I don’t usually shop in-store anymore since online shopping has become so convenient, but I’m really glad I stopped by the Banana Republic at Dadeland. I had such a lovely experience. It honestly felt like a blast from the past in the best way, when people really cared about the shopping experience and made it feel personal. I appreciated being able to walk in and browse at my own pace without pressure. It wasn’t until I’d made it through the store that someone kindly checked in to offer help, which was perfect timing. That’s when Julia stepped in and made my day. She helped me pick out a beautiful outfit for my upcoming trip to Spain, and I’m so grateful. She even took my color palette into account (I’m a fall palette!), and helped me find something that felt comfortable, flattering, and stylish. The materials feel amazing, and I left the store feeling excited to wear what I bought. Huge thank you to Julia and the team. It was such a refreshing experience, and I’m so glad I came in.

I had a wonderful experience at the Banana Republic in Dadeland Mall, the store is so beautiful and the collection this time around was great. A stylist named Sushma helped me out, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient while assisting me in selecting a few outfits. I appreciated how attentive she was, she really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful suggestions that suited my style. I usually don’t go to mall as anymore because of the crowd, but she made this experience so nice for me. If you’re visiting this location, I recommend asking for Sushma, she’s fantastic at what she does, and she’s such a happy person!! :)

Wonderful store as usual. Staff were knowledgeable. Prices are currently in the high range. Not much on the clearance rack at 40% off.

Went to the store and spoke to manager Juan at Dadeland. Not friendly and lacks customer service. I asked about a discount they had at Merrick Park in the same store and he wouldn’t match it. Very disappointed!!!

Walked in with my husband excited to shop for him for Christmas (my gift to him). No one acknowledged us. No one asked if we needed assistance. When we finally made it to the register, it was like if we were bothering them. So disappointing to see a store with so much customer service potential lack customer service. It’s experiences like this that forces people to shop online. We will not be shopping at this location again any time soon. The only positive experience we had was briefly with an older woman Mari (I think it was short for her real name). Other than that, the entire staff needs to go or be retrained.

Incredibly rude staff, not wanting to help, very disappointing experience. Empty store but they rather have customers walk away than help them out. Online is winning and stores keep closing and there’s clearly many reasons why!

My husband wanted to pick out some vacation clothes here. He loved this years style they had to offer. The service here was amazing they would help you find an outfit or style and size if you needed a different one! I definitely think it's a pricey store but if the clothes fit you nicely I think it's worth it!

I'm wearing one of the two pants I end up getting at this very elegant location of Banana Republic at the Dadeland Mall. Comfortable, nice, and great prices, because the had a Summer discount that I took advantage of. The service was fabulous, that young girls helping me was so nice.

Banana Republic at Dadeland Mall in Kendall is a well managed Banana Republic location that has quality clothing and fashions available for a good value. I am consistently impressed with their selection and level of customer service that they provide here. This Banana Republic is well worth a visit.

I've always been a fan of timeless and classic apparel with both a professional and refined appeal. The best business pants come from here and it's easy to see why. There's multiple cuts suitable for different body styles but once you find the best one for you it's a game changer. The blouses here always make a great statement and addition to your outfit. The fitting rooms aren't those blindingly bright ones thankfully so it's more realistic and appeasing to try on clothes here. A pair of khakis here go a long way and are the perfect addition to your wardrobe. I love shopping here. Grown up stores don't have to be boring & this is a perfect example of such. The return policy is great too so everything works out great when you choose this store for your next wardrobe purchase.

Beautiful clothes but don't expect ANY help. There wasn't much traffic in the store today. I went in three times. NO ONE BOTHERED TO EVEN GREET ME! I couldn't find a top that I had seen earlier so I left empty handed because no one would help me. I also planned on getting accessories, But the associates didn't even look up to acknowledge any of the customers. No one was being helped and all the associates looked as if they had better things to do. I felt really uncomfortable. As if it bothered them to have customers in there.

I really like Banana Republics clothes. They have kept up with the current styles and trends. This location has always had a good stock of sizes and product. Sale items are all located in the back of the store. Mostly past season items and items that didn't sell. They have recently had some really good sales and promotions. Highly suggest getting on there email list for the latest sales and promos.

I LOVE this Banana Republic! I've worked my way up the Gap Inc stores through the years. The clothes here are kind of on the pricier side, but the quality and fit are worth it. Also, they have amazing sales several times a year both online and in store. The layout of the store is easy to navigate and the employees are all very friendly and eager to help. There's an older gentleman who seems to always be here on the weekends (ok, I'm here A LOT), I can't remember his name, but he's always got a smile on his face and quick to help pick something out for yourself or for a gift.

Let me be the first gentleman to review this place. It's rare that I give a low rating to a Banana Republic store, but the selection here is half-ass. I apologize for the candor, but they need some help. The clearance section is weaker than Fogle on the dip bar. Not even McLovin could talk his way out of this one. Seriously, why even have a section for men at all? At least J Crew is on deck...

Have been in line for over 15 minutes now. Line goes around the store, employees everywhere yet no one opens a new register. I would have left if I was purchasing something but since I'm returning something I had no choice but to wait it out.

I'm a regular at BR and I love this brand. The clothes are top quality and the customer service is the best. I've shopped a several BR's and the customer service I get from all of the staff keeps me coming back over and over again. They are never too busy to help, find something for you, or offer to order it if it not in the store. I've never gotten the " We just don't have it" answer in BR. Keep up the good job guys!!!!

I love Banana Republic! Has always been one of my favorite stores. I can always find what I'm looking for. Lately they've been having great promotions and sales. Like 40% off entire purchase. 50% off sale items! I got some shoes that were $150+ for $8!!!!!! Ridiculously good!

Like my fellow Yelp buddies, this place is much bigger than any other location I've been to- Miami Beach included. The layout of the place is great, the dressing rooms are clean and not cluttered and the staff makes you feel like you're a million bucks- then again, you are paying a hefty price for the clothes. The material of the clothes is very good- I have yet to have any problems with it. I will be coming back, soon. Maybe too soon!

This store is pretty bug. It has a wide location of clothing options. The one thing good about this store is that they carry the petite section. Not a lot of Banana Republic stores have that in their store--like The Falls. Most GAP stores do not have one either.

Nice, well stocked location. Its Banana Republic so you know what to expect but they do carry the Monogram and Heritage lines here in case you are a fan.
