First time stopping by. Had been wanting to visit since a close friend had gifted my daughter a piece of clothing from the store and always talked about how cute the selection was. I had been looking forward to this visit but left pretty disappointed. I was not greeted when I walked in, but then again, I may have been interrupting a break since the employee came from the back room. Still not an excuse. I did have my questions answered, but there was no willingness to help. She was too busy wrapping a gift. I was the only customer there the majority of the time and i only purchased because I was in desperate need of gifts and had no time to go elsewhere. I wasn’t offered the gift wrapping option, but by then I was just so uncomfortable that I didn’t care. I paid for my items and even said thank you on my way out. You guessed it, no response. Such poor customer service for such a beautiful boutique.

As everyone can see, I received a reply from management almost immediately.
Karen, I appreciate your fast response and willingness to make this right; but after reading past reviews, I see that this has been an ongoing problem for the last few years. “Making it right” for each person who has spoken up, has not solved the problem. Because of this, I have chosen to politely decline your offer. I sincerely hope the service improves because like I’ve mentioned before, you have such a beautiful boutique. Best wishes.
