Bamboo Bistro - Review - Panorama City - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"The food from this Panorama City restaurant is the equivalent of finding your old Nintendo DS in the back of your closet and proceeding to play Cooking Mama: Dinner With Friends for two hours straight: super comforting, and something we all need a little bit more of nowadays. From extra crispy pork pata to a rich and thick kare-kare that goes heavy on the peanuts, the food here is clearly inspired by the rich tradition of potlucks in Filipino home cooking - dishes that taste like they were made by a friend’s mom, or could be found laid out at a birthday party. If you don’t live in the Valley, the journey out here can be a little far, but we’d commit to that drive any day, just for a cup of their bulalo soup – a traditional dish made with beef shank, potatoes, and cabbage that’s rich, nourishing, and could probably bring you back to life after a ten-hour TikTok binge. Head to their website to place an order for takeout." - Kat Hong

One of the few great Filipino restaurants here in Los Angeles area. The restaurant is located right in the middle of Panorama City. Don’t be discouraged by the hustle and bustle of the busy Panorama City , once you step inside Bamboo Bistro, you’ll be greeted by cheerful staff and eventually taste the great food of the Philippines. This is my first time in this place and I was not disappointed. Will definitely go back for more.

Google
Had high hopes for Bamboo Bistro after reading a lot of the great reviews, but unfortunately was sorely disappointed by the inattentive service (despite being literally the only dine-in party the entire time) and the mediocre food. Perhaps dinner service doesn’t match the quality of their more popular lunch buffet, but this experience certainly doesn’t leave me eager to return More details: Came by for dinner as a party of two on a Sunday and were the only customers throughout our meal. This didn’t translate to attentive service though - our server was constantly on her phone or talking to friends and we had to repeatedly get up and flag her down for assistance. We ordered pancit canton and beef kare kare, both new to us dishes. The pancit was a bit too oily and salty for my taste, while the kare kare featured scant pieces of oxtail in a sauce that tasted like watered-down peanut butter, completely lacking depth or complexity. The kare kare appeared with a giant bowl of rice, which we barely made a dent in. To our surprise, when the bill arrived, we saw an extra charge for the rice —something we hadn’t ordered and that our server never mentioned would come with the kare kare or that it was an extra cost. When we raised the issue, she refused to acknowledge the oversight or remove the charge, which was incredibly frustrating. From the inattentive service to the disappointing food to the extra fees, I can’t recommend Bamboo Bistro to others.

Google
Service was typical of filipino restaurants. If you come here on nights there's entertainment and it's basically a filipino party. Good food, Music, dancing, Karaoke, and drunk relatives. We came here for dinner on a Saturday night and the food was a little pricey for the size BUT the flavor was worth it! We will definitely be coming here when we visit LA. We really enjoyed the food and entertainment and will be bringing friends next time.

I’ve been killing for some pork adobo. This really hit the spot, it gives me a home feeling that I only get from friends home cooking. I was bummed out that it was not all you can eat as advertised, only on the weekends. The waiters were kind and welcoming. They did give an odd feeling because we are from a different ethnicity. I ce they realized we loved the culture and food, the environment changed and even started conversation. We ordered fried chicken for the kids and they loved it, it isn’t Popeyes quality but more home made fried. It still has a decently good flavor. We will be coming in again and trying different menu items. If you’re anything like me and enjoy spicy. Not much spicy food is offered and not much hot sauce. Otherwise, give it a shot and enjoy!

Google
I went there on one Saturday for brunch, and it was so crowded. It happened to have an event or something on that day. Lining up for 20 25 mins and waiting for another 10 mins on the food line. The arrangement was all messed up as the people were crossing with each other at the food line. However, the Filipino food they offered was good, and it is worth the price. Overall, it was just too many people in the small buffet like this

Yelp
Go to their weekend buffet! Lots of selection and menu. Lots of Filipino favorites are there. Desserts are bountiful and tasty. Service is excellent so it is busy and karaoke is popular. Outside appease is deceiving. Once you are inside, ambiance is cozy, comfortable and homey. I love their wall decoration. Cultural theme and classy.

Yelp
If you're craving Filipino food and looking for a place to indulge, Bamboo Bistro is a great spot to satisfy your cravings! This all-you-can-eat Filipino buffet offers a wide selection of classic dishes, and the food is fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The buffet spread is impressive, with all the favorites like adobo, pancit, crispy lechon, and longanisa, along with a variety of other delicious options. Everything was well-prepared, and the dishes were regularly replenished, so nothing ever felt like it had been sitting out for too long. I particularly enjoyed the kare-kare which were perfectly seasoned and reminded me of home-cooked meals. The staff was friendly and kept everything clean and organized. It's a casual, no-frills kind of place, but the focus is definitely on the food. It's also a great value for the price, considering it's all-you-can-eat! Overall, Bamboo Bistro is a solid choice for anyone wanting to dive into some good Filipino comfort food. I'll definitely be back to try more dishes!

Yelp
We dropped by this Filipino Weekend Buffet by Panorama City to see their food selections and enjoy what they offered. The restaurant was packed with a line of people scooping out an array of Filipino dishes from meat to stew selections, soups and desserts. The owner Dan showcased the resto's nightly Karaoke or Sing Along, a Filipino invention way back in the early days of this musical icon. Their dishes are perfectly cooked and everything seems to lend with the rice choices available. I just hope they also had veggie choices and options and more fruit desserts for folks like us. It's a very loud place to be so if you're looking for sake thing quiet, this is not your place. It's really a bar type environment and the prices are very affordable and such attracts many folks who wanted to enjoy Filipino dishes. Parking is free and it's also accessible for disabled folks.

Yelp
Title: FlavorMy Friday visit left me full and happy to enjoy my authentic Filipino dishes in that I grew up eating. Even though I didn't partake in the weekend buffet, I wasn't going to pass on having Beef Kare-Kare, Nilagang Baka soup, Sisig, and Adobo Fried Rice. The kare kare (peanut stew) and nilagang Baka (beef soup) were the highlights of our meal. the Beef Kare-Kare stood out with its luscious peanut sauce and tender meat, offering a perfect blend of savory and nutty flavors. The Nilagang Baka soup was a comforting delight, brimming with hearty chunks of beef and vegetables in a flavorful broth. The Sisig was a sizzling sensation my husband enjoyed. Wish the pork was more tender but the adobo rice paired well. The adobo rice is like a meal itself with ample amount of pork adobo fried with it. Generous portions and a welcoming atmosphere made the experience perfect for sharing with loved ones. There is a lot of seating.. So I'm sure weekend hours for the buffet get packed. Their restrooms were decent, and even included a "tabo" the OG Filipino way I often used growing up. With attentive service and delicious food its perfect for anyone craving a taste of the Philippines in a cozy setting.

Yelp
It's only appropriate that for AAPI Heritage Month, I highlight one of the best Filipino breakfast and lunch buffets in LA -- Bamboo Bistro. Each time I have eaten there, Kuya Dan and his team are always so welcoming. He is known to go out of his way to make sure the food is always fresh and your dining needs are met. If you're not familiar, this restaurant/karaoke bar is located inside Plaza Del Valle at the intersection of Chase/Van Nuys Blvd in Panorama City. The plaza is a decent size outdoor shopping mall with plenty of free parking. Bamboo Bistro happens to be a large restaurant space that also has a DJ booth and stage for karaoke and comedy acts in the evening. I've only gone for the weekend breakfast/lunch buffet and they always have the best variety of Filipino dishes. During this time, the food is served cafeteria style and debating what to get next is standard practice. My personal favorite is the adobo fried rice paired with either Kare Kare or Corn Beep (lol). It may not be the Philippines but dining at Bamboo Bistro sure does make you feel like you're taking a break living the island life to eat at your favorite food hall.

Yelp
Be carefull when paying your bill they dont tell that they automatically included the tip. So if you add a tip on the receipt it will doubled. This resto is cheatter.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try the weekend brunch here after seeing a few youtubers I follow eat here. Finally got to try it out today and I am soooo stuffed! We arrived at 11am and they still had the breakfast spread with the addition of fried chicken and lechon kawali. As we were eating they slowly started replacing the breakfast items with lunch items. I was so stuffed but I wanted to keep eating as they brought more food out. The service was really friendly and the drinks were included in the price. Cost was about $23.50 per adult and $15.75 for kids before tax. You pay before you get seated after running my card the tip option came up and a I was looking at it the gentleman said don't worry about it and selected no tip and handed me the receipt. I thought that was pretty cool of them. The food was really good specially the garlic fried rice. I've been doing keto no carb for a while but today I had 4 feelings of the Garlic fried rice. The fried shrimp was also really good. This is the only Filipino place I know in the area that does all you can eat. I was really impressed and highly recommend if you like Filipino food.

Yelp
My review is for the AYCE Saturday buffet: My girlfriend suggested this one Saturday when we were trying to figure out where to eat for brunch. She said she remembered seeing a post online talking about a Filipino food buffet located in Panorama City. We called first to figure out their buffet times and were told it's from 11am-3pm. The restaurant is located at a very popular strip inside Panorama city, lined with many local vendors and services. We've been to this area before but have never been to this restaurant. The parking lot in the rear is large and holds many spots. Walking inside was a breeze; We paid at the counter, picked out seats, and got ourselves plates. Compared to traditional American buffets, the amount of food offered is much more limited. It runs down one large counter and is spread out in one line. However, that didn't matter as the buffet menu was specifically Filipino food and all were delicious choices. Quality over quantity!!! I ate to my heart's content and slurped down a mix of food I'd famously get at Filipino parties. The recipes were all familiar and no menu item was striking in off-putting taste. I think the buffet was very affordable for the price ($27), especially because most of the time, entrees like those offered in the buffet would cost as much as it did to come here! It's loud and vibrant inside, with large groups inside and small groups. The TV displays also show very reasonable prices for catering, their booking availability for birthdays, and also a nice photo collection of Filipino celebrities that have visited! It was great and my partner and I definitely planned to bring more friends or family here in the future to eat well. This is a great local spot, filled with the heart and culture of the Philippines, with karaoke nights scheduled weekly. Super glad to have tried this out and eat at my first-ever Filipino buffet (not including Filipino parties that are basically buffets!)

Yelp
Food is acceptable. Service? The place is buffet style, self service but the staff are very nice and friendly, helpful when needed. Ambiance? Typical buffet restaurant. Food is delicious with many choices. Location is difficult to find while parking seemed inadequate and confusing.

Yelp
A colorful lively spot in the beautiful Latin plaza sits the Bamboo Bistro. I have been wanting to check out this place for a while now. I came here w my son and mom. The space is very small despite it looking large. It can get very crowded. They are open for normal dine-in orders as well. The buffet is only Saturdays & Sundays. Parking can get crazy. The plaza is very crowded on weekends and theres a lot of traffic within the area. The options are plentiful. They have so many options. Everything was delicious. I really enjoyed the crispy chicken. The garlic fried rice was super flavorful. They don't have many dessert options at the buffet but u can order alacarte. They switch out the food often. Drinks are included in the price, which I like. Service was basic but they did very well for the amount of customers that are in and out. They clean the tables fast which help w the turnover. Definitely will be back!

Yelp
Kuya Dan is so funny and fun to be around. The food is so delicious that even if you're full, you do a pause and then eat more. Everyone is so accommodating and so helpful! Weekends are their busy days, so be prepared to stand in line (for a little bit). Also, there's comedy karaoke during the weekend at night.

Yelp

Yelp
We love coming here when we can I actually really like the breakfast buffet. The options are really good and the workers are nice. It gets busy later in the day so be aware of that but we haven't had to wait everytime we've come.

Yelp
Best Filipino buffet in Los Angeles County. Lots of lechon/roast pork, karekare/oxtail stew, and other Filipino ethnic food. Uber ginataan dessert. One problem was the food wasn't piping hot, on the cool side. But overall a good dining experience.

Yelp
Who's driving all the way to Panorama City from Anaheim for some AYCE Filipino food? We are, that is, my husband and I. It's no lie, we made our way to Bamboo Bistro, courtesy of Tik Tok, and I will gleefully say, we have been a few times now. There has never been a long line, and we have visited both morning and mid day. The lady at the register is always friendly and the owner greeted us after our first time too! The buffet options vary depending on whether it is breakfast or lunch, but if you're open enough, try both sessions (on separate days of course, or go there right as breakfast is ending, and lunch is beginning). Take your pick of longanisa, tocino, lechon, fried eggs, pancit, garlic rice, adobo, and more. Many tasty things to try here. A free fountain drink comes with your meal, or opt for basic water. Desserts are limited at the end of the buffet. Bamboo Bistro has been steadily packed each time we came, so I can tell they have been doing well for years. We were newbies to their AYCE brunches, but that's okay better late than never, I suppose. So far we have enjoyed every bite. Cheers to BB in PC!
google avatar

Jim R.

Yelp
I've been here for the all you can eat weekend brunch which is something every non vegetarian should try, for dinner we had the lechon kawali and some noodles. Both were great, only problem was that it was pretty noisy on a Saturday night. But if you can accept that, place is great.

Dennis A.

Yelp
Need more food choices , no sinigang no nilaga no bopis no menudo no Afritada They have pork nilaga but no meat all bones and fat. Since it's a Filipino buffet they should have put more traditional filipino food .
google avatar

Inday C.

Yelp
Good authentic Filipino food, lots of choices. Lots of traditional Filipino dishes. Good for the selective palate. However, we ordered chicken adobo and chicken tinola and I don't understand why the chicken is cut into smaller portions so there are actually little pieces of bones in the food!! I have to look at my food closely to avoid chewing on a bone or choking on one! So please, if you order the chicken adobo or chicken tinola, be careful! Or maybe do not order chicken as it is cut up Into little pieces. It is dangerous!
google avatar

Jessica P.

Yelp
My family and I walked in not knowing what to expect. The place itself is super spacious and has a dance floor/stage perfect for booking events if anyone is interested. The food was also super delicious! We ordered the sinigang, lechon, pancit, and lumpia. Everything was great and would love to come back again.

Maria D.

Yelp
Best breakfast buffet ,have a lot of varieties of food and drinks. Service was great and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We will surely be coming back here whenever we visit California from Arizona.
google avatar

Yelp
Quite good for a buffet and a pretty unique experience. It was busy at noon on Saturday. The buffet line is confusing and crowded. The restaurant itself is a bit dark, loud, and chaotic. Service was friendly, the lady at the cashier was kind and introduced us to the many dishes they offered. The best part of the buffet was the garlic and pink shrimp rice. I also enjoyed the vegetable options like coconut taro leaf and long beans. Most pieces of the kare kare were tough which was a bummer. The two dessert options were okay. Again, it was a pretty unique experience and maybe a place to show friends but it's not the type of place I'd visit multiple times.

Yelp
My hubby and I stopped at Bamboo Bistro Filipino Karaoke Bar & Restaurant a few weeks ago to try their weekend buffet. We came in on a Sunday around lunch time. They were pretty busy, but the flow of people 'coming and going' seemed to work out to reduce, what could have been a really long wait time. Though we came at prime time, the longest wait we experienced was to pay upon entering, and that was no more than 10 minutes. Food was good, staff was friendly, and the overall environment was positive. Bamboo Bistro Filipino Karaoke Bar & Restaurant definitely left a great first impression on us. The buffet lunch was plentiful with a lot of classic options. We were impressed with the taste and quality of the food, especially for being mass-produced for a buffet. Everything tasted as if it was made with love. Very fresh and authentic. As mentioned, they were super busy, but the staff did a good job of keeping up with the demand to refill hotplates on an on-going basis. The owner, Dan, was super friendly and very welcoming. He engaged with many of the customers to check in with them during their meals. He held a pretty long conversation with my husband which left him with all smiles and feeling very "at home." The staff overall was pleasant, friendly, and efficient. We look forward to returning to Bamboo Bistro Filipino Karaoke Bar & Restaurant in the future to try more of their menu options and visit on a Karaoke night. The price point for the buffet was justified and fair, so I would imagine that the rest of the menu prices would be affordable as well and that food be just as delicious. If you're thinking about stopping by, just do it!

Yelp
Karaoke and entertainment - and the food was good. I have to say this is the first Filipino restaurant that reminded me of my mom's cooking and that's a good thing! Screen were strategically placed so you could watch the entertainment even if your back was to the stage. Portions were pretty good - generous without being overwhelming. Atmosphere is festive - good place to go for food and fun!

Yelp
Came here on Saturday around 1 pm for their weekend lunch buffet (~12-3). There was a bit of a line but fortunately when we got to the register, there was seating for our party of 3. It was about $21 per person and the senior discount was $1.50 off. The cashier line merged right into the single buffet line that was packed with people. It took maybe 5-10 minutes to get through the line, which wasn't too horrible. The line went empty by about 2 pm, an hour before the buffet was over. Overall the food was delicious!! A little on the salty and oily side so when we were finished, we felt very heavy, but I was very happy with the flavors and options. My favorites were the crispy pork belly with gravy (especially this one), the pork blood, the ginataang kalabasa (coconut with beans and squash), the noodles, and the garlic rice. The tapioca pudding was also delicious. The dishes were refilled quickly to semi-quickly and were always piping hot and fresh. Sometimes there would be new dishes out as well. Soda was included and you ask employees behind the buffet line to fill them. Unfortunately their water machine wasn't working and when I asked for water the employee must have misheard me and filled my cup with coke but that's okay! Just would have helped my heaviness a little haha. It seemed pretty crowded because of a birthday party in the back as well. Would love to come back to try their breakfast buffet, not sure if the options would be similar but it's $16.50 I think for adults and coffee is included (starts at 8 am).

Yelp
Sunday brunch at 11:00 am Price: ok Service: self served, very friendly staffs Ambiance: sort of loud , good for family and groups Food quality: buffet style, must try crispy pork, super crispy pork skin, loved the salty shrimp sauce.

Yelp
This Filipino all you can eat is a good place your try different types of Filipino cuisine. The garlic and adobo rice flavor is spot on, delicious and goes great with bangus , tapas, and loganisas. Kare Kare with oxtail is so delicious and chewy with a good peanut based sauce. The Filipino curry. The cassava cake and chocolate rice was definitely interesting to try. A good round up in the meal.

Yelp
Such nostalgic feels, brings it back to when I was younger and had all the titas and titos together. The food hit the spot, snd it was AYCE! The area was bit difficult to find, however was well worth the search!

Yelp
Omg what a treasure! A lot of Filipino restaurants have begun overcharging for cuisine so I haven't eaten so much of it lately. However, I was compelled to try this place out after stumbling upon a YouTube video stating this was a Filipino buffet. With its friendly host/cashier, savory food and bottomless drinks (also included in the affordable 23.99 price) i immediately remembered all those warm nights of my mom making traditional home cooked Filipino meals for my family. Captures that essence, in my opinion. Will most likely be coming back, hopefully with more people! Trying right now to save room for the Halo-Halo (separate charge, mind you) but I'm kinda stuffed from the lechon kawali. Thank you for this. Amazing!

Fatima R.

Yelp
My mom and I come here once a month and we're always greeted by the owner's wife or the owner. They are so warm and friendly! We also really love George, he's been there for awhile now and he's always so great with my mom. We're usually there for the weekend buffet but decided to use their catering service for my birthday in and it did not disappoint! I wish I had taken photos of the food but it was beyond excellent. I ordered the garlic chicken, miki bihon, lechon, caldereta, and chop suey. It was fresh and delicious, my friends and family absolutely loved it.

Romina G.

Yelp
The Best Filipino food. Our first time to be here and my kids love it. We drove 4 hours just to try it and weren't disappointed. Thank you Kuya Dan.

Yelp
If you like Filipino food or just want to try Filipino food, this is the place to do it. It's in a Latino plaza, look for the disabled parking area it's close to there. We didn't make it in time for full breakfast but we got a couple dishes from it anyway: the champurrado, garlic rice, and the corned beef are my favorite but they also had longaniza, tapa, tocino, arroz caldo (it's Filipino chicken rice porridge), salted egg, danggit (dried fish). For brunch, they added nilaga, Kare kare (our favorite), tilapia, lechon kawali, and fried chicken. We didn't stay for lunch so not sure what else they would have added. Soda is included but you have to ask for it because it's behind the counter. They pick up plates pretty quickly and refill the food often. The servers are nice and the owner friendly. If you go when it's busy it's a little crowded but it wasn't that bad finding a table for 3. The tables are set up pretty close to each other kinda like a Paris bistro, no wonder it's called Bamboo Bistro. I get it haha. Overall, it's a good meal for less than $25 per person (senior discount available too. I think it was around $20 for my mom). We were super full when we got out. We went here specifically to eat and drove over an hour, and we don't regret it. We shall come again.

Yelp
Always my favorite! If you are looking for freshly cooked Filipino food that can satisfy your cravings, this is the place to go. They also have all-you-can-eat brunch every Saturday and Sunday, delicious food, amazing staff and an even more amazing owner who treats everyone as his own family, what else am I going to look for? Tara na sa Bamboo!!!

Yelp
Our first time in...came from pouting rain & was greeted with a friendly smile! Everything looked great...the food was calling us It was not evrn noon time on Saturday and luckily there was not too big of a crowd. I started with TWO plates (1st course) with small quatities of my favs to taste test...garlic fried rice, adobo fried rice, small salted fried fish w/seasoned vinegar, 1x longonisa, pinakbet w/shrimp paste, LECHON w/liver sauce, KARE KARE and sinigang soup! Asked for COKE (included in buffet price) & self-service cold water. After 40min went back to the line for 2nd course... hot champorado and added a bit more salted fried fish. It didnt need any sweetened condensed milk...great amount of sweetness! Great conversations with my cousin led us to my final 3rd course... hot ginatan (loved the coconut milk taste)!! Adding warm cassava cake! Stzffed but truly wanted to start over Til next time na lang!!

Yelp
This hidden gem is my top choice for ordering party food. It's a cozy, authentic Filipino restaurant owned by Kuya Dan, who is not only friendly and laid-back but also the best mentor I've ever had. One of my absolute favorites is their kare-kare, a creamy dish made with oxtails, which gives it a unique and rich flavor. Their sisig, a spicy and tangy blend of chopped pig parts, stands out. And let's not forget their enormous halo-halo, a delightful mix of sweet and colorful ingredients perfect for sharing. The service is top-notch, the prices are reasonable, and they even have live shows on Fridays and Saturdays featuring some fantastic comedians. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Yelp
I ordered takeaway food for a family gathering and they loved everything. As it was my first time visiting this restaurant, I wish they had better signage as it took a while to find their entrance in two rows of small establishments. Service was nonchalant but pleasant enough.

Yelp
A great spot for authentic Filipino cuisine. I brought my wife and niece to this location to give it a try. We originally was looking for the all you can eat but then realized it was on Saturdays and Sundays, so we went off the menu. We had Sinangag, beef steak, bangus, and sisig. The family style portions were filling and melted in your mouth. The karaoke was just as entertaining. Service was great as the staff made sure your needs were met. Parking is in the lot before the arch.

Yelp
Dan was a good host. Food was "comforting"; the Kate-kare was made of oxtail (as it should be) and the vegetables fresh. The ginataan (bill-bilo) was not overly sweet. Overall, food was not greasy and all palatable to the eyes.

Yelp
Most of the Filipino restaurants near me no longer offer an all-you-can-eat option, so I was excited to be able to try Bamboo Bistro. Panorama City is super far from home, but since I was helping someone move into UCLA, it was only about 20 minutes from Westwood. We parked and walked into the cute Plaza Del Valle, with Bamboo being the first restaurant on the left upon entering the main entrance. There was a small wait, and less seating was available than usual due to a private party/event taking up the back half of the restaurant. The interior is clean and fun. On Saturdays and Sundays, brunch is buffet AYCE style $19.75 + tax which includes a fountain drink as of September 2022, a pretty good deal. The buffet is plentiful with lots of dishes + soup and desserts, and service was very friendly. All of the food was very fresh and tasty, and I left incredibly full and happy. Highly recommend! Too bad it's so far from home for me.

Yelp
I think the place was really nice & well airconditioned! Service was okay. Food wise out of 10, I would rate it a 6/10 because most of the food were cold and the only hot ones were the champorado and sinigang. Sinigang was so good tho! Kare-kare was okay. Trued the tapa, egg with rice & it was cold. If you were to ask me if there is anything they could improve on I would say, is how they preserve the food overtime & it's also understandable that I went on a sunday and it was not packed at all but i still think they should think of a better way to not let the food go cold especially if it's an eat all you can place.

Yelp
Food here really taste good if you're looking for authentic Filipino food like oxtail kare kare. They serve buffet style on weekends only and a la carte the rest of the week. You have to ignore the location and the challenge of locating the restaurant after you park in the back. I try to get there around 11:00 on Saturdays so the lunch food is fresh. They serve breakfast and lunch buffet and you will still find breakfast food at that time. $79.00 for 3 people, all in is not bad for the quality of their Filipino food (only). Not too many choices but they include a variety of food you might be missing from home. I like to take Filipino guests here when I don't feel like cooking.

Yelp
Bamboo Bistro is a hidden gem in Panorama City. My family and I LOOOVE everything about this place. They have the most warm and welcoming service which truly defines Filipino hospitality. Bamboo Bistro has always been our go to place for delicious Filipino food. Highly recommended!!

Yelp
Went for the brunch $23/pp, it was worth it. It includes the unlimited coffee and soda. Place has been renovated since the time I went years ago. Place was clean and food was worth it. All filipino food cravings satisfied!

Yelp
This place is definitely one of the best joints for Filipino food in LA! I am thankful we came across this place on a day off. We visited at the beginning of the year when there weren't that many people out and about just yet. We parked nearby and walked to the restaurant, which sat within a nice village. There were plenty of options available and it was difficult to decide which dish to grub on, but after pulling from some snippets of nostalgia, we decided to go with dinuguan and rice! The portions were generous and there were many meals to come just from this one visit. It was a nice relaxing atmosphere and we will definitely go back soon!
