Andy is a very professional and respectful person. First, he answers emails within 24 hours. Next, he has a lot of patience when dealing with my concerns regarding fixing my Rocket Appartamento Espresso Machine. In addition, his comprehensive explanations about the espresso machine's parts are easy to understand. Great repair service! If I have an issue with my espresso machine in the future, then I will totally trust Andy to help me fix it. For me, the only downside is that he is one hour away from my house. So, I had to drive a lot to get my machine fixed. I highly recommend Baltimore Coffee Tech services if you are looking for someone to fix your espresso machine. :)

I sent in a request over the weekend and Andy responded immediately. Was able to drop my machine off that day. Andy was super responsive and went above and beyond to include additional services that would still be covered by the hourly rate. Will definitely be returning my machine to Andy for annual maintenance and any repairs in the future.
