I visited recently and ordered food, but didn’t initially specify which option I wanted. Instead of being guided with a simple clarifying question, the response I received felt cold and rude, which made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable.
Once I realised and clarified, everything moved on fine, and the food itself was good. However, a little patience and clearer communication would have made a big difference.
Customer service matters, and small moments like these really shape the overall experience. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback, as a bit more kindness and guidance would go a long way.
