers were the best! It's our first night at the resort. Our first dinner is at RODIZZIO. The food is excellent, compliments to the chefs! And our team of servers (Denisa, Shereen, Sade, and Rosa) were fabulous. Thank you all!

One of the nicest resorts on the coast. Huge campus so be prepared to walk and get your steps in! Friendly staff! Lots of fun activities during the day. Water polo mini golf, volleyball, and other water/beach games of the sort. Evening entertainment: shows, music and dancing. Options for excursions and romantic sunset dinner on the beach. Get souvenirs at The Village (far west side of the campus near the kiddie park and nude beach. Yes. That’s right). Save time and money by shopping there. They are all the same souvenirs as everywhere anyway and not pressuring you for sales. Noteworthy mentions to Sara-Lee, Akeem, Brandon, Chef Butler and Shanielle who made the stay feel extra welcoming. Thank you for a great experience! Yeahmon! 🤜🏼🤛🏼
