Bajavaria is a favorite spot! The bartenders are super friendly, especially Kelsey, Janie and Jackson! The owners make sure the space is inviting for all. Not to mention the variety of beers offered and some solid food choices. Highly recommend!!

Duuude… Bajavaria is straight-up epic. I rolled in after a long surf session at La Pastora, sunburned, salty, and starving — and this spot totally delivered. The vibe is mellow dialed, with that perfect mix of Baja chill and German precision. I had the food and beer pairing. Yesterday was seafood tostados. So stoked. Seriously, whoever’s behind the beer and food pairings here is a flavor wizard. Everything is made with love, and you can taste it. Everything slapped. The staff are super friendly, stoked to talk shop about the brews, and the patio is perfect for post-surf hangs. Cold beer, warm breeze, and bomb food? You can't beat it. If you’re cruising through Todos Santos, do not miss Bajavaria. Perfect fuel for wave-chasers and flavor-lovers alike. 🤙🌊🍻

My favorite bar in Todos Santos. Amazing beer and the food is delicious! If you love beer and a good German schnitzel this is your spot. Attentive bartenders and lovely owners. Great addition to Todos Santos night life.

Fun place with a great selection of beers. We ordered a Nuremberg sausage and a pork schnitzel, to share. The schnitzel alone would been more than enough! You could get away cheaper than we did, but we were trying to work our way through the extensive list of beers on tap 😎. It was all very authentic, and it is a great place to spend some time. EDIT Nov 2024: they have a happy hour now from 4:00 until 6:00, and it's still a great place to spend some time!

You're paying for the instagram-worthy atmosphere. The product is overpriced; maybe I am misguided but I don't expect to pay more for a beer in Mexico than downtown Seattle. The food was serviceable, but its comes at too high of a price point. I am not gonna pay 15-20 for a grilled cheese when I can get a tasty burrito for 3.50, and if I did, I would feel fleeced. Otherwise nice staff and ambiance.

This craft beer bar is so beautiful, warm and welcoming! The owners research breweries carefully and only the best micro production brews (mostly from Mexico, which is rad) make it on tap. They also have small batch meads, wines and other styles to offer something for all taste buds. Nothing like this exists anywhere in Baja - so unique!! For now, you can order food from the other delicious restaurants in the plaza through your bartender, and they have plans to add a kitchen in the near future. I love the vibe in all 3 seating areas: outside, at the bar, and in the cozy side room. They also have amazing bottles and cans in the fridge para llevar (to go)!
