Stopped in for an appetizer and drinks. Staff was friendly and the food was great. We had the flatbread with mozzarella and it was really tasty. Good size for an app and the bread / dough was great. Can't wait to try one of the pizzas next time.

Google
I tried this location for the first time because the frelard location is good. It was disappointing. Soggy crust and the pizza had obviously be dropped or something before we picked it up. I emailed them for a refund, because I know it’s not up to their standards, but they didn’t respond. Mistakes happens, I get it, but ya gotta be responsible for your mistake… or you get one star review.

This was our first experience and it was superb!! The service was top notch, servers were super friendly easy to talk to (sorry we forgot to ask your names but we visited for dinner on 27 Dec 2024; you both were amazing)!! The pizzas were very tasty.. we were full and also took the leftovers home!! We will definitely visit again! Thank you!

1. They have a mystery pizza that they won’t tell you what it is. The menu says it’s amazing but the server said don’t order it. Changes every week. 2. Ordered Ballard bridge (pep, sausage, olives, shrooms) it sucked. 3. Had to get up to find my server when we needed refills, more dip, etc. server never checked on us once. 4. We were done. Wife and kids went outside to play. I sat and waited 10 minutes for the server to come bring my check. The server was chatting with other workers. Not busy at all. 5. I wasn’t offered a box. I took your pan. Sorry not sorry. 6. Not coming back. 7. Oh, parking sucks.

First time ordering here -- recommended by a family member. Pickup order was about an hour behind the quoted time. This was not the main issue for us. We ended up missing an item from our order, we called right back once we got home to confirm a refund, but unfortunately never received it. Since then, we've reached out a couple of times (email & phone) to get a refund on the missing item but no response.

WOW! Accommodating a huge party is never easy, but boy did this staff make it seem like a piece of cake. Unfortunately I didn't grab the guys name but the bartender Saturday evening (I'm assuming a manager of sorts) was absolutely excellent. Not only did they ensure our party of 50 was well served but about half this party was children (soccer party) and this staff made sure all the kiddos were situated and the families were taken care of with drinks and any extra salads or apps. 10/10 would recommend!

Google
How would I describe my time at Ballard Pizza in a single word? Disappointing. To start, the place was entirely empty at lunchtime—a red flag I probably should have heeded. Behind the counter, the kitchen crew were cleaning with black cooking gloves on, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence that they wouldn’t turn around and use the same gloves to make the food. The menu even had a large blank box at the top where the logo should have been, as if no one bothered to notice—or care. Then came the food: the cheese was so overwhelmingly Parmesan-heavy it was nearly inedible. Service was nonexistent, with no one checking on either of the two occupied tables, yet a mandatory 20% service charge was tacked on. For that, I expect more. Worse, as some young men tried to pay cash for their meals, they were met with, “We don’t have change.” After paying that 20% service fee, they were forced to overpay simply because the restaurant wasn’t prepared to handle cash. I won’t be returning, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

The kids' pizza making class was a hit. BPC provided so much pizza for them, in addition to an apron and rolling pin. The instructors were super friendly and attentive, and the pizza was so good!

Yelp
Went here when it wasn't that busy on Saturday afternoon. Drinks were good and pizza was delicious. Got a large cheese. I read a few other reviews and was a bit surprised. I would def eat here again.

Michael E.

Yelp
service is nice but the quality of the pizza needs work for the price they are asking for. We came in getting some wings, a medium pizza and a two drinks during HH and still walked away with an $80 tab... The pizza itself was lacking flavor and quality. From the cheese they used along with the sauce and dough, and the quality of the ingredients, there was nothing for me to get excited about. I will say the wings were good but wouldn't come back just for wings. Was wishing this place was a spot we could come back to but it's not, atleast at this time. Unfortunately cannot recommend this place as I wouldn't come back here

Yelp
Lmfao over an hour for a pizza and ant even get it right. INCOMPETENT This place is a joke, spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Yelp
Clean and Enjoyable environment, nice view of the play fields great pizza and friendly staff

Yelp
The Woodinville location of Ballard Pizza is located at the end of winery row! It's the perfect start or finish to your wine tasting experience. They also validate parking right when you come in! The greeter was welcoming and got us seated immediately! Our server, Jessie, was wonderful. She made great recommendations based on our dietary restrictions and allergies! The food at happy hour! We tried the focaccia and burrata. The burrata is nestle on a bed of prosciutto and arugula. The focaccia style pizza is served with a bowl of olive oil and balsamic vinegar for your dipping pleasure! It was so good! The mango slushy had a sweet start and a bitter finish. It wasn't my favorite but it really depends on your taste! The inside of the restaurant was brand new and nice and cozy! It's in a great location! Next time I'm getting a pizza!

Kurt P.

Yelp
This would be 3.5 stars but it's three because I just can't quite justify 4. The deck is very nice and looks out over sports fields. The food was fine but nothing to write home about. We were there for happy hour and service was pretty good. Our servers kept switching up I think just whoever was free would take orders and deliver foods. I think this is a perfect place for a family who has kids playing on the fields on a Saturday or something like that, but personally I have no reason to return

Nikki M.

Yelp
Great pizza, and wonderful customer service. Lets start with our service. Emily was super attentive to us as customers. I was amazed at how fast everything we ordered came out. My cider came within 1 minute of me ordering it, and the salad came soon thereafter. Only 5 minutes later or less did we receive our pizza! She was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious! I enjoyed the crust, think but somehow buttery. The toppings were superb! I would definitely come back. Great service, tasty food, and fun ambiance. What's not to love!

Natalie M.

Yelp
Went here on a weeknight with kids and got a half carbonara and half seasonal large pizza. Both were good flavors. The service was ok and although it was hard to get staff attention where we were seated. We also got a calzone which was tasty if a bit spicy for our kids. Ambiance was casual with a ton of parents and families watching sports practices.

Shirley M.

Yelp
Our server Emily was the best customer service was excellent. I love Pizza and this was one of the best pizza I've ever eaten.

David B.

Yelp
Good food. Wings were awesome. Thin crust pizza was great. Not crazy about buffalo chicken pizza but that's a personal taste. Service really stood out. Great smiles and warm interaction. The atmosphere, though nothing special, was what you'd expect from a pizza place. Plenty of room available. No overpowering music that would otherwise make conversation difficult.

Alvin L.

Yelp
Nice spot in Woodinville and family / kid friendly. Had a really good time coming in with the kids after trick o treating. They loved their cheese pizza and we really enjoyed our italiano salad and mushroom pizza (with added pepperoni). Staff was friend which was a plus. Would recommend if you're craving pizza and in the area.

Susan T.

Yelp
Great food and atmosphere in Woodinville. Will was our pleasant server, too! Walking distance from the downtown ballfields, too!

Megan G.

Yelp
We came by on a Sunday evening after some wine tasting. It was pretty busy but we didn't have a problem getting a table for our party of 7. Fun spot for kids that they can run around outside. Someone came by to take our order quickly and drinks came out fast. I thought the pizza was pretty good. We got 2 large pizzas for 7 people and had about 3 slices left so that was the perfect amount for us. The Caesar salad was really good as well. I would come back if I was in the area. The staple & fancy was my favorite.

Dylan W.

Yelp
I went inside to place a to go order Emily greeted me place my order and thanked me for coming to ballard pizza company and helped me set up a ESR Rewards account She's amazing I will definitely be coming back soon

Anne M.

Yelp
Overall was expecting much better pizza and salad for the price paid. I ordered a takeout order and showed up 30 minutes later, only to wait another 30 minutes due to a kitchen backup that was not communicated to me. The pizza was undercooked and packaged really untidy(attached picture), and the Caesar salad box ended up being lettuce with no croutons or dressing. The pizza was underwhelming unfortunately. It's rare that I am so confused by a takeout order, it was not good value for money. Hopefully their attention to customer service and quality of food improves. Otherwise it's a nice location and I really like the interior and lots of outdoor seating too with good views of the sports field.

Veronica K.

Yelp
My sister and I had a pretty good meal here tonight. We came on a Monday night during their happy hour, which was exciting. There were $9 glasses of wine, a $9 Caesar salad, and some other deals on appetizers. We ordered a medium-sized pizza and a salad to split along with 2 drinks each. My favorite parts were the really good food, attentive service, natural lighting inside the restaurant, and outdoor dining space. Unfortunately, the A/C was broken when we went, so a downside was the space was really hot. Also, our bill was still pretty expensive to us ($89 after everything) even though we tried to order off the happy hour menu mostly. The restaurant does add a 20% service charge to the bill, split between different restaurant staff. I would go back, and I recommend happy hour to save some $!

Mandy G.

Yelp
I ate at this restaurant with my family members who are visiting on Sunday for lunch. I would not have chosen this place but my family did, and I was fine giving it a try, and was curious and hopeful to discover something new. The place was pretty empty on Sunday around 1 pm. We sat down and ordered promptly. I ordered the chef's special, and the family ordered the pepperoni pizza. On the menu, the chef's special looked like it has a lot of toppings, with a couple types of meat. But when the pizza came out, I was like, where are the meats? The meat pieces on the pizza were super small, it was embarrassing, you could not see them if you don't peel off the cheese. Also, it was drenched in chilly oil, making it super spicy. The crust was the only decent thing. The pepperoni pizza on the other hand, was full of pepperoni. My sis in law wished it had a little less. Also very greasy. With the prices and the quality of food here. I would not recommend it. I don't eat pizza often because of the calories, so when I do, I aim high. Ballard pizza unfortunately does not cut it. I regret not taking a picture of the chef's special to show how little were the toppings. Suggestion, don't call this a chef's special, put it in the bottom and called it Mexican style spicy pizza with meat floss. People have expectations when you use those wordings.

Yelp
I should have listened to the average 3 star rating on here but decided to give this place a shot. It's been a while since I regretted ordering a pizza anywhere, but this place broke my steak. I ordered a large half whole hog and half basil and bird that came out to ~$40 plus tax. The pizza overall was cold though I live less than 8 min away. Makes me wonder if their pizza warmer is even functioning properly. The basil bird was horrible, the pesto and cheese was not a good combo and lacked chicken meat and too much of the other veggie toppings. The whole hog portion could've been ok if the pizza overall was warm but not worth what they charge for it. The dough had weak undercarriage structure to hold the toppings and was super floppy. It also lacked any flavor. Wonderbread has more bread flavor than whatever this dough is made of. Get your pizzas elsewhere. This is the worst pizza I've had on a price/quality/quantity ratio.

Sunny H.

Yelp
Friendly pleasant service. Tasty pizza. Not too thin. It too thick just right and crunchy. I tried the ESR collar draft beer and it was good stuff. Also ordered: Caesar salad Pepperoni sausage pizza Pepperoni olives pizza Spicy Italian pizza Ballard bridge All pretty good. Wish it was closer to us/Bellevue.

Dishika N.

Yelp
Although the food is delicious, I am sad to report that the service is lacking. I have been to BPC multiple times and the lack of service has become more apparent. Today, my friend and I came to dine in and were immediately shown attitude. Our server, (who when we asked for a name they denied) forgot to add our salad to our order and after being reminded 3 times we got our salad 45 minutes later, when we had already finished eating the rest of our food. When asking for the check and a box, both the box and bill were thrown onto the table and after paying she rolled her eyes at us. We showed nothing but respect and kindness, still tipping her, even after her lack of hospitality. Other servers at BPC have always been welcoming but with her it has been a repeated occurrence and I am finally speaking out.

Paxton S.

Yelp
We waited an hr for pizza and salad. People who ordered after us got their food and it was apparent that whoever was making the pizzas did indeed forget about our order. We asked for a full refund and they were apologetic at least and refunded us. It was a date night that had gone south because they were just so busy and frantic they forgot about us. I honestly don't think I'll go back after that. The pizza seemed expensive too anyway.

Staci F.

Yelp
The pizza was good but not quite worth the price. This restaurant is also very casual with no wait service. You order at the front desk and pour your own drinks and grab your own plates and utensils. The pizza we ordered was the Veggie bomb. We came in during HH so ordered the Caesar salad with anchovies and that tasted great and a huge portion for $8! The girl who took our order was really friendly and she kept the line moving pretty quickly.

Huong L.

Yelp
I have been hearing about this place back in Seattle so I was pretty excited that it open a place on the Eastside! However, I left kind of disappointed. Some pros: the people there are nice and friendly. I like that they have happy hour deals so you can try some stuff without paying full price. I do wish they had some pizza though on their happy hour menu. There's underground parking as well as a park nearby. The place is pretty spacious and there's some activities like foosball you can play. Cons: the pizza. we got the large 18 inch, half while hog and half margherita. The pizza was big and definitely can feed 4-5 people. The best thing on the pizza was the crust. It was soft, fluffy, good in texture and flavor. You can actually dip it in some sauce and it be good. The rest of the pizza was disappointing. It was flimsy and flimsy. One of my friends had to use a fork and knife to eat while the rest of us either managed or use other means. All the toppings on the pizza was high quality and good, but it needs to be execute better on a pizza. The prosciutto was one big slice on a pizza, one bite and the whole prosciutto is gone and you are left with a pizza with other things besides the prosciutto. Same issue with the cheese on the margherita. It was also kinda messy. Neutral: the happy hour wings was ok. I'm glad that we got the spicy sauce on the side because I don't think that I would like it being drowned in it. $10 for 10 wings + celery during happy hour. Overall, I'm glad to try but most likely not going to be back as there are definitely better pizza in the area.

Marcie S.

Yelp
New favorite pizza in Woodinville! We came in as a hungry family on a low key weeknight and were pleased it wasn't too busy. We ordered the Italiano Salad and a half Spicy Italian/half Cheese pizza. The portions were more than enough for the four of us and we went home with leftovers. I was nervous the salad wouldn't be enough for all of us but it definitely was. The pizza was HUGE and phenomenal - the dough was the kind where it's thin and almost fluffy just as I like it, you could tell it was high quality. The Spicy Italian side of our pie was so tasty, just enough ingredients to compliment each other without being overwhelming. We also added fresh mozz to the cheese side of our pie and it was perfect. It was a little pricey, yes, but it was totally worth it. Looking forward to going back soon and my leftovers in the interim.

Sarah M.

Yelp
I have enjoyed seeing new restaurants pop up in Woodinville. On a gorgeous sunny summer evening we ventured in to Ballard Pizza and got a gorgeous table on the patio. We started with the Italiano Salad. Generous portion, great for a group to share. However, it was quite bland. Not my favorite. The pizza was fabulous. We got the Ballard Bridge. The crust was buttery and perfectly crisp. Pepperoni and sausage delightfully flavorful. The logistics of the restaurant is not what we imagined. You walk in and order. Then you have to wrangle up all the supplies and somehow carry them to your table without dropping anything. Carrying plates, napkins, silverware, drinks, water carafe, table number.... Not a very relaxing dining experience. You also have to buss your own table ( which is somewhat unclear as they do not have anything labeled regarding where they want the dishes). Overall food is nice- we definitely enjoyed the pizza more than the salad. But this is a self-service restaurant. And for over $70.... The value isn't there. I hope the restaurant takes in the feedback from their customers and changes their service.

Marissa F.

Yelp
I liked the friendly atmosphere. It could be the location too. Service was friendly but the food did take a while to get. One of the pizzas was good and the other was just, okay. Nothing special. We also got a salad we couldn't finish because it was loaded with lemon which overpowered the other flavors. We did like the meatballs. I would recommend trying these.

Jesena M.

Yelp
We were very excited to try this new place, we have never been to the Seattle location, so didn't know what to expect. The whole vibe is, take out... you can sit down and pick a table, but really you order at the counter/QR code and eat with paper plates, plastic forks/knives, , which I honestly didn't expect. It's just not eco friendly and at that price tag surprising. The pizza was ok, there are better places, but it's good enough to come back. Next time we go with the medium size, the large was soggy in the middle. I also wish they had a mixed salad on the menu, simple greens, tomato, cucumbers etc, just an option to lighten the heavy menu. Overall it's kind of a McD with pizza and a fancy dine-in price tag. Hopefully, there are some improvements coming, like real plates and cutlery and a better salad.

Marna K.

Yelp
Great spot with lots of space! The pizza looked great and the Italian salad I tried was simple but tasty. Parking garage is very close by!

Erica R.

Yelp
I ordered the gin basil smash drink and it was wonderful and so refreshing. I also had the flat bread. You better be hungry because it's a lot!!! The salads were so good and ginormous. Cheese and pepperoni pizza - spot on. I recommend this establishment 5 stars!!

Smrithi S.

Yelp
We recently wanted pizza for dinner and decided to try the newly open location of Ballard pizza in Woodinville. We ordered takeout this time, but would definitely want to sit down the next time, they have a great space both indoor and outdoor. We got a large 'The Meatball' pizaa and dymanite wings. We loved the meatball pizza and underestimated the size, will go smaller next time. The wings were great too.

Audra B.

Yelp
After two bad visits, we can't support this place any longer. Super short staffed, had to wait for someone to clear a table (sign said seat yourself) and eventually just moved dishes from one table to another. Took 20 minutes for someone to bring us menu and a carafe of water- but no cups! They said they needed to wash some- but there were tons at the bar! Ordered and it took 30 minutes for two pizzas. Likely won't be back which sucks the food is good!

Cindy F.

Yelp
Can be hard to access without using stairs if you're in the lower level. There is an elevator for strollers nearby from the garage. Parking: garage and street side. Atmosphere: typical pizza dining area with cool built in holes on the table to hold your pizza pans. I love how it is located near a small open area with picnic tables and faux grass. Watch out for the little ones because the stairs and seats along the edge of the play area is steep and you can easily fall! Menu: self explanatory behind the register. For drinks, there is a soda fountain to the left of the registers if you purchase a drink cup. Free refills. Service: order and pay at the front, you will be given a number, seat yourself, order brought to you, leftover boxes available upon request. Pizza here didn't *really* wow me, especially when you consider the price per pie. Don't get me wrong, the pizza tasted good but I could get similar pizza for a more reasonable price elsewhere. But it is a nice spacious place to hang with a group to have a bite to eat.

Carol P.

Yelp
Way overpriced, very greasy , poor service. Place was not well organized. Will never go back!

Taejah J.

Yelp
I would say this is a good spot to sit down and eat a good pizza. There are so many unique and also normal pizza options on the menu which I liked. It's a pretty casual spot that has many different options from bread to salad to pizza and two drinks as well I would recommend coming here the food wasn't amazing but it was pretty good

Michael T.

Yelp
I had a similar experience to many of the other Yelpers. The Pizza was ok, nothing special really. I don't like the ordering system. Either order from a QR code at your table or you can order at the register. However that is really inconvenient if you want to order something else to drink or another beer. You have to get in line every time. Get your own paper plates and utensils as well as packets of cheese and peppers. The servers were polite and brought our food within 20 minutes, but it it was not busy. I can see the lines or orders taking too long when busy. It's basically serve yourself for a lot of it. The location was nice and the outdoor seating looked nice. I just don't care for the concept of the ordering. The App to order with was confusing and I literally could not figure out how to substitute anything. It's also pricey for what you get.

Danni D.

Yelp
So happy this finally opened up! I checked it out the first day they opened and had a great experience. Ordering process was quick and easy, food was great, and they have an amazing happy hour! We even had pizza to take home. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I only gave it 4 stars because I feel like they are missing an opportunity by opening at 4pm especially with the fields right there.

Marlo C.

Yelp
It's OK. We really loved Frelard Pizza when we lived closer to the area and were so excited when Ballard Pizza was opening a location on the Eastside. While the service was very friendly, we found the pizza to be lacking. The options and varieties are the same as in Seattle, but the crust was not quite as bubbly and wonderfully chewy and crusty. The wait was very long despite the restaurant being minimally crowded and the pizza was not particularly warm by the time it reached our table. It wasn't terrible, but I'm wouldn't go out of my way to go back.

Shannon M.

Yelp
We were so excited when we heard Ballard Pizza Co was coming to Woodinville! We are big fans of all ESR so were thrilled one was coming to the Eastside. We went opening weekend, Saturday night at 5pm. We were able to easily get a table and the whole time we were there a few tables remained open. It's a big restaurant! Pros: The location is awesome, overlooking the Woodinville fields. There is a play area right outside for kids which is great. The patio and large windows were excellent in the nice weather. The pizza was delicious (better than I remember from my last time at the Ballard location, actually). We got the Whole Hog pizza in the smaller size which was great for two adults to share. We got a caesar salad on happy hour which was good too. It's nice happy hour is every day 4-6pm. My husband gave the Agave Slush drink 5 stars. Cons: We did not like that servers don't come to your table. You seat yourself and order from a QR code on the table. This made it difficult when we had questions (can we get an extra plate, can we have some water, why is our food taking so long). It's also just nice to have service and feel taken care of. From the time we placed our order, it took 1 hour to get our pizza. That was the biggest con for us. The restaurant wasn't at full capacity and I understand it was opening weekend, but I thought they would have been more prepared to keep up with orders. We had two kids with us so the long wait was less than ideal. We hunted a worker down at one point to ask the status and they told us they didn't know. Also, we didn't like that we ate with paper plates and plastic silverware. That made it hard to cut anything and eat. Overall, we will be back to give it another shot because the location and food were great. But we really hope the service improves.

Al D.

Yelp
Great pizza! The large is huge and love the sauce. The Ceasars salad is spot on. Others I saw get other salads were also very large - enough to share- and looked delicious!

Javi S.

Yelp
Ok pizza. Kinda dry and burned though. Food is probably a 3 star. What makes this a 2 star experience is the service fee that is charged on top of the prices.

Laura G.

Yelp
Pizza is good and comes out so dang hot and crispy, I love it. I do wish they had servers instead of having to walk up to the counter to order. But otherwise, I like it and have been back many time and will continue to do so.

Debra F.

Yelp
Decent pizza. Caesar salad was solid. I wish the Happy Hour offerings were more extensive., but other than that, I would definitely eat here again.

Julie R.

Yelp
Good pizza and good service. Love the location -- just pay attention to the parking garage signs. I "read" parking validation... I didn't realize I'd have to pay first, then receive validation. I got a ticket, but Diamond kindly reversed. Ballard Pizza was great -- I'd recommend!

Adam H.

Yelp
I decided to order Ballard Pizza on DoorDash after verifying the reviews here, most of the bad reviews are about ordering at a counter or parking. Trivial reasons to give a bad review in my opinion. Nonetheless the pizza is a good, NY style, and not super greasy. The only real issues I have with it is the sauce is a little too sweet and the crust is too firm. Other than that it's a good pizza and I would have it again.

Sidney P.

Yelp
The only reason I'm giving this ghastly restaurant a 2 is because our server was sweet and trying hard. First of all, this restaurant is a DUMP. The place is filthy - floors were gross with stickiness and crumbs. Window ledges are covered in dust and bits of old food. Many tables were lefts covered in dirty dishes. The initial plates we were given were disgustingly dirty. ICK ICK ICK! Even if the food was glorious (it was far from it), I wouldn't return just based on the unsanitary conditions. Second, and equally as important, the food is absolutely NOT GOOD. Our Caesar salad was freshly cut, but the dressing tasted like mayonnaise with some salt in it and the cheese they are using, which was plentiful, was very salty. The pizza we ordered - Fungi add pepperoni was bland and tasteless. Lots of toppings, which we appreciated, but flavorless nonetheless. The tomato sauce was absolutely without spice. And the crusts at this joke of a restaurant aren't being made or tossed in house - premade and then cooked on site. Bad form, especially for a "celebrity chef"! They taste like dry cardboard and have zero of the crispy or bubbly textures that a good pizza crust should. On top of all of this, the restaurant is stupidly expensive. We spent $52 (before tip) on a Caesar Salad and a medium size pizza. That is outrageous! This was our second visit here, and it Will absolutely be our last. Skip this place and hit any of the other pizza joints in town!

tami g.

Yelp
I love Ethan Stowell restaurants so wanted to try his pizza! We were meeting friends in Woodinville , no kids, all dressed up on a Friday night!! Walked in sat down looked around it was pretty empty and has a sterile feeling not warm and happy! Wow you have to order at the counter!! Called our friends and suggested we go elsewhere! So we left. I really want to try the pizza but it way to far from West Seattle!

Yelp
We had an awful experience here. We should have noticed they were understaffed before we sat down. We ordered chicken wings for my son and my husband and i each ordered salad and a simple flat bread. I was given a to-go box with chopped romaine and dressing on the side. I was shocked! This was a $14 salad?! They explained that they were out of romaine but had pre packaged salads instead? Were they also going to give me a mixing bowl and send me into the kitchen to prepare it? This was so bizarre! I sent it back and we continued to wait and wait for husbands salad... then waited and waited for the flatbread. We finally gave up and left without the bread unfortunately. Really really disappointed.

Yelp
The parking situation here was a little confusing so I ended up parking at the Woodinville sport fields and then walking over. If you come this direction, you will have to climb up some stairs and then the restaurant is on your right. When you enter, you'll order at the counter, grab a number, and then food will be brought to your table. If you order dessert, make sure to grab it after ordering (we didn't know this)! I came in for the SRW deal and got the chopped salad, seasonal pizza, and the cookie. For $35, this was a steal! The portions were enormous and ended up becoming 4 meals. Everything is generally self-serve, as you grab your own plate, silverware, and napkins. If you need a take-out box for salad, you will need to ask as there are only small pizza boxes set out to prep for your food to-go. The food was fine, but nothing that really wow-ed me. Service was a little confusing with the dessert mishap and you really do "serve yourself". The SRW special is a great deal that I would take advantage of, but I don't think I would come back.

Yelp
A 20% dine in service fee????? Really? We ALWAYS tip 20% if we receive great service, but it being mandatory on top of your already high prices is ridiculous. Your pizza is great, your server was very nice (but had too many tables) but we won't be coming back to your restaurant.
