Had a 1900 pick up appointment here New Year's eve 2025/2026, MY dispatch booked this load knowing they booked my prior load delivery an hour and a half away, at 2000. They said they called this place ahead and got told they would be open til midnight to take me. I rolled in at 2358 to a completely deserted facility. I was awakened by a pleasantly chipper individual knocking on my door at 0500 New Year's Day who had me in a door and loaded in 30 minutes after loading the two local trucks that were on time for their pick ups. He even offered me breakfast after loading me before getting in his car and leaving at 0700. Maybe it was the holiday spirit, or dumb freaking luck, but I couldn't have been happier with my experience here. The lot was completely empty when I got here so I had zero trouble getting turned around and backed in. Also worth noting, the product I picked up here is a variety of food I have been shoving down my gullet for lunch 5-7 days a week for the past 4 years.

First off definitely put up signs for each dock door. What I mean is on the receiving side, they have two locations. The other is by the dumpsters. Also please teach your people to give correct information and answer the door bells you have.

Not suitable for backing large sleep truck . For receiving don’t drive around the building. Better back into the blind spot. Disorganized, nobody speaks English, unsanitary, cars&truck parked randomly.

Green arrow shipping dock yellow arrow shipping office. This place has tons of signs telling you where to go and where to park. will load you early. Parking lot is a cluster!! good luck parking, back into docks, and finding shipping/receiving offices.

An inferior product combined with an apathetic manufacturer. I emailed this food manufacturer after purchasing one of their products that was rancid. After several days, I received an email from a company representative asking for pictures of the bread. Pictures of what? Rancidity has to do with smell and taste. It is not a visual condition of spoilage. I indicate to the manufacturer the product was discarded because it was spoiled. The manufacturer responds by thanking me. No offer of a make-good, refund or anything. If a food producer refuses to stand behind their product, I will not patronize such a food producer. No more Bakkavor products for me, ever

They deserve zero m waiting outside of the check in door 50 minutes I press the door bell many times. But they don’t open door and after that I call my broker they gone help me

Nobody opens shipping office door for an hours... No restrooms... Loading takes all day.... Look on picture ... 5 Hours to load that !!! I don't know how that warehouse works at all....

Great receiver. In and out very quick, under 30 mins. Docking can be tight when people are parked where they aren't supposed to be. Watch out GPS will take you behind it in an industrial park. That's not it. Pass the industrial park and it's the next entrance. You can use the regular entrance right now because of construction so make sure you come in the first entrance and go around the building. Receiving starts at 0600 and ends at 1600.
