Good service and they are patient. It was the first time I we t to this place in particular but I’m glad I did. I usually get the boba drinks or cane juice no ice. It’s located inside the 99 ranch building and it’s open inside. They have a lot of different things you can try there. So many options. Will stop by here again kids enjoyed the drinks.

Order durian smoothe... they added too much milk and it wasn't my favorite place to get this drink but my sister got a milk tea and she enjoyed it.

Bambu has A LOT of choices for drinks and desserts. This might be overwhelming if you don't know what you want to get. --- There was a short line when we got there, but ordering is fairly quick. We got our drink within 5 mins or so! --- We asked for recommendations from the staff and the #10 was one of the suggestions. I'm glad we went with that because it was a great drink! --- I don't know if they have a dedicated restroom, but there are restrooms nearby for the whole complex. Plenty of parking spaces in the lot as well shared by all the businesses there. --- We'll definitely come back next time and try other drinks!

One of my favorite Vietnamese desserts stores! I ordered Bambu Favorite (Hat Luu Suong Sao Banh Lot), Taro Lover, and Jasmine Milk Tea. The Bambu Favorite is so delicious. The combination of different toppings with the coconut milk gives unique flavors and textures. My wife loves their Taro Lover, and their Jasmine Milk Tea is probably the best compared to other boba stores. I highly recommend giving this a try if you want authentic Vietnamese desserts!

The drinks here are delicious! One of the best Mangonada I ever had. The avocado & durian drink was good as well, can't really taste the durian though.

Went to BAMBU Desserts & Drinks. Ordered a Mia Tac: Kumquat Cane Juice. On summer days, this drink is a MUST!!!! Refreshing, flavorful, and delicious!!! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍!

It was my first time there but it was pretty close to a halo halo but I wish there was more shaved ice and scoops of ube ice cream then the jellies. However it was still pretty good. The lady that helped me was very nice and you can substitute an ingredient with something else, which was nice of her to give me that option.

I love the coconut coffee and coconut milk tea, both are delicious. The employees are kind and efficient I never wait long. The store could be cleaner but, but other than that this is a great location and consistently always delicious

Lady at the counter saw us as soon as we walked and promptly took our order! The place has multiple seating areas and it's relatively clean. I got the #10 and my partner the #2. For the price, you get lots of toppings! It tastes really good (and honestly you cannot go wrong with this dessert!) they allowed me to swap out the pandan jelly with rainbow jelly at no cost too :) 5/5

BAMBU inside Great Wall is definitely a unique experience it's fascinating to see how they make their own sugar! The seating area is lovely and the workers are very friendly, which made the visit enjoyable. The lines were really long, and I didn't quite understand the "snack" menu. The location is great, but the drink I tried was just okay not anything special. Overall, a fun experience.

It had been a long while since the last visit, so on Saturday, 11/22/25, decided to get a couple of drinks from this Bubble Tea shop. Got the usual Brown Sugar Milk Boba and a Large Coconut Smoothie. Both drinks were right on, definitely hit the spot! Tasted really good!! Service was a little slower than normal, maybe since there were a number of people waiting for their drinks. But overall, it was a pleasant experience and liked our drinks very much!!

My favorite place to get an avocado smoothie!! SUPER DUPER thick. Perfectly not-too-sweet. It IS really really thick though, so I usually add some milk to it when I get home (not complaining though, that just means more smoothie for me! Hehe)

I've been to the location in Chinatown when it was still there, and it's great that they have one inside the Great Wall Shopping Mall in Kent as well. They have tons of che here, along with tea, smoothies, juice and yogurts. There's some seating inside and it's right next to another store. Nothing to say on service here. I got the soyful 2 drink, which came with red bean, sago, soy pudding and pandan jelly in a cup that also had what seemed like coconut milk. Nothing too special about this, but everything in the drink combined very well. In terms of quality and selections, I would prefer similar places such as Che Dessert in Othello.

Delicious. One of my favorite sweet treats whenever i'm located in Kent! I'd highly recommend any of their drinks, it can be a bit too sweet so I always say less on the sugar/cream. The service is usually quiet, no greeting or really acknowledgment until you're ready to order. The place is inside the ranch market, and it's quite convenient next to the entrance and also connected to another store as well. The plaza is easy for parking! The drink is pricey, and can be from $8-$10.

My kid's favorite smoothie is the strawberry ! Their mocha with boba is also a favorite if I'm looking for a treat. You can also adjust sweetness level so that is always a plus.

I enjoy my daily bubble tea, but my experience at Bambu was really disappointing. I ordered light ice, but the cup was still filled with at least 80% ice--what's the point of even asking? Then I tried ordering no ice and they only filled the cup halfway. It feels like they're cutting corners and shortchanging customers. Definitely not worth the price. Won't be coming back.

They have A LOT of menu options to choose from. I got a passion orange guava tea and an ube iced latte with boba. I wasn't a fan of either. I didn't like all of the passion fruit seeds in the POG and I didn't care for the semi saltiness of the ube iced latte. I was hoping for a stronger coffee taste and fresh ube. I believe they use the ube condensed milk. The boba was sweet and chewy though.

It was fast. So many options. It was delicious! The only suggestion I would make would be to have paper menu's at the counter.

Service: standard as usual. Nothing outstanding nor any deficit. Ambiance: big and airy with tall ceiling made the establishment welcoming. Food: I was in search for Classic rau má drink that I had when I was in Vietnam. Most places that I try in the US simply drench the drink with sugar, but here at bambu they adhere to the traditional setup with a little flare. It was not sweet at all and they paired it with coconut juice to really balance the earthy rau ma! Simply delightful and refreshing!

My family enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee, sugarcane and sour lime drink along with the brown sugar boba milk tea. The Mango nada however left us with scratchy throat. Feeling like a thousand cuts in the back of my throat the next morning. What was in the brown spice?

Finally got a chance to try their snow ice dessert. We got the mango cheesecake which was topped with blackberries and fresh mango. The snow ice is super fluffy, sweet tart and delicious. Glad that we don't have to go far for this special treat. Also grabbed an iced ube latte - a bit surprised by the sea salty flavor but it grew on us and was another yummy treat. I didn't order any food item. Just the Desserts Drinks and some Milk Tea and it is delicious.

This place is alright. I went here with my fiancé last Sunday and the fruit tasted canned... But! This very sweet young boy I think his name was jay pee?? So sweet. Helped so much! And I can tell he cares about customers and his job. Give this lovely boy a raise!!

Kinda pricey for the smaller size mango smoothie with sea foam but once I started drinking it I realized it's the best mango smoothie with sea foam I've ever had lol they place their sea foam on the bottom which makes a big impact on the amount of savory salt I get to sweet mango ratio, next time I'll pay the 50 cent difference and get a large.

I didn't purchase any food items, but the dessert drink was delicious. The service was friendly and fast. The ambiance is a dessert and more shops.

I've already written a review for the BAMBU location in Chinatown-ID, which covers snow ice desserts. However, I frequently order drinks at this location in the Great Wall Shopping Mall after purchasing groceries at the 99 Ranch Market. Whenever I visit BAMBU, I have trouble deciding what to order because the menu is extensive and the ability to customize is endless. I can honestly say there's something for everyone. My personal favorites are the Basil Seed Fruit Tea and the Mango Yogurt. The staff are friendly and service is quick! It's a popular place to pick up drinks and occasionally, there is a line.

I come here often and love their Bambi special drink. The last couple of times, the longan in my drink was not fresh. It was brown like it had been opened from a can for a day or two. For the price, I would not go back because the quality isn't there.

Since my first visit here, this place has quickly become my go to when that Asian dessert craving hits. I love their che, and have been enjoying making my way through their menu over the years. A tip if you're getting your order to go - ask for the ice to be packed separately so you don't get a watered down dessert once you get home. The staff are really lovely and patient too, and can explain the options to you or help you with a recommendation. If che is not up your alley, they also offer a huge selection of drinks like fresh juices, smoothies, bubble tea, coffee, and even mangonada!

Went an hour before closing so it was relatively quiet. Boyfriend ordered the Hat Luu Suong Sao Banh Lot, which has red tapioca, grass jelly, pandan jelly, and coconut milk. It was sweet and addictive with every sip. The coconut milk with a variety of toppings made it dense and flavorful. The texture of the toppings was soft, with some crunchy pieces in the panda jelly (not sure) as well. I was feeling full from a large dinner and still ended up drinking half it. Honestly, this drink might be better than most boba drinks depending on what you're feeling that day.

Boba and dessert place in the Great Wall Shopping Mall. Theres at least two other options for bubble tea in the mall and its hard to discern one from the other. But bambu does do a few things well - they have a large seating area. Its always been empty since Ive gone in too so its not a fight for space -their shaved ice dessert is very good -they have Vietnamese styled drinks Lately I've been on the binge for basil seeds and they have a few options on their wall of pictures that is essentially their menu. The fruit lemonade was not sour despite it being out of season and when the drink calls for sugarcane they juice it fresh. Their pennywort juice is also very refreshing and tastes like a grassy watermelon? Not my favorite but i think mixed with lemonade could be a new favorite.

I order hazelnut coffee blended. They give me a cup of ice cubes with a bit of coffee. Who will add full cup of ice cube to a coffee order and make a wrong order. How blended coffee turn into to a cup of ice cubes? And who gives a full cup of ice cube to a coffee order?

Friendly folks and great Boba! I'm looking forward to my next trip and grabbing the right straw. Lol

I asked for a Chai milk tea, I checked on the receipt and they charged me for a Thai milk tea. Which was an understandable mistake, so I asked to correct my order, which they agreed to. Later they came back telling me they were out of chai tea and so I asked if I could have a tiger milk tea instead (I only wanted a CHAI tea and they didn't have it so I asked for something else since I had already been charged). They brought back a Thai milk tea--which was really just Thai tea--and lied to me, saying it was a "tiger milk tea." I don't appreciate getting the wrong drink and then being lied to. Very poor.

I love boba drinks and smoothies with boba so I decided to try out BAMBU and I have to say I was not satisfied , the price for the quality of the drink was for sure not worth it . I tried their mangonada with black boba and I could barely taste the mango flavoring the boba was not all the way cooked or it could've been old boba. My fiancé got I believe the strawberry peach jade green tea with black boba as well and she just said it was okay and not worth the price so she wasn't entirely satisfied with her drink. The place itself is small but spacious in a way , it was clean and staff greeted upon ordering . The drinks were made pretty quick so that was a plus. I probably won't be ordering from them again but it was nice to finally try this place out.

Sometimes I get a craving for a Che dessert and I like the Bambu Combo from this place. It's a bit pricey but it always hits the spot. The little red tapioca tastes like Trix cereal to me which is my favorite part. When I order through Door Dash, I appreciate the fact they keep the ice separate. On my list for 2024 is to try some new flavors/drinks here!

I really really enjoy this Bambu spot. They are consistent and always fast. It doesn't hurt that it's located in an Asian market mall so there's always plenty of parking. As usual, I get one thing here only - the number 10: Bambu Favorite. It comes with red tapioca, Pandan jelly, grass jelly, coconut milk and ice! The ingredients tasted fresh and the red tapioca had a nice crunch and everything else was soft and chewy. Overall #10 for me has the best mouthfeel out of all their drinks. The regular size is basically a small cup for $5.95. If you want their large cup it's $1.50 upcharge. The store is also spacious and connected to a jerky store with plenty of seatings. Will come back here always!

This is not the first time for visiting. I just got the number 2 and number 10 for che. 2 for over $16, the price is up but the quality is going down. The peanuts are completely burn. Peanut is cheap, please don't serve it if it is black like this.

Bambu is not my favorite Vietnamese dessert place but it's an acceptable alternative when I'm too lazy to make the drive to Che Dessert on MLK. I have tried a few of their che desserts and they are pretty good for the most part. Having said that, today was not so good - 2 of my 3 orders were not acceptable. We ordered pennywort juice, Che Thai and sugarcane juice with kumquat less ice. Pennywort juice was good, Che Thai was pretty bland and I could barely tasted the sugarcane in the sugarcane juice. It was very watered down more like brown sugar and water. I would still go back there for Che but definitely will not order sugarcane juice there again.

Bambu is definitely one of my favorite go to spots for dessert delights. We ordered #3 #6 & #10. Super delish! You can't really go wrong with any number! Their restroom is out of service. Masks required (of course). The ladies working there were efficient and certainly were very kind. So, what are you still thinking about? Go get you some Bambu now:)

Great Vietnamese drinks and desserts, they are all great, you have to try to the pandan waffle, oolong bubble tea, fruit addict drink and all the others are so delicious!

Service: Most of the time are good. Only few when they weren't friendly which is understandable Drink: Their drinks is good. My favorite one is Rose milk tea with grass jelly. Cost: Affordable considering in the Seattle area Ambience: It's okay. They have few games to play if you want to dine in.

This cannot be what people were raving about right? I'm sorry but it's literally just store bought rice paper cut into strands of plastic texture. It rice paper hardened and has become inedible. Not sure if it was made previous day or what but I taste texture of how a day-old spring roll left in the fridge would be. Absolutely horrible and inedible. Sad. Such a horrible idea of a dish that cost 9$. Its three ladies brand store-bought rice paper cut in straight strands dipped for a second in water and all moisture have already evaporated that leaves a chewy, plastic, and hard texture that you cannot bite through. It's such a cheap ingredient and I feel mine was made yesterday. Cannot eat. I'm pissed because I bought so many drinks from here.

Seriously, worst service. I come to this location a lot. Especially whenever I'm in Renton/Kent because my parents live there. Anyways, stopped in today and ordered my usual, #10 with coconut juice instead of milk. After about 2-3 minutes of waiting, I get called to the front and am told that the replacement will cost 75 cents extra, which has never been the case at any of the other Bambu locations or this one (literally was here last week, same order, no price difference). I told her I didn't have cash just a card and she said, "I can cancel your transaction..." (there is a bunch of people in line now), I told her to just do the milk instead of the juice because I didn't want to deal with canceling and reordering. I'm wondering why the guy ringing me up didn't tell me of the price difference or why they just didn't give me what I ordered because it was their mistake. I could tell the girl felt bad but she didn't do anything to make it better. I understand protocol but it isn't consistent (at different locations- I understand but st the same one?). I'm a bit annoyed because I love Bambu and it's a regular spot when I see my parents...guess I'll save my time and money for something else.

Just brought an oolong tea with egg pudding, it definitely taste like water and the bottom contains bunch black stuff which it looks like they didn't drain any tea out or just using bunch left over oolong tea put this drink together. I used to go to this place all the time and this is first time got the tea like that. If there is no more certain tea option, please just inform the customer instead force the drink out and provide a terrible product! I am giving you guys 2 stars review because I like you guys customer service.

Been a loyal customer for years since this place has opened. They have great drinks and desserts! As a boba fanatic, I can guarantee this place is up to par. My favorite drinks and desserts are Honey green tea, matcha mango smoothie, and smashed avocado. They also have a wide variety of toppings. Knocked a star down due to prices as they are a bit higher than other boba shops. Overall, I would say this is the best boba and dessert joint against the other 3 inside 99 ranch.

I bought 3 cups of the kumquat sugarcane earlier today for almost $30 (tax n tip included). I noticed the girl used only one small piece of fresh sugarcane to make my order so I was a bit concerned since this isn't typically enough for 3 orders. I was in a hurry so I didn't check it throughly at the store. When I got home 30 mins later, I noticed that the sugarcane drinks had a dark greenish color and this typically mean that it isn't fresh (please see the photo below). It taste bland, and has an odd smell to it. After taking one sip, I knew I had to throw it away and that I wasted time and my $30. My stomach is now hurting. Lesson learned. I won't ever return back to this place. I can't believe they can be so reckless and sell old sugarcane drink to people. IF I could give negative stars I would.

Do not order more that 3 or 4 or they will mix up your order. However, other than that this is comparable to Che dessert in Seattle especially since the driving distance is similar but safer in Kent, WA. Still yummy.

I think this location has better che than one in china town. I always get summer delight. It is really good summer drink but I enjoy during winter time also. Store is clean but not many tables or space to seat down and people tend to get their drink and leave. I would like to try the rice paper salad they have.

My honeydew smoothie was fresh and delicious. Not to sweet but not too 'sweettart' candy either. There are many more that I want to try. The service was decently good too.

I really enjoy all the Che Desserts here. It's a little pricey, so I don't come often, but the flavors are worth treating myself. Most recently, I've been trying different milk teas at various locations to compare. At BAMBU, I have only had the Thaiger Milk Tea and the Wintermelon Milk Tea. I did not enjoy the Thaiger Milk tea as much as I wanted to. I cannot say for certain how the drink itself was made, but it tasted almost like a powder mix, and not from brewed Thai tea. Again, I don't know for sure, but that's just a feeling. Wintermelon is my favoite. I think i have not been disappointed with wintermelon anywhere. I think I will stick to just the Che Desserts here in the future, as it's really good. The milk teas aren't too special, but still good.

Uh oh, watch out Kim Van Deli and Boba Express!! It's obvious that the Landlord of Great Wall Shopping Mall has BAMBUZLED the tenant mix by allowing direct competition into the complex*. Bad for other businesses but good for us, the customer! Normally, while traveling, I stop into BAMBU when I am in Texas and California for dessert drinks and Asian puddings. They also have a few locations in the DC area and Georgia from what I know. This is BAMBU's first Washington State location. Niceties: -Cool music and televisions to watch and lounge. -Open and modern feel of the space with an actual sit down area that Kim Van Deli and Boba Express do not provide. -A large selection of different coffees, milk teas, dessert puddings and smoothies with even more choices of add-ons (not just boba pearls!). -They do NOT use powder to create smoothies like Taro, Durian, Soursop, Avocado and Jackfruit; they use the actual fruit. Just this fact alone will steer folks away from Boba Express, which uses mostly a powder base to create theirs. -Cup holders integrated into the bag. When you get it to go, they will put it a bag that they have already set a cup holder inside. Very clever. -They will set the ice separately in a bag if you just want it for later. This will prevent melted ice water to be floating on top when you are ready to eat it when you get home. Oddities: -Cash only. What I noticed is they still tack on additional taxes whereas most places that are cash only already include the tax into their prices. The likelihood of have a ton of change back is high. Maybe this is a way for them to earn tips as many of us will just put that change into the tip jar ( ;P ). UPDATE: Thanks to Ivan, clarification...credit card machine is not yet up and running therefore cash only. That explains the oddity!! :) I am definitely coming back here often. I have tried the Taro smoothie, the Durian smoothie, 3 color pudding and the red bean/pandan jelly combo all in just the first two days of their store opening. It's refreshing and within a reasonable price range. Update: Credit/Debit Cards now accepted! ______________________ *First, allowing Fashion Hair Design to be added to the complex took away business from Lotus Hair Salon, and now this. I gather that no one included an exclusive use or non-compete clause in their leases so the tenants may also be at fault for missing this in their negotiations. From the insider information I have received, the landlord's reasoning behind allowing an additional hair salon: Lotus is LOW END, lower priced hair cuts while Fashion Hair Design is HIGH END, professional - did he really justify his action on that faulty principle and at the same time, insult Lotus?

My Dearest BAMBU, As I sit here staring at a wall, I can only utilize my memory to remember you. I don't want to forget you but as the days goes by, the memories become fainter and fainter. I am struggling to understand why. Why must it be like this, why can I not have you when I have longed for you all this time. Why can't I just get in a car and come to you? Why must you be so far and unreachable. Why are you not in Utah with me. All I can do is wait, wait for a time when I can go to you again. Was in the area recently, I haven't been to the Great Wall shopping center in years. Came by to check out Bambu for a coffee blended drink. It's a nice looking shop as you enter, clean and the staff was very friendly. I decided on getting the Mocha Blended Coffee drink, it was pretty good , I added boba and they gave me a good amount. Boba was nice & soft, until it freezes at the bottom of your cup. Their menu is pretty big from milk teas, hot drinks, cold drinks, blended drinks, coffees, smoothies and other desserts. Only a few tables inside, staff was pretty quick on getting the drinks out, pricing was fine and good to know about this spot whenever I'm back in the area again.

Got the Bambu Special! Super refreshing on a nice day or just if you simply want something to drink/snack on. This one is probably my favorite go-to drink! My second favorite is the avocado smoothie. The shaved ice is pretty good in my opinion. One thing I wish Bambu would consider is to make stamp cards! It would be nice especially since my family are regular costumers! If you know what I mean...

Beautiful new space in the Great Wall. Luckily we hit it at a downtime. Staff was (overly)friendly and helpful. Daughter got the Thai milk tea w boba and loved it.
