Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay

I recently visited Jasmin restaurant and was absolutely delighted—not only with the atmosphere and food but also with the exceptional service. Our server, Natalee, truly deserves special recognition! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. She helped us choose the perfect dishes, took all our preferences into account, and made our dinner experience genuinely enjoyable. Everything was served promptly, and her warm smile and care created a welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that she truly loves her job and strives to make every guest’s evening special. This place is paradise. Our ocean view suite was glorious - I could journal on the balcony and not feel like I was missing out on the beach. The gym was directly below our room which my husband enjoyed every morning. The workout classes were great for me. The chilled out attitude was so different from the all inclusives I’ve been to in Mexico and it made such a difference in feeling like I was really on vacation. The adult only entertainment was great.

We had an amazing time while staying at Bahia Principe Luxury. The food was probably the best we have experienced at any resort we have ever been to. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and housekeeping did an amazing job refreshing everything everyday. The entertainment team and individuals such as Devon did an amazing job at keeping us all excited and engaged. We will definitely be back.

Wow first time to Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay and it has been awesome. Only on day two. We haven't even seen the whole resort yet. Food amazing , staff very friendly and somehow remembers our names considering all the people they see in a day. Would be co e back 1000% yes. Nephi from guest experience was great 👍

I celebrated my birthday at this resort and the entire experience was amazing! 5 stars all the way! From our arrival, Marlon at the bell desk was so professional and courteous. Housekeeping staff attentive and Damian at the Pool Bar was top notch!

We booked here for my 50th and our second trip to Jamaica. Two other family members booked at the Bahia Grand (all connected…but not adults only). Everything was extremely confusing in regards to we could go to their side of the resort, restaurants and bars, however, they could not come to ours. Not to mention, they couldn’t even sit at our beach because they had the wrong color wristband. On the day of my birthday, we booked the Italian restaurant and we waited over two hours for our food just to leave and eat the buffet. This was not because they were too busy because they had many open tables. Room service Food was not good at all. And the buffet was Decent, especially in the morning because they would make omelettes. We have stayed at many resorts throughout our years and this by far was not the best experience. If we were to ever stay again, we would actually stay on the grand side because there are so many other things to do on that side. They had amazing nightlife, whereas the adult side not so much. Not to mention all the pools close at 6:00 PM, which is very strange. In regards to the alcohol, you have to pay for premium brands if not, you are getting bottom shelf, liquor.

Ashdaine was awesome!! He made sure to check in on us every day and was so quick to get us anything we asked for, (extra water for our rooms, coffee, beer, etc.) can’t say enough great things about the resort. Food is delicious, rooms are amazing. Staff are so friendly!!

Overall this was a good resort. We enjoyed the variety of activities available on site including gym, yoga, tennis, kayaks, sailboat and scuba diving. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The food was good with opportunities to have things cooked fresh on demand at the buffets.
