Ballerina Farm

I enjoy Ballerina Farm and their goodies a lot. I highly recommend their baked goods box. I noticed it is out of stock often and i completely understand why. I placed an order online and the non perishables were shipped right away. Packed extremely well and labeled fragile as there was glass. The perishables were shipped mid week of the next week. Even with the high temperature in my area, the goods still arrived frozen. I hope they branch out the flavors of their croissant to add an almond flavor. The sourdough chocolate chip cookies should have cookie crumbl on notice. They are better than those cookies. Seriously! I did have to start the Willa twice, but there is enough in the packet to do it twice. The first time my measurements were off and it was a flop from there. I did start it again and had no issues. I’m making my first loaf today, but i imagine there will be learning curves on the bread as well. Hannah’s how to youtube video is extremely helpful and wish she would do a daily video showing how she rehydrates also. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase and look forward to more. Had to contact customer service and they reached out, fixed the issue within 10 minutes of placing my second order.

After numerous follow ups and trying to reach this company…the product was finally delivered after over 5 weeks. The lack of response was completely uncalled for. This was the only thing my daughter asked for Christmas after our family was deeply affected by Hurricane Helene. We should have received an apology, a refund or some sort of extra product to remedy the situation. It’s pretty rare these days to receive such a low level of customer service.

I just got my chocolate protein powder. I just wanna say first that I am a firm believer and stand behind this product in the sense of the ingredients in the protein powder is unlike any other on the market and the story and the love that they put into their farm. However, I did not like the protein powder only for the fact that it was very strong with Stevia. I absolutely detest Stevia and wished I would’ve looked at the ingredients first before ordering. If in the future, you all make a product without Stevia, I will be the first one to buy it. The rich chocolate flavor was completely overwhelmed by Stevia.

I placed an order for flowers for my cousins who who lost her mother. I ordered on Feb 18th and the flowers still haven’t been delivered. I traced the package and it won’t be delivered until Feb 26th. Are you kidding me? They will be sad by then. I am very disappointed. The flowers are expensive. Do not order from them unless you speak with an employee to ensure delivery can be make on time.

I could not love this brand more! We recently purchased a meat box, protein powder and enamelware set and the quality was unmatched. Their ground beef and protein powder is some of the best we have ever tasted! Will 100% be repurchasing.

Poor customer service, near impossible to get a response and faulty order fulfillment. I purchased two gift boxes for Christmas presents and selected the specific time frame I wanted them to be delivered for gifting (December 16th). Both boxes were sent immediately and arrived before THANKSGIVING! When I finally received a replay days later, I was offered a 20 dollar credit for a future purchase. When I asked for my issue to be sent to a manager or the owners, the communication has gone dark. I wanted so badly to love this company but will never order or recommend.

I bought the Willa sourdough starter and it worked great! I had a bit of trouble initially but realized my kitchen wasn’t warm enough. As soon as I got a sourdough warmer my starter went crazy! Baked a few loaves so far and it’s excellent!! Yum! I can’t wait until the sourdough enamel bowl is available again, I’ve been patiently waiting!

I purchased two boxes as Christmas gifts on December 12th. Both boxes shipped on December 18th and were scheduled to arrive on the 21st. One box arrived without issues however the other was delayed multiple times until I called FedEx and asked them to return to sender as I didn't want a box of rancid meat to arrive. FedEx told me to work with the shipper to receive a refund and they apologized and admitted their failure. I have repeatedly reached out to Ballerina farms (3 times) and have only ever received an automated message saying someone will contact me within 3 days. Now over 4 weeks later I have never received a reply even though I only need their help to have FedEx issue a credit. Very poor service. No customer service. This was the 5th or 6th time ordering from them but the lack of customer service has made sure I will never order from them again.
