Purchased KN95 masks from their website after searching Amazon and only finding potentially counterfeit masks. Legit KN95s are good for Covid and smoke. Ball Chain’s masks are the real deal. Great quality, fit and free quick shipping. I’m sold!

My wife is immunocompromised and we have been looking for good quality masks during the pandemic. I was referred to Ball Chain Mfg (aka Bona Fide Masks) from other websites and could not have been happier! The masks I ordered arrived promptly and do indeed appear to be legitimate NIOSH certified N95 masks.

Zero customer service. After reaching out to customer service 3 times regarding my online order, I received no response. Calling their phone line was useless as all I heard was the busy signal no matter what time I called. After more than a month, I received the order. The packaging is not tamper-proof. These N95s (pictured below) were in a crushed cardboard box. The plastic package had no tamper-proof sealing indicating that anyone can open this package easily.

I placed a recent order for K95 masks and put in the wrong shipping address but did not realize it until I had submitted it. I emailed the company and asked if the shipping address could be changed and I received an almost immediate response, and they corrected my error. Next, this order did not come and the tracking (for about 2 weeks) just said it was at my Post Office waiting to be checked in. I again emailed the company, received an almost immediate response and they shipped me a replacement order. Their customer service is amazing, I highly recommend this company. And the masks are good quality.

I’ve placed about 5 orders for various masks over the last couple of months. I am very happy with each purchase. There was a small discrepancy in the amount received in one of my shipments and the company addressed and resolved without hesitation. Great communication on each purchase. Even though I’m not a high volume customer, they’ve treated me as if I am and that is greatly appreciated. I’ve purchased primarily the KN95 masks and I like the quality at a good price. They are very comfortable and I believe they are more effective than the cheaply made rectangular masks that I was buying before. I’m very happy with all aspects of my purchases and will be buying more in the future. Dennis

Customer service at this company has been great; I have made several orders. I was very pleased to receive the shipment of Powecom KN95 masks made to the GB-2626-2019 standard. These are the most comfortable masks (KN95 or N95) that I have used, and I had almost run out. They fit well, do not leak, and I can wear them for 10 hours at a time when necessary. I have given a couple to friends whose masks kept slipping down at indoor events where we were working, and they liked the fit as well.

The best customer service! When the package did not appear in my mailbox Sunday morning, July 3, despite USPS claiming to have delivered according to the tracking information, I reported it immediately on Sunday, July 3. I had a response within 3 hours FROM THE OWNER, indicating that the order would be resent, which it was. When the original package appeared in my mailbox on Tuesday, July 5, I contacted Ball Chain and was told not to worry about returning the second shipment, but simply keep — or donate — the extra masks. Though such outstanding customer service used to be the standard, I have rarely experienced it over the past 10 years, particularly with respect to online purchases. Assuming Ball Chain carries the masks and other products you need, I wholeheartedly recommend you purchase from them. Well-vetted products (in fact, they very recently began testing their masks in-house), good prices — and outstanding customer service. I couldn't ask for much more.

Been buying from Bonafide masks for about a year now. Always been great quality product and made me and my family feel safer to have real KN-95 (not one of the counterfeits off of Amazon etc). Recently I had an issue where I did not get the complete order that I paid for. I reached out to Bill directly as it said an email I received from the company and I was honestly shocked to hear back almost immediately. Bill not only fixed the issue at hand but had it handled that day. Excellent product and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
