This place has no clue how to treat a customer. This was our first time to Bambino, we live in Ozona and figured one day we would try the famous bambino mit we see advertised. I got the mit and it was decent to OK, I think unnecessarily messy, but not horrible. The problem we had was with my son's roll with meatballs, we got home and started to dig in... hmmm lots of cheese and spinach, but no meatballs, so we called back to talk to the staff. The woman who answered sounded pleasant but has no idea how to treat customers. My son told her he ordered a roll with meatballs and there were no meatballs, she said 'how far have you eaten?" my son said, 'i cut it in half there are no meatballs" she said "they're in there, look more to the right side" my son said "um... what? look to the right side?" she said " yes, they might have melted all to one side" my son, doing as instructed looks further (his roll is now completely opened up) and says back to her "no meatballs", then you could hear the woman calling back to (I guess the cook) "hey did you put meatballs in that spinach roll?" and we hear a "yep", so then the woman back to my son on the phone says "yep, they are in there" and my son says "are they green?" and she says "no, thats the spinach" and my son says "ok thats fine, I dont want to deal with this anymore" and says good bye, the woman says "if you want to bring it back we will replace it" my son "no, thats ok i dont want to deal with this"... a few minutes pass, a call comes into my phone, its the lady calling back, my wife answers it this time she says "i'm really sorry, we made a mistake, we gave you the wrong roll". (LIKE DUH!!!!) and my wife says she will come and get a new one with the meatballs, so she did, and when she got there, my wife said" you know the way you talked to my son was really uncool", the woman said "we made a mistake", my wife said "but you didnt have to treat him like that on the phone, you didnt believe what he said", and the woman said "it wasnt my fault" we get complaints all the time.... my wife said "thats it, you wont see us back here anymore" and left.... This is how NOT to treat a customer, they didnt even offer to do anything like give her a coupon for a free meal or anything, they didnt offer to deliver it to our house. I hope your experience is better than ours.... or better yet maybe they will start treating customers better.....
