This place is great! Atmosphere is upscale and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Variety of products are pretty good ranging with style to soothe your liking and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

About a week ago I walked into the BR in Soho and noticed that the gentleman who is always greeting people warmly at the door appeared to be preparing to close. I asked him what time is closing time and he told me 1 minute to 8. He warmly ushered me into the store and did not try to turn me away. I thanked him and walked away out of consideration of him and the rest of the staff and because I know I did not need anything in the store but I was really impressed with how he did not try to turn me away just before closing time. Way to go Chris. This is customer service for you. It is little wonder why most of my clothes have a BR label.

The ora is calm and everyone knows their stuff. However, (Mr. Fabulous) assistance was everything. He's excellent with helping to create the style that's fits your personality best!!! And he's who you need to remind you that you're fabulous especially leaving covid behind!!! His words right here: You Better Work!!!! Best experience in a long time shopping 🛍 🥰🥰

Very posh and chic setting but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful decor as well as clothing.

There is a system to check stores for product availability, but every time, it says the item is in stock at a store. When you go to the store or call the store, they don't have the product available. It sucks because I went to two stores that said the item was in stock, but when I arrived at the stores, the product was not in stock—a waste of my time. Instead found similar items at J. Crew.

Great staff. Good BR - I think I prefer this location to the one near union Square.

Had a great experience here as a not-super-fat-but-definitely-nowhere-near-skinny person! Huge shoutout to JP for helping my partner and I pick out clothes for our honeymoon in Morocco. We will definitely be back!
