"Situated on the slopes of the Tofana directly overlooking the ski slopes, this characteristic and romantic mountain lodge boasts a contemporary feel, with a design which manages to combine tradition and modernity, as does the cuisine served here. The contemporary-style dishes (including a delicious seafood Rossini with beef, foie gras, cuttlefish and Teriyaki sauce) focus on local ingredients and are often cooked over the barbecue grill, in summer and winter alike. Although the dishes are inspired by local traditions, thanks to his long experience abroad chef Federico Rovacchi will also surprise you with historic classics created by well-known chefs from outside Italy, which he reinterprets with enthusiasm. The result is intelligent cuisine which is nonetheless concrete, rich and full of flavour. The wine list includes a good selection of Piedmontese labels, including Barolo and Barbaresco." - Michelin Inspector

Definitely worth the splurge. We went for the nine dish tasty menu, which really turned out to be 12 or 13 as they gave us extra dishes, including a small Basque cheesecake dessert.

Unbelievable experience; amazing food, wine, and service from the team at Piè Tofana. The best meal of our vacation. The Roe Deer was very special, everything served to our entire group was delicious, no disappointment from beginning to end. We will talk about this meal for years to come and will return in the future. Thank you!

Tucked away in a nondescript building, we found a pleasant surprise. The cozy and practical interior set a comfortable tone, and the service was attentive and competent. The food quality was impressive, especially the seafood salad, which had a great balance of texture, temperature, and fresh ingredients. The ravioli de plin were some of the best pasta I've had, so well-made that I didn't even add parmesan. The fallow deer was tender and flavorful, complemented by well-chosen condiments. The made-to-order ice cream was a nice finishing touch. If these dishes were served at a Michelin-starred restaurant, we wouldn’t have been disappointed. This place deserves recognition. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.

4.3/5 - The menu is innovative, but borderline intimidating for those looking for traditional options (every single dish has some quirky ingredients). However, the food itself is a positive surprise and those more exotic ingredients are well blended into balanced and tasteful dishes. Highly recommend the cappelletti and the risotto (every bite is different), as well as the dessert brazorà. The second courses are not as well developed as the first dishes (would not recommend the anatra). Pity that one cannot get the Ravioli del Plin outside the setmenu. Not yet worthy of a star, but appropriate price (c. 100€/each for 3 courses, plus wine)

Absolutely amazing. Very relaxed and classy atmosphere. Staff were very attentive. And the food was terrific! I've tried other notable Michelin star restaurants in the region, and I feel this one was the best, with every dish we ordered been delicious. What they do, they do really well. I would definitely return if I was visiting the region again. Thanks to the staff and Chef.
