The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and providing me with outstanding service. I felt truly welcomed. I savored a delightful burger while participating in karaoke. I had such a wonderful time that it felt akin to having gone to the gym for a workout.

Really fun and entertaining place and that's why the 3 stars. The service we received was brilliant, but it was the food that let this place down. We went for the boozy brunch option, and although we never had an empty glass and service was great, the quality of the food we received was very disappointing, tempted to give 4 stars as service we received was good, however the food was very average in taste and the offering that was available and considering other bottomless brunches that we have been to, the price point for what paid and what we had, wasn't up to scratch, but potentially we had high expectations. However, the music and live singer were great, although I must be honest, I did expect a little more in terms of the entertainer! The highlight of our visit was definitely the Kareoke room, so if you are considering going here, do go for that option, don't go for the food!

Me and my team enjoyed our session yesterday! From the moment we stepped in and all the way to end, the staff were amazing. We had such a great time, we will definitely come back soon!

Excellent and fun brunch. I had to change my booking a couple of times and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious but prosecco could have been a bit more chilled. The singer was great and good choice of songs. There were a couple of hen parties which added to the fun. We were in the Slipper karaoke room which had great decor and good sound proofing as no one needs to hear our singing! Service and ambience excellent. We will be back!

I had an amazing time at this karaoke place with a couple of friends! The staff were very attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly with no delays getting into our room. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had excellent air conditioning, which made the experience even more comfortable. The song selection was great overall, although some bands and tracks we wanted weren’t available. That said, there were still plenty of options to choose from, and we had tons of fun singing and laughing. Drinks were on the pricey side, but that’s expected in most London spots. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Really good vibe, but quiet for a Saturday night. Main bar was very good. The rooms were all empty, but when trying to hire one we were told it’s very busy so they wanted to charge more. We declined and enjoyed the main bar.

We had our wedding after-party here and it was a huge hit! All of our guests arrived and quickly found the right "zone." The service was brilliant and the rooms were easy to use. Leading up to the event I had the pleasure of working with Joe and Anna who made sure our event ran seamlessly! All of our guests had such a blast. I cannot recommend BAM enough!
