Loved it here, you can rent beds and sun chairs (there are only around 8 of each). The bar serves food, drinks and icecream and you can buy swimming shoes as well, as the beach is rocky and slippery. The thermal area is relatively small. The hot water mixed with the colder sea water offers a very relaxing experience.

Baia di sorgeto was absolutely fabulous! It’s totally free unless you want a lounge char, for which there is a price. They serve food at the bottom. The water is incredible, ranging from very hot to cool. The farther away you get from the mouth of the thermal spa, the cooler it gets as the warm mixes with the cold. Very therapeutic. I do recommend water socks with a good grip. The rocks are very slippery and potentially dangerous. Also, be prepared for 300 steps down and up. I highly recommend and intend to return when I’m in Ischia again.

Hired 2 chairs for the day @ €20 each. Got there at 9.15. Plenty of beds/chairs available but got busy later. Recommend taking beach shoes. The rocks, in the water, that you need to climb over are pretty big. Plenty of care is needed moving between the rocks. The temperature of the springs varied around the beach. The food in the Cafe looked very nice but we only had an ice-cream.

A wonderful and free experience!! If you have the opportunity: go! It’s easy and carefree and relaxing, after the 200 steps down to the sea! There is a huge concrete platform that is likely a bar or club in Summer, but given this was Winter, it was open space to sit, change or store your gear. About 1/2 dozen other folks around, relaxing and taking in the sun and sea as well. When you get in the water, it’s easy to feel the hot thermal water coming from under the island and into the Med. You just find a spot and sit or lay back and enjoy! One second it’s HOTT and other it’s NOT as the med ebbs and flows… it’s wonderful. When you exit, amazingly, you’re not all salty like being in the sea! And 200 steps up, you’re back to reality!

Went to this little secluded bay in March, it was quiet and the afters were still warm enough to sit and bathe in. It was quite hot and miss in terms of temperature, sometimes it was cold and sometimes scalding but that's mother nature. We had a lovely serene and enjoyable couple of hours here and it was definitely a highlight of our trip to Ischia.

Was the absolute best experience in the world. A bucket list item that I didn't even know was a bucket list item until I experienced it. The water was so warm and felt phenomenal. You can also order a floating aperitivo, and they'll deliver it right to you while you're in the water! We spent hours here and didn't want to leave.

I call it “Geothermal Paradise” The place is truly a hidden gem, offering stunning views and is an extraordinary natural experience. The beauty is undeniable, the crystal-clear waters surrounded by rugged cliffs, and by creating a peaceful and picturesque setting. What makes this place even more special is its geothermal wonder – the naturally heated waters are fun to soak in If you want to relax in the soothing waters or simply take in the breathtaking views, Baia di Sorgeto is an unforgettable experience Ps: the rocks are quite slippery, it would be quite helpful to carry anti slippery footwear

The bathing here is free but there are also pay-for loungers and 2 restaurants. There are nice toilets in which you could change, and also a public ‘changing area’ behind a bamboo screen. Parking is at the top of the steps - pay €4 at the restaurant for a car. See photos. Approximately 20 spaces. Most in shade. Some people arrive by boat from St Angelo. About 100 steps down (and back up again!) There are several ‘pools’ of varying hotness. One pool is scalding and you can see the steam rising from it. The other pools are a beautiful temperature with swirling hot and cold. There is a jetty for climbing into the pool. The stones are very slippery so bring rubber shoes if you have them. My husband slipped and cut his hand a little on a sharp barnacle so just be careful. There are tiny, cute crabs and some small fish in the water… it is their habitat and no need to be afraid! We went at 12:30 pm on a Monday in early June. Highly recommended.
