Absolutely horrible experience today 3/09/23. I bought a $100 dollar top with the intention to wear it on my birthday last week, It ended up being too cold so I never even took it out of the bag. My husband went to return it today and they refused to take it back saying it had deodorant marks on it….. isn’t that what happens when you try on a top? I had the tags on it, receipt, everything intact. NEVER WORN. They refused to return it. Outright refused. When I purchased it from the oakbrook location, it had so much lint and dust on it that I had the cashier use a lint remover, and they have the audacity to say they can’t return it due to that and the deodorant marks. Complete unacceptable customer service and this is why they are losing loyal customers. Infuriating. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated like a second class person and be treated rudely by the manager.
