I placed an order at 6:28 pm. At 7:30 pm, I contacted the restaurant to enquire about the delay, and I was informed that the driver was only two minutes away. However, my order tracker stated that the driver is at the restaurant and it will be 21 minutes.. When I pointed this out, the restaurant lied that the driver is 2 minutes away on their system. Immediately after the call, the tracker suddenly updated, showing that the driver was “on the way".
The driver eventually arrived at 7:44 pm. When I asked about the delay, he pretended not to understand English, but he understood English when he asked me for the delivery code. He looked Polish. I had already included a tip with my order, which, I was so annoyed about as I couldnt get the tip back.
Upon opening the delivery bag, I discovered that the drink had leaked due to not being sealed properly, spilling into my hot food and soaking the bags.
So my advice - do not order from here and if you must, definitely do not give tip to the drivers beforehand.
