Kathryn was excellent and exceptionally professional in showing me around. She took her time to explain to me all the perks associated with my intended move-in. I would definitely recommend her anyday anytime.

Antonio did an amazing job getting us settled into our new place, my girlfriend and myself had a lot going on in our personal lives and Antonio was able to promptly answer any questions we had and got us moved in right away! Also, it's a good area to live in being next to the Qline to get into detroit, a bus stop right across the street, and an Amtrack station also across the street, so there is plenty of transportation for anyone else who wants to live a car free life! The area is pretty secure and we have not had any issues with safety, there is a double lock system for the entrance doors and the actual doors for each of the units are heavy and have an auto lock on them. Only slight issue is noise level being right off Woodward ave, but it's never at an insane volume but if you're a light sleeper look into the units that are not facing the main road.

Pros: Beautiful restoration of an early 20th century commercial structure. Location is right off the Baltimore Street QLINE stop which makes getting to midtown/downtown area shops, restaurants, and attractions a breeze. My unit was tastefully appointed with granite countertops, in-unit laundry, and an exposed brick wall 🧱. I love the view from my unit and the noise from the traffic and the nearby train tracks is minimal. Cons: Unfortunately I had no idea there is a nightclub attached to the north side of the building and the daily/nightly heavy bass sounds can be nearly unbearable when you just want to sleep, read a book, or have quiet time.

Decent apartments but awful company to rent from. Barely responsive to work orders or questions. Took 6 months to return the security deposit despite multiple emails and phone calls.

Perfect area, great esthetics and cool retro vibe. The bldg has charm and has been restored nicely.

They have beautiful apartments!!! Antonio was is the best at what he does!!!!

I'm diggin' the location and it's a new building. Hard to beat.
