Do not booked the load from here. I recommend you all to avoid this place. If you want to reset your time of course you can come and stay take load next couple days. Absolutely worse shipper by so far.

Still not clear on the instructions. Nobody in guard shack, nobody answers the phone or returns phone calls. Where is the office? Where do we put the empty trailer? What’s the intrigue of this shipper?

Usually so packed and sometimes tight navigating... but it's cool. No parking.

We're in eau claire wi....McDonalds they're the only fast food with great buns..others are all soggy..

To get into the yard is a nightmare from the street. The security guy was rude and made you feel like just leaving.

I do drop n hooks here weekly they are great unless they are running behind friendly staff

Worst place to live-unload. There’s an old dude that drives the company bobtail. All he does put the empty trailers to docks and get the loaded ones. He approach him and ask him anything. He’s very rude and unprofessional. They don’t have shipping and receiving so you gonna deal with the guard shack. It took me 5 hrs to unload. Very slow and lazy dudes. Will not come back here…

There's not a lot of space for big truck parking. This facility should encourage drivers to call before arrival to avoid unnecessary congestion and long wait times to get unloaded. Fast unload once you're in a door. Helpful staff.

This company doesn't care, they have a ton of violations. They are under a umbrella company CH Guenther, CHG is know to have even more violations. They pray on their employees requiring them to do things that exceed a employees abilities. Trying to put budget over employees health, they are will to do this. The tray room is hazardous as well as certain locations on the floor. They leave buns every where, they don't clean up and they don't enforce the rules. So you could be cleaning up for another shift. This company has been doing illegal things from the beginning, at one point they had me injured. Working a 8 men operation by myself, while being injured. They don't care, the Union backs them in their behavior which the tax from them is high. So you pay with no representation the Union rep Matt Rider is also willing to lie to you . So this system is made to break you not help you. My family is currently facing homelessness bc of this and my house has gone into Foreclosure. I'm forced to sell everything I have just to feed my kids, they don't care about their employees, they just want them to suffer.
