Google
Got my pork bun $7 and coconut shrimp $13 before my friends got their Wendy’s. Food was really really good. Should have sat down for Pho! Thai tea was good too! $7 They also have noodles grab-n-go.

Cindy Lin

Google
I ordered a bowl of beef noodle soup and a cup of hot tea. The soup didn’t taste good, and the beef was dry. The tea was quite bland. Overall, neither was worth the price, and both felt overpriced.

Satish Venketachalam

Google
Got the rib eye steak pho, which tasted good and flavorful. Had a good portion of protein in the pho too. Fast and friendly service.

Google
Pho and Banmi are absolutely amazing! I would have happily eaten everything if my flight had been delayed. And everyone so nice!

Nicole Thomas

Google
They have limited options as they are in an airport, but the chicken definitely had a pork flavor... It wasn't bad, just not what I expected.

Erica Stamper

Google
The food taste really fresh, the portion size is bigger than expected and the price is super reasonable, especially for an airport! Food was flavorful without being overly salted. I had the chicken bowl.

Google
We ordered egg roll, pot stickers and banh mi. It is 11.99 for three tiny 1/3 normal size egg roll. Both egg roll and pot stickers taste like freezer food. Way over priced. Pizza across from them serves better food. Avoid.

Google
Nut allergy friendly, no problems with the pho. Order to Pho: 4 Minutes Came by around 10:30AM. Order at the counter and they call names while walking your order out. Service was exceptionally fast, very suitable for an airport. Disposable utensils and a bag of garnishes was provided, clearly intended for To-Go capability. The food is definitely airport expensive. The rib eye steak pho comes with a reasonable amount of beef that is slightly tough. The noodles were also a little tough, so they probably aren't soaked enough. It's overall not a bad option for an airport spot, and it was fast enough to get in a hurry.

Yelp
Surprised to find legit pho in an airport. Menu is limited and all that jazz, and portion is not great. I mean, summed up, it's not up to 714 in quality, but it's pretty damned good, and even if you removed "in an airport" as a qualifier, they are still decent enough.
google avatar

Yelp
Extremely friendly and efficient service. I recommend waiting for a fresh summer salad roll--I was happy with my shrimp ones. They could have been wrapped a little tighter but they were fresh and had great flavor and a good dipping sauce. The pork banh mi was sweet and spicy and herbal and fresh-- and was all around a real punchy treat and extremely filling. The actual space looked nice too so I'd definitely return.

Yelp
Airport Vietnamese. Not the worst, not inedible. But not that great. The pho was very salty. And the vermicelli pho was pretty bland. But overall - for the limited airport options. It's okay.

Yelp
Good asian good option in N terminal. I got the Saigon Combo which is the best deal here IMHO. For $20.99 (before tax) you get a huge portion of white rice with beef and chicken and one crispy spring roll served with a decent size salad lots of fresh cucumbers and fish sauce dressing. The staff I interacted with were friendly and attentive and got my order right. They have a good amount of tables and they restaurant was clean and the service was quick to get you to your flight on time

Yelp
One of my favorite places at SeaTac, and boy do I miss it! While the line was almost always long, and the place almost always crowded (i.e. difficult to find a seat), the food was always on point and the priority pass free credit couldn't be beat! My go-to was a cold noodle bowl and my wife would get the bahn mi--eat half of it at the terminal and save the other half for the flight. We could always count on Bambuza to leave us stuffed and satisfied, wishing that we could stay and enjoy the lively atmosphere instead of boarding our flight. But alas! They no longer take priority pass credit :( Hopefully one day, I can come back (and pay real money) and see if things have changed yet.

Yelp
Had Bambuza on the way to Oregon and liked it enough to come back during my return flight layover! The first time I got the pork noodle bowl which was tasty and had a significant serving of meat included. This second time I got the beef pho and it far surpassed my expectations for airport pho. The pho was genuinely some of my favorite in recent history and came in a large serving. Both visits included service that was friendly, fast and clean.

Yelp
For a pho place inside the SEA-TAC airport, the beef pho was surprisingly very good. The broth was well seasoned and good amount of meat. Although priced at $20, it's in the airport so prices are bit higher. But For anyone looking to warm their soul and stomach before boarding your next flight, this is a spot you may want to try. It's located in Terminal N across N10. Let me know what you think?

Yelp
Good spot for a filling but healthy meal at the airport. I got the grilled pork bowl with vermicelli noodles which was tasty and had a lot of fresh vegetables. The portion size was filling as well. The Vietnamese coffee was more like a sweet vanilla latte. They have takeaway options and table and bar seating inside. The staff keep the dining area very clean.

Yelp
I usually try to stop by here when I'm at the airport with my priority pass. This review is solely based on the food quality and does not include cost. Food quality is above average compared to the average Vietnamese pho restaurant. Chicken grill bowl was a large portion with a good amount of food and the sauce was great on top of the veggies and rice. Banh mi is good, but chicken bowl is probably best bang for buck if you're paying for it. Service is quick - you can't sit at the bar counter if you aren't ordering alcohol. There are booths for 2, booths for 4, and tables.
google avatar

Cheryl B.

Yelp
Had time to sit down and eat. They have a few vegan options. I got a tofu sandwich and liked the fresh veggies and the bread had a great chew. I would eat here again
google avatar

Yelp
Just okay spring rolls to go. The peanut sauce was good and the lettuce and basil were fresh. However, it was heavy on the vermicelli noodles and short on shrimp. It was also overpriced ($13 for one roll). However, it was fast and I made my gate on time.
google avatar

Yelp
Was surprised at how good the food was and the portion was meal sized. High airport prices on par with Seattle. Quick service, not a lot of space for waiting. There's an area that I believe was for priority pass members (possible freebies?) and table service. There's a small bar so you can order food and drinks. There's a small to go refrigerator section that includes the usuals as well as Asian to go - seaweed salad, bao, and some salads bahn mi and drinks for your flight out. Got the grilled chicken noodle bowl and the noodles were hearty, filling, sauce was tasty and fresh, and the chicken was truly grilled and a whole chicken breast cut up. I recommend if flying Alaska and in the B gate terminal.

Yelp
Located in the Seattle airport, this was a nice stop for boba and a snack. The bbq pork bun was not what I expected. It tasted like a fluffy Hawaiian roll instead of the usual white buns. The Saigon rice plate had plenty of meat. The real stand out though was the Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea boba. It was delicious!

Yelp
Pretty tasty chicken banh mi compared to others we've had. Love that the service is prompt and that we can easily find a spot to sit. Friendly environment and super convenient that they take Priority Pass. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
This is one of the most solid food places in the Sea-Tac airport. I've been here a handful of times now and I've never been disappointed with the food or service. The ambiance is nice and they have a bar. Cheers

Yelp
This review is a 3.5, rounded to 4 stars, primarily because it's an airport restaurant. SERVICE The staff were friendly and surprisingly very efficient. My SO and I placed our order and were given a number for dine-in. AMBIANCE This is an airport restaurant, but it has spacious seating, and the decor is welcoming and cozy. FOOD I'd say it's overpriced for Vietnamese food, but some prices are comparable to the Bay Area, CA. -Crispy Spring Rolls: This appetizer had three rolls and a sweet chili dipping sauce. The egg rolls were good. Best I ever had? Probably not. The crunch factor was present, and the filling was decent. -Banh Mi Chicken: We ordered two of these sandwiches. The chicken, the main protein, was overcooked and slightly dry. It tasted like a sweet soy marinade, subtle. I enjoy more of a lemongrass marinade but to each its own. Vietnamese flavor profiles vary based on the cook's/owner's regional background. However, the baguette was delicious. Crispy and a slight chewy center. The toppings were fresh and abundant. It consisted of pickled carrots, large slices of cucumbers, jalapeños and cilantro. Overall, I'm happy to see more variety in an airport, especially Vietnamese cuisine. It's a solid restaurant to grab a quick bite. The menu is impressive for an airport restaurant. They serve bowls (rice or vermicelli), pho, and banh mi sandwiches. They even serve Vietnamese iced coffee!

Yelp
Whenever I come to the airport, even if I have to take the train over to the N Gates, I have to come here for the pork bahn mi. It is so delicious. This morning's was a little spicy but it's also 8am. Highly recommend and it's big enough to eat half in restaurant and take half to go for the plane. If you have the time, run over there.
google avatar

Mikki W.

Yelp
For airport fast eats to-go, this one was pho sure a win! I was in a hurry to catch my flight and was super hungry and wasn't sure what to take on the plane and pho just sounded good. I was skeptical on how it would be packaged and how it would taste. I am not a vegetarian but I just wanted vegetables and noodles and the cashier was very accommodating. The place is extremely clean and has all the quaint Asian flare. I unpackaged everything once we were able to lower our treats and I thought the broth would be like warm but it was still hot and one I put everything together along with the sriracha packet, it was delicious and hit the spot! If you find yourself in the N gates, go check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Honestly I think there's no better place in SeaTac for a quick and delicious meal. Bahn mi's pack well to go, the pho broth is great. A little salty. Spring rolls are a little dry. But hey it's airport food and Bambuza is a lot lighter than a lot of greasy heavy food you'll find at SeaTac. Staff is fast and friendly and if you eat there, nice respite from the busy terminal.

Yelp
Stopped here while on our stop in Seattle. I had some of their food and I dont think it was that great. I had one of their noodles with the veggies and honey chicken, I could not finish it. It was a lot but it wasnt good. on the way back, I wanted to try something else so I decided to go for sushi and I decided to go for that, however it was not fresh! there were avocados there but you can tell they were old because it was dark!!! their Thai tea however, was really good. I had my priority pass to spend money here but otherwise, I would not eat here. I would rather go elsewhere spend my money there.
google avatar

Wayne W.

Yelp
No complaints with the Priority Pass. Two bahn mi and a grab and go. $49 paid by Priority Pass. In a take away bag ( or eat in). Rating is based on the bubble that is an airport.
google avatar

Nicole V.

Yelp
Had a super long layover in seattle and was craving banh mi. surprised to find out they had a vietnamese spot. pricing is typical airport prices - but the pork banh mi was surprisingly delicious. the cucumber was cut too thick kept falling out. everyone was nice enough but it did take a bit of time to order and get my food. If i was in a rush I'd probably skip this place
google avatar

Ariesta W.

Yelp
Never got to try this place out as they don't accept Priority Pass Chase Members.. only citibank, us bank, bank of america, diners club and direct priority pass members. This is a first!
google avatar

Steven E.

Yelp
Priceless. Tired of hitting fast food on short layovers, we decided to drop some coin on a nice treat with a couple of mixers then sleep it off for three and a half hours back to ANC. Mrs. E. loved the honey glazed chicken and I was quite impressed by the grilled shrimp skewers. Both under $20, plus our buddy, Marcus, used his priority pass which saved around $56. Something else we need to look into. They have a small beer selection, but a vast Vietnamese cuisine menu. The staff were all outstanding and it was a refreshing change from the burger scene. 03/23
google avatar

Mialy A.

Yelp
I ordered their pork banh mi. It was delicious and came in a taller baguette that most banh mi out there. My pork banh mi had carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, pork, pâté, onion, jalapeños and sauce. Overall 9/10 my only complain is that there was spot with too much of the sauce and I think the meat side is a bit overly salty in my opinion.

Yelp
While I was enjoying (or trying to, at least lol) my pizza from Caffe D'arte, my co-worker decided to go across and get a couple things from Bambuza before our flight back home to SoCal. At first, she saw me eating the pizza and was considering getting something there. However, I told her I didn't like the pizza as much and suggested she might find something better at Bambuza, which I recall can have long lines at certain times. After I finished my pizza, I saw her sitting at a table with an iced coffee and a meal in a takeout box. Being unsatisfied with the pizza I had just consumed minutes earlier, I decided to see if there was anything on the menu that could help me forget about that pathetic pizza pie. On both sides of the line, you can pick up snacks or even some refrigerated eats like sushi. I thought about getting sushi, but I wanted to try something from the menu shown on the TV monitors high above the order counter. The Saigon Combination caught my eye only because I didn't know what that consisted of. And even so, they also had Ribeye Steak pho, which is actually cheaper than the Chicken pho?? You don't say! I was thinking about a banh mi, but the Ribeye Steak pho reminded me of Rare Steak & Brisket pho, which I had in Long Beach late last year and absolutely LOVED! However, I made it a point to ask what the Saigon Combination was before deciding on that or the Ribeye Steak pho. Actually, first things first, I wanted to get some snacks. I didn't see any prices on the snacks, but I grabbed a bag of cashews and a bag of pecans to bring home, thinking they'd be about $15 in total. When I went up to the register to ask about Saigon Combination, the cashier told me it was chicken, pork, and a third item that I can't remember what it was, but it didn't exactly appeal to me, so I chose the Ribeye Steak pho on top of the two bags of snacks. The pho is about $20 with tax, so I was expecting to pay less than $40 in total. However, the total came to over $50! What?! Turns out only one bag is $15, not two, which completely smacked me by surprise! I decided to give up the bag of pecans, which brought my total to less than $40. I was disappointed that one bag would cost so much, and wait until the end of the review for a kicker. After I placed my order, I asked how long I'd have to wait for the bowl of rice noodle soup to be ready. It was around 10 minutes before I heard a server call out my name. Once I heard my name, I stood up and was about to walk over to pick up the tray holding the pho, but she told me I could stay put, and she'd bring it over to me. On the tray was the bowl of noodle soup, a spoon, fork, chopsticks, hoisin sauce, chili sauce, and a small bag of accoutrements. The accourtrements included bean sprouts, jalapeno peppers, basil, and a lime wedge. The hoisin sauce, chili sauce, and chopsticks were sealed, so I put them in my carry-on to take home with me. I used everything else, dumping all the contents of the small bag on top of the soup after taking a few sips of the broth. How was the soup? The broth was quite tasty, but I thought the flavor could have been stronger. Same with the ribeye. The noodles were nicely cooked, so there's that. A trio of customers sat at the opposite end of the table, and they were impressed with how good my bowl of pho looked. Yes, it was a good bowl, but it wasn't 5 star good by any means. However, for airport food, it's not unreasonably overpriced, and I would recommend trying it if you have plenty of time to kill before your flight. In my case, I still had plenty of time left because my flight was delayed by 40 minutes! My co-worker ordered a takeout meal and an Iced Vietnamese Coffee. I don't remember what she said about the meal itself because she was planning to save it for later. However, I do remember she said the coffee was pretty sweet, and she couldn't adjust the sweetness of the coffee. She's Vietnamese too, so if that isn't saying something, I don't know what else will. Since I didn't try anything that she ordered, I'm not factoring those into my rating. For my Ribeye Steak pho, I would rate it a 3.75 out of 5, which would round up to 4 out of 5. Now remember when I said to wait until the end of this review for the kicker? I went to Pike & Pine by Hudson to pick up a couple more snacks for the flight home. I saw those exact same bags of cashews/pecans there, and they were only $11 or $12. Still expensive, but I wonder if this would qualify as price gouging?? Charging $3 to $4 more than others for the *exact* same product! For that reason alone, I will be penalizing one star. Still not bad overall. At least it was better than the pizza from Caffe D'arte, and now I know why the line here at Bambuza is longer than the line over there.
google avatar

Anh N.

Yelp
TLDR: Ok for an airport restaurant I'd give it a 4-star. Good portion, prices aren't outrageous and the food tasted as decent as any other 3-star Vietnamese joint. To-Go prepped fast once you order. Food: -Grilled Pork Plate - plenty of pork that is barely too dry but the flavor is good. Plenty of rice and greens to balance it out and the fish sauce taste right, which is where a restaurant might fail at. All the key components were good so I was happy with it on the plane Would I Return? Very likely. Decent healthy option for eating on the go.
google avatar

Angela J.

Yelp
Order at the counter and your name will be called when your order is ready. Breakfast bars are $5.25, sausage/cheese/egg bagel sandwich $13.95. The restaurant is mostly quiet, since it's located in an airport they can't control the noise 100%. The bagel sandwich was smothered in butter and grease, I was starving so it didn't stop me from eating the entire sandwich. The clerks were friendly and courteous. They have a full bar, if interested.
google avatar

Cardin N.

Yelp
3 stars is about right for this restaurant due to the fact that the food quality and taste is very inconsistent. Since it is a part of Priority Pass, a lot of people come here for free food and drinks if they are flying out of Alaska N gate and are short on time. The Vietnamese sandwich today wasn't bad since the meat was somewhat flavorful. The rice dish with chicken on the other had had very hard stale chicken so it was not very appetizing. I did get a few drinks for for the upcoming trip so that was cool. I will continue to come here if I'm short on time. If I had more time, I will choose one of the lounges available in other areas of the airport.
google avatar

Rice C.

Yelp
the beef pho soup base is so good! The portion is huge! My 11 year old daughter couldn't even finish it! Ingredients are fresh, the sandwiches are fresh too!! Price is reasonable considering everywhere is charging $20 per bowl. You can't beat that at the airport!
google avatar

Maggie L.

Yelp
You can still get $28 per person with Priority Pass, and additional $28 for one guest. The wait can be long if there is a rush of people getting on or off the plane, so leave yourself at least 20-30 minutes for food to come out after you order. This time I got the vietnamese coffee, which was weak and too sweet. The Grill Bowl is still the best value, Honey Glazed Pork came with a lot of pork. Another great choice for the morning is the Breakfast Bagel. We got one with sausage and egg, and it was hot and delicious.
google avatar

Brian K.

Yelp
I stoped in at this restaurant when my plane was delayed. I really appreciate the fact that they were open late. I ordered the garlic pork noodle bowl which was pricey, but good. I ordered it to go so it came in a box instead of a bowl. The pork had a nice garlic flavor and a wonderful crispy texture. I ate so much Christmas candy earlier, (Oink!) I had a hard time finishing my noodles. I saved them for later and they were still good when I had enough room to cram them into my stomach. There was a line but the staff moved through it quickly. They also brought me my food quickly. Which was a feat, considering how busy they were. I had a good dining experience and enjoyed eating something more exotic than your typical airport fare. Five stars!
google avatar

Gabrielle B.

Yelp
For airport food, I was really impressed by bambuza! I appreciated all of the options they had and especially liked that they had tofu. I tried the tofu bowl with vermicelli noodles. It came with a side salad that I put the dressing on, but then the rest of the bowl was a bit bland. I'm not sure if I was supposed to put the dressing on everything, but either way it was good. The tofu was cooked perfectly and service was prompt.
google avatar

Carrie R.

Yelp
I almost didn't order here based on other reviews but I'm glad I did! Hoping this review will guide others here... I ordered a grilled bowl, with a request for no noodles, sub veg, and they pleasantly obliged. The wait was a bit long but not bad. What arrived was a generous portion! Maybe enough for two! Everything was fresh and lovely! My cashier was a sweet gal too. Nice place to fill up your tummy before the flight and fresh veg(!!!) at an airport restaurant! Yum! Will definitely return.
google avatar

Anna S.

Yelp
Wow! I was mind blown by the quality of this place giving that it is an airport establishment and also a priority pass option. I usually don't expect much from an airport restaurant associated with priority pass but this place made ordering very easy and is very efficient. They also have a wide variety of snacks and premade food in the to go fridge sections (sushi, seaweed, sandwiches, etc.) that all looks delicious. These are all able to be included in your $28 priority pass spending. This is definitely one of my favorite airport restaurant/priority pass experience. I would come back every time I fly from this airport.
google avatar

Andrew S.

Yelp
This is located in the N terminal, near gate N18. Prices are a bit higher than expected. The fried rice was the selection before the flight. It's made fresh, and the wait is not terrible. I'm surprised at the variety of dishes offered from Pho to breakfast items. The flavor was decent, nothing more to speak about except for the convenience.
google avatar

Babbli G.

Yelp
Food is ok with costly and limited menu. The service is quick. I mostly go here because they have more options for Vegans compared to other restaurants on the airport.
google avatar

Heying D.

Yelp
I really like this place! It offers great options, including vegetarian and vegan options. The tofu banh mi so very, very good and tasty. Not bland at all. There are also many refrigerated options like sushi, maki, and inari. Next time I have to try their phos. Looked so yummy. It is however pretty crowded and loud in there.

Bob S.

Yelp
This place is perfect for people who love to get food poisoning! Cooking food cleanly and thoroughly seems like it would be easy enough, but getting food poisoning before a flight is horrendous.
google avatar

Sho I.

Yelp
Only worth coming here if you have Priority Pass thru Chase; otherwise, you pay out of pocket. Situated in Concourse N, Bambuza sells your garden variety Vietnamese dishes, so pho, banh mi, fried rice, egg rolls, etc. The food here will cost you an arm and a leg (unless you have the PP thru Chase which gives you $28 of credit per person (if I recall correctly)). The pho is decent enough if you are starving and need something warm; other than that, it's missing some essential meats and broth is not that flavorful. The fried rice was rather pathetic - extremely bland and it's like they forgot to add seasoning. The service here can be pretty bad - ranging from the indifferent tone to the I-don't-wanna-be-here attitude. One time, our food was served to another party (how does that even happen?!) and when we went up to them to ask about the food as well as request a comped beer for having to wait forever to get said food (time is of the essence here because everyone is catching a flight), the guy working at the front got super defensive...like calm your shits, dude.
google avatar

Michelle R.

Yelp
Fresh & healthy airport food!! Is there such a thing? Yes, indeed!! I ordered a shrimp grill bowl. It's served with rice or vermicelli noodles, cucumber, shredded carrots, lettuce and choice of protein. Very fresh! It comes with a mystery dressing, but it's the standard flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. I loved it!!! My grill bowl had 7 grilled shrimp and was very filling. I would definitely order again. I'll be back the next time I'm at SeaTac! What a great find!!
google avatar

Peter L.

Yelp
Nice to see an option for Vietnamese food at SEA and also a nice break from fast food and chains. Menu has a decent selection of items, but tried the pho on a rainy fall day. The broth was way salty so that was disappointing. The pork Banh Mi was decent, and both dishes had surprisingly fresh veggies. Outside of an airport, it would 3.5 stars but rounding up to 4 stars for an airport.
google avatar

Katy M.

Yelp
Really nice option for airport grub. Cute and cosy too. Fried rice wasn't out of this world, but the chili sauce was great. Everything I saw coming out looked really good, specially the pho's. Had I been hungrier, would have done that - next time! Friendly service, upbeat tunes. Only drawback is the price of a glass of wine, but that's par for the course in airports.
google avatar

Emi K.

Yelp
The app says they close at 10:30pm but they actually close at 10pm. Great spot to grab food before or after your flight!
google avatar

Kevin T.

Yelp
Good Oriental foods to choose, excellent service, small place but enough to accommodate most of the guests
google avatar

Carolyn P.

Yelp
I travel a lot and SeaTac has a lot of decent options for food. When the North Satellite wasn't renovated there were some less than desirable spots here, but with Bambuza in the past few years this has changed. The bowls are good, large, and filling. The breakfast sandwiches are actually some of my favorite in the whole airport. The service is quick, even though the line can appear quite long. When it's in stock, and that's not always the case, the mango smoothie is good as is their coffee. They do have grab-and-go sandwiches and snacks too, if that's what you need.

Yelp
Food was good for an aiport spot. Fried rice was good but needed the sauces they provided to be tasty. I do agree with others it is pricey but it is Seattle with incredibly high labor cost. They could charge a little less if they fid not give so many condiment packs. The second pic is how many were in my to go box. WAY TO MANY.

Yelp
The garlic pork bowl with noodles was very good and filling. The bowl came with a good portion of delicious Thai style pork (all great tender pieces of meat), cucumbers, carrots and noodles. For how busy it was the food came out within a minute which is very impressive and they also got through a long line within minutes. This place has both the food and the service down.
