Baker305 - Review - Coral Way - Miami - The Infatuation

"Follow the smell of rising dough—or the croissant-seeking bros sneaking out of the gym next door—to find this little bakery on Coral Way. The counter is full of baker’s peels lined with croissants, apple tarts, and pain au chocolat. Prioritize the croissants, especially the pistachio and almond. They’re nutty and not overly sweet. The laminated dough is flaky and shatters under pressure, but the inside is pillowy. Our favorite pastry here, though, is the monkey bread. It’s filled with a pool of chocolate sauce and made with croissant dough. That sauce seeps into every crumb and spills out when you pull the pastry apart." - Virginia Otazo

My family and I visited Miami for the Christmas season and we came across this bakery on our daily walk. It’s amazing! They gave us excellent treatment and service as well as a quality conversation. The pastries were delicious, some of the best I’ve had in a long while. The cheese danish is phenomenal but my favorite was the pistachio croissant! Super tasty! Coffee is great too! All in all, excellent! Will come back for sure! :)

Google
The quality and service of this bakery is unbeatable. I prepaid for one pumpkin croissant and since there was a delay I got a free coffee and crossaints that were delivered to my door (and I got some free ones for the inconvenience) I am in shock that they went above and beyond. Delicious and truly too beautiful to eat 1000/1000

I recently had the pleasure of trying Baker305, and I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. The baked goods were not only fresh and flavorful but clearly made with a lot of care and attention to detail. Whether you're into classic pastries, artisan breads, or something more unique, Baker305 delivers with quality ingredients and bold flavors. The staff was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable — happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax with a coffee and a treat. Highly recommend Baker305 to anyone looking for a top-notch bakery experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

Google
Baker305 completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the smell of fresh-baked bread and pastries was enough to win me over. I picked up a few items to try, the croissant was buttery and flaky, the sourdough had the perfect crust, and the creme brûlée, unreal. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the passion behind everything they make. You can tell this isn't just another bakery, it’s run by people who truly love what they do. Service was quick and super friendly, too. Definitely adding this to my regular rotation. If you haven’t been to Baker305 yet, do yourself a favor and go!

Google
This is my family's Bakery. I am biased, but I want to let you guys know how truly great this place is. My parents have given up many nights of sleep and sacrifice for this place. They are passionate and loving an truly want to provide the best product and experience. I am sure that if you guys give this place a try you will fall in love with it. The croissants are flaky and usually very very stuffed. Which some people love some dont. The coffee has actually become my favorite which I honestly did not think was going to happen. But I love the iced caramel latte it is very sweet, which I ask for. I hope you guys go and try something out!!!

Finally paid this place a visit to try their authentic croissants that I’ve been hearing about from some of my acquaintances and I was not disappointed! As soon as you walk in, CROISSANT GALORE. And right behind you see all the action, the craft that it takes to make these amazing croissants! I tried the pistachio New York style (because Dubai) and their guava and cheese (because Miami). Both absolutely delicious. Will be coming back for more!

Google
Baker305 was so cute! We stumbled upon their new store front bakery as we were leaving our dinner. When we walked in, we realized it was their first day open. Everyone was so sweet and offered us samples and coffees. We each got a specialty croissant. They ALL looked devious and we couldn’t decide which ones to choose. We stopped in for a small dessert to take home but I wish we would’ve gotten more! It was all so beautifully baked and so yummy. Highly recommend to try their pain au chocolate, pistachio croissant, and the nutella croissant. Everything smelled delicious and tasted even better.

Yelp
I just came back from a trip to Paris and I can't express just how incredible the pastries and coffee here are. It's truly reflective of the hard work they put into it. The service is 10/10, incredibly warm and they even offered to bake me a fresh baguette (since it was sold out at the moment). Inside it's very cute and even has a little spot where you could get a cute selfie. During a time where we have chains on every corner it's nice to go to a family owned place, especially when the quality is THIS phenomenal.

Yelp
Because I love desserts, I'm always on the lookout for new spots to try--especially croissants! This place popped up on my Instagram, and I couldn't wait to visit. I finally went yesterday, and the shop itself is really nice (though parking is a bit limited, so plan ahead if you're in a hurry). I picked up four pastries to try: the pistachio croissant, crème brûlée, pumpkin, and a cinnamon one (can't remember the exact name!). The pistachio croissant was good--nice and flaky with great texture--but the filling was mostly pistachio paste , so it didn't wow me. The pumpkin pastry, was absolutely fantastic! It had amazing flavor and the perfect balance of sweetness. Definitely my favorite of the bunch. Overall, I'd rate this place a solid 4 out of 5. I'd definitely come back, especially for that pumpkin pastry before the season ends, and I'm excited to try more items from their menu next time!

Yelp
I succumbed to the hype that TikTok gave this little spot in the Gables and honestly it did not disappoint. Everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was amazing, very nice and quick to assist. Everything is made fresh daily, from the bread to the pastries. My favorite item was the pumpkin croissant, omg it was one of the best I've ever had in my life. The croissant has a pumpkin creme filling inside and a pumpkin like bread inside as well. I love the little details such as the chocolate bat and chocolate stem. Another menu item that was to die for was the everything bagel croissant...it was filled with cream cheese which I was not expecting but was very happy about it. If you're in the gables, this is definitely a spot you should check out and try everything!

Yelp
Small but AWESOME Bakery !!!! Croissants are so good I would given it a Fantastic 10 Took my kids and they were fascinated. Would recommend this place The only bad thing is that once they are gone that's it would be great if they could refill I wanted the Ham and Cheese Croissant but they had ran out They don't seem to make much

Yelp
This bakery has been preparing to open for months and I know this because in the building I could smell the delicious smell of fresh baked breads and pastries!! Once I realized it was open to my surprise it's a French bakery with a bit of a twist !! For me the star of the show was the baguette, close second by any of the croissant !!! Take a visit you won't regret i

Yelp
A Hidden Gem for Croissant Lovers Their croissants are absolutely delicious--flaky, and buttery. Whether a plain croissant or one of their filled varieties, both enjoyable. The staff is friendly; everything feels made with care. The pastry case is a feast for the eyes!

Yelp
I loved this bakery! Croissants were very soft and delicious and the French baguette was insanely good! I will visit them again for sure!
