"Bali Retreat Aruba" - Unique Vacation Villa Rental

Absolutely LOVED staying at the Bali Retreat Aruba. We had a large family (5 adults & 5 kids) and we were all thrilled with the house. The kids had a great time sleeping in the pillow pit together and using the pools and the adults had an equally awesome time playing pool and using the cinema. To top it all off, Maria is an absolute gem! She made sure we had everything we needed and was so helpful throughout the booking process as well as providing a super helpful curated list of restaurants and things to do. 100000/10m recommend!!

We had a fantastic time staying at Maria’s Bali Retreat. In all of my travels, I have never had such an incredible AirBnB host. Maria was top notch! The indoor pool was used daily and was a highlight of our trip to come home and relax after many days in the sun! Our group of 8 would recommend this beautiful home to anyone traveling to Aruba!

We were attracted to Bali Retreat for its Bali-style theme. The photos looked amazing, but it’s even better in person. They paid attention to the smallest details, like hand-carved doors and teak wood beds—just like the ones we had in a villa we rented in Bali, Indonesia, last year. Staying at Bali Retreat Aruba felt like traveling back to Asia. But when we ventured outside, we were a few minutes away from the best beaches in the Caribbean - the best of both worlds. We’re an active family, and we played a lot of beach volleyball in the mornings, swam in the indoor lap pool, and worked out in the gym. But we especially loved relaxing in the garden pool—it’s so private, and all the waterfalls make it feel truly special. The host was wonderful, quick to answer any questions, and arranged private transfers for our family, so we didn’t have to worry about driving or finding parking, making everything really convenient. We absolutely loved our stay and we’re planning to come back in 2026.

Truly was the best experience! From start to finish the host was attentive and extraordinary helpful with tips, ideas and suggestions. The house made me feel like I was in a Bali oasis!! Beautiful and clean! Everyone made me feel safe and comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

Let me be clear: this is the best Airbnb in Aruba. Period. If you want amenities that no one else has, total privacy, and a unique design that’s unlike anything else here, there really is nothing on the island like Bali Retreat. We’ve been coming to Aruba for the past 11 years, and in 2019, we found out about Bali Retreat Aruba. Unfortunately, every year when our dates finally came together, they were already booked. But this year, the stars aligned - not only the house became finally available on Airbnb, but thanks to a last-minute cancellation, we were able to grab it. I could go on forever about all the cool features, but I’ll just highlight our top three. First off, besides an outdoor pool, they have the only indoor pool in Aruba. You might wonder why you need an indoor pool on a tropical island, but half of our stay was rainy, so while everyone else was stuck indoors, we were having a blast in the heated pool all day. Our second favorite was the cinema room - every night, we all got together and watched a movie on the 200-inch screen (including Love In Aruba, which was actually filmed at Bali Retreat, such a meta experience!). And finally, the outdoor dining pavilion in the garden was amazing. We had a private chef cook for us there on three different nights, and let me tell you, it was exactly how you’d picture a tropical paradise. There are so many other great spots too - like the beach court where we played badminton, the yoga pavilion (where we opted for massages since we don’t do yoga), and the garden gym where our cousins worked out every morning. But my personal favorite had to be the Bali-style open-air bathroom in our suite. Showering under the Caribbean sky full of stars above - it’s something I wish I could do every night. And I have to give a shout-out to Maria—the best host we’ve ever had. Communication was perfect from beginning to end, and she took care of literally everything for us: airport transfers, private island tours, the personal chef, massages, and transport around the island whenever we needed it. It really couldn’t have been any better. We’ve already booked our next stay at Bali Retreat for next year since they book up so far in advance. Thank you, Maria, Betty, and the whole team for an amazing vacation!

Everything 10/10 ! Someone in our group celebrated 77th Birthday as well as our 20th Anniversary . Maria had everything set up for us. Flowers , balloons with Croatian colours. Made a beautiful,delicious Birthday cake . Maria has an extraordinary gift for making people feel welcome. Her gorgeous retreat is a true reflection of her beautiful personality. 8 days wasn’t enough to do all the fun things that are offered here so we have to come back to do the rest.🥰 If we needed anything Maria would be there in 5 min. OMG!!! Is all I can say! 😍 This villa, this oasis, this small slice of heaven on earth was absolutely breathtaking. But what made it even better? The customer service!!! 🙌 Maria and Betty made this experience unforgettable. I’m from Maryland, and let me tell you, I couldn’t have pulled off my husband’s 45th surprise birthday celebration to this extent without Maria’s help—it’s an understatement! From arranging transportation, balloons, fresh flowers, chefs, excursions, grocery delivery, massages (the list goes on!), Maria went above and beyond. She was always so patient and kind, and every detail was perfectly executed. 🌺🎉 My husband and our guests were beyond pleased, and any concern we had was addressed with great urgency. Betty was amazing too! 🙏 Anything we needed, she was right there, willing to assist. The groceries we ordered were stored safely until our arrival, and when I left something important behind, Betty made sure to get it back to me without hesitation. We stayed for a week, and there was regular maintenance of the pool and grounds—so impressive! It showed their dedication to cleanliness and care. ✨ Honestly, it’s going to be extremely difficult to choose somewhere else to stay when we come back to Aruba. I could type pages more and still wouldn’t be able to do this place and their service justice. Thank you for making this experience so beautiful and memorable! 💕

Absolutely stunning experience at the Bali Retreat Villa in Aruba! Don’t be fooled by the exterior; the inside is just as incredible as the photos and beyond! We booked this villa for a birthday/couples trip for 8, and it was perfect for us. The unique layout allowed us to come together to celebrate and bond while also giving us the space we needed to relax individually. The villa is absolutely gorgeous. The beautiful rooms are surrounded by an amazing zen garden with both indoor and outdoor pools. We were enchanted by the stone seating area outside a natural cave, the private cinema with stadium seating, the hammock cove nestled among giant boulders and palm trees, the outdoor gym, several outdoor lounges, three bars, a yoga pavilion, and even a white sand beach volleyball court adjacent to a custom-made ping pong table and oversized chessboard. Everything about the Bali Retreat was amazing! We had a private chef, Chef Ruben, who prepared both brunch and dinner, and the meals were absolutely delicious. The team was simply AMAZING, addressing all our questions and concerns no matter the time. The property manager, Maria, is a gem. She provided a mobile phone for direct contact and local calls, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend the Bali Retreat Villa for anyone looking to have a unique and luxurious stay in Aruba.
