One of our all-time favorites! The food and service is great every time. The portions are huge, so be prepared for a lot of food. Although who ever complained about leftovers? Some foods are easier to take home and eat later (if you get swachos, the chips will get soggy, so keep that in mind). The meat is fresh and consistently delicious. Great prices and an all around great place to be!

When we pulled up, I thought we were going to a bar 😆. We had the Pulled pork swachos. (these were basically nachos). Honestly, we could have just gotten this and it would have fed all 3 of us. It was basically lots of chips, tons of cheese sause, a few beans, and a dash of pulled pork. If there was an option, I would have doubled the meat and not gotten the sausage. I got the jalapeño sausage. Be aware, this falls apart when you eat it, so I definitely recommend having the worker cut it. This was pretty good. I kind of ate bites of it with the nachos. We got a side of coleslaw. Honestly, when we got it, I thought this looks disgusting. My husband said he thought the same thing. It was really tasty. The drink selection was fabulous! Just so you know, they have flavor splashes when you select a drink. So there was a dirty Dr. pepper option. When we were finished, my husband said to my daughter, next time we come up here, we can get something else. She said, I’d rather go to a different place to try other places. Also when we got in line I asked the group behind us if this place was good. The reaction was well were from Texas. So I guess not as good as Texas. They had tvs for the football games, and some country music playing. The music was loud enough they my deaf husband could hear it. The vibe was nice. The pictures/graffiti on the wall were super fun. The pig out front was very fun.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here to enjoy some barbecue. I tried their pulled pork and their brisket. Both were quite tasty. I’d say the pork was the better of the two. The brisket was just a little dry, admittedly I did get the lean and not the fatty so it should be a bit drier. The staff was very friendly and the table arrangement was neat. I got to sit at a table with two other gentleman who were a pleasure to be around. I’d definitely go back here if in the area. I’d just take some chips with me next time. I could not eat any of their sides due to my food restrictions but the barbecue here is worthy of another visit if I’m in town again.

I read some of the review reviews and people had stated this is the best brisket they have ever had. I would not agree with that statement. I am also a Texas bbq snob and had better expectations based on the reviews I read. With that being said it was good. It was a little dry, but overall not bad. The sauce had good flavor. But the best thing overall was how friendly the staff was. I would highly recommend it because of the staff. You sit at large tables with other people which isn’t for everybody, but I didn’t mind it. Overall, I would go back. I would give it another try.

Got 2 pounds of brisket, custom cut since some of us like fat. 1/2 pound turkey on the cashiers advice. Point of Mac n cheese and one of potato salad. They threw in half a loaf of bread, and actually delivered quarts of sides. $115 with tip. Best brisket I've ever had. Best turkey I've ever had. We all filled up, can't wait to go back. Facility could be more comfortable than picnic tables and butcher paper plates, but maybe that was charming and I didn't get it.

First time visiting Bam Bam BBQ. Excellent foo I ordered the lean brisket, pulled pork, chopped beef (burnt ends), and Mac and Cheese. The brisket was delicious, with a great smoke ring and easily pulled apart. The pulled pork was okay, but the chopped beef was excellent! I really enjoyed the mac and cheese. It was made with homemade cheese and tasted delicious. The only thing I thought was missing was a little cream corn. Several meats were sold out, but that’s a good sign of a really quality BBQ joint. I’ll definitely visit again!

Bam bams came highly recommended from a family friend so we had to give it a try. Their meat is extremely tender and juicy with brisket that just falls apart. On the taste side though the meat leaves something to be desired. It could use more seasoning and stronger flavor. The Mac and cheese is very unique and uniquely not for me. The beans are a cross between traditional baked beans and chili beans which was a combination I didn’t know I needed. I didn’t try the potatoes salad but I was told it was tangy with a lot of pickle flavor. Overall I would say they are the best barbecue we’ve had in northern Utah. And the bonus they are extremely fairly priced for some good food. The food pictured was $40.

We love BamBam’s. We did a barbecue restaurant tour a while back to see, which was our favorite and Bam Bans is definitely on top. The pit masters Bam Bams studied in Austin with the head pitmaster at Franklin‘s, which was voted top barbecue place in Texas by the Texas monthly magazine several years in a row. So this is like Franklin‘s Junior. They use the same recipes according to one employee. Highly recommend the brisket.
