Ballare Teatro Performing Arts Center

Ballare Teatro is the best. Both of our daughters attended and both loved every minute of it. One daughter moved on to her high school dance team and the other now dances ballet in college. We loved the chill atmosphere combined with the serious artistic approach. I tried to bring out some aggressive "dance mom" energy, but Ann and the staff shut me down every time ;).

My daughter had a great experience! Ms Hollie was such a good teacher, the recital at the end was a beautiful culmination to showcase hard work, and she’s learned the basics of tap and ballet too. Thank you!

My daughter danced at this studio for 2 years. I paid the fees on time, volunteered every time parent volunteers were requested, signed her up for extra classes when recommended, and never complained about anything. Then the studio changed the time of her only available summer session from evening hours to business hours with less than 2 week's notice. When I advised the owner of the studio, Ann Williams, that I was not pleased, the dollar value of the vacation time I was losing to keep the opportunity that her studio had promised to my child, available to my child, and suggested a possible way to avoid this type of situation next summer, she permanently banned my 9 year old purely blameless child from the class and the studio.

Have only had a good experience here over the last two years with my daughter. If there ever is a “problem”, both the teacher and own are very easy to communicate with.

Ballare is a place where I feel at home thanks to the inviting atmosphere, non-competitive classes and performance opportunities, and sense of community among the dancers, family, and staff. I am so lucky to have the Ballare community in my life, and I cannot recommend this studio enough to dancers (and aspiring dancers) of all ages.

My daughters have danced at Ballare Teatro for over 10 years! It is a great studio!! The instructors are amazing - many of them are professional dancers with companies of their own. The studio is very inclusive of all kids! They strike a great balance between fun and challenge in the classes. The adult classes are great, too! Can't recommend the studio enough!

My daughter has attended here for 2 years. We love it. It is a great balance of high quality without being high pressure (like you would see on Dance Moms or something). The teachers really care about the kiddos and, in my experience, have been extremely patient. The owner is very communicative, humble, and kind. I think through owning the studio, she has learned a lot along the way and has found ways to improve the all-around experience.

When I informed her of the dollar value of the PTO I was having to use to keep the class she had advertised, available to my daughter, she banned my daughter, who had nothing, from the studio.
