The best customer service! When the package did not appear in my mailbox Sunday morning, July 3, despite USPS claiming to have delivered according to the tracking information, I reported it immediately on Sunday, July 3. I had a response within 3 hours FROM THE OWNER, indicating that the order would be resent, which it was. When the original package appeared in my mailbox on Tuesday, July 5, I contacted Ball Chain and was told not to worry about returning the second shipment, but simply keep — or donate — the extra masks.
Though such outstanding customer service used to be the standard, I have rarely experienced it over the past 10 years, particularly with respect to online purchases. Assuming Ball Chain carries the masks and other products you need, I wholeheartedly recommend you purchase from them. Well-vetted products (in fact, they very recently began testing their masks in-house), good prices — and outstanding customer service. I couldn't ask for much more.
