Bandana Burger

This is one of the few paces I’ve found that are gluten free and strive to make it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I had the gluten free version of the Vigilante and it was delicious! Not only were the staff well knowledgeable in the possible allergens (while also taking proper precautions to make it safe), they were also incredibly kind and made the atmosphere even better. Definitely coming back when I’m in Savannah again and craving a burger!

Food was more than amazing! the flavors were so unique and the menu offered such a wide range of different flavors. My husband Matt and I will most certainly be coming back. I included some before and after photos of the food

I have to be a foodie to drive 19 miles for a late night snack. Couldn't sleep so me and hubby came to grab a burger but got more than we expected. Banana Dan and crew took good care of us. The vigilante i had to cut in half just to eat it. We will be back it was worth the drive. Now I get to take a nap while he get us home on a full stomach

This Precious Gem is super cool with awesome food. Me and my husband went for the first time and the atmosphere is funky cool! The menu is well lit and easy to understand. The food was a delicious mouth explosion of tastiness & clean exciting and super flavorful food. I had the wings & smiley face tots, my husband had a burger not just any burger but when I tasted his burger it was truthfully the best I've ever had! It was just the perfect ratio of burger and toppings soo super good it had an egg on it and this burger was totally a mouth of flavorful overload totally worth it. I had the Razzleberry wings with the happy face tots. The tots were so good they were cooked like they were in an air fryer. No oil no saltiness just a clean pure happy face totally which I really appreciated the wings were so great I can tell they were prepared with love. No hormones from what I could see and taste it's like their food comes fresh from a local farm the wings were terrific cooked to perfection like everything else. The BEST part was seeing how loving & down to earth the owners are and seeing there Darling Grandmother was the BEST part of the service. As a former caregiver for many years seeing her added to the atmosphere was the Golden Touch ✨️ keep being real guys and putting flavor & soul into your dream it's really paying off.

The first time we ate here, the food was amazing, everything tasted fresh and the service was great. This time however, my food was Not very good, the lettuce on my burger was wilted, slimy, and Brown. For $20 a burger, the least they could do was have Fresh Lettuce to put on it or don’t put it on there at all. The burger itself tasted like it had been soaked in malt vinegar and then cooked on a dirty grill. The service was beyond underwhelming and it felt more like they just wanted to rush people out as fast as they could, even though there were plenty of seats available and it wasn’t that busy. And although they have a soda fountain machine back in the back, it’s apparently just for show because you’re only going to get a 12 oz can to wash down the disgusting flavor of malt vinegar and slimy lettuce, no refills unless you want to buy another drink…. Again, I used to love this place and rave about it, but with how the food and service was tonight, I’d rather spend my money at Five Guys, at least there the vinegar comes in a bottle, the lettuce is always fresh and you get a damn refill on your drink.

Awesome vibe, awesome place and absolutely amazing food! The burgers slap every time and everyone working there is so so cool. Great price point and I love that they’re open super late ! Probably one of the best burger spots in Savannah ❤️

Will, the owner is such a solid guy I had a flat tire and he stopped and helped me change it, I then tried to pay him and he didn’t take it and all he said was to try bandana burgers and left me the business card. I am so happy me and my wife came here this is so far beyond any burger place I’ve been too and has cool themed burgers with their own twists, I got the stoner and it was so delicious highly recommend!

First off the dude at the counter was fantastic walked me through the menu and gave me recommendations. Phenomenal hospitality! second DAMN THAT BURGER WAS GOOD! It wasn't super busy but food came out fast. I wasn't even that hungry and I ate the entire thing! If you like burgers this is the place!

I was in search of a good veggie burger and google reviews landed me here. I'm not sure what the demographic of this place is. Your burgers come with chips and other sides (cookies, fruit roll ups) that are akin to a child's lunchbox. Interestingly though, they are open as late as 2-3am. The decor is minimal, other than bandanas and photos paying homage to popular fast food chains. As far as the food goes though..it slaps! I had the black bean burger (cholo) and my mom had the impossible (con artist). The buns are soft and fresh. The toppings pair well and the burgers were cooked nicely. I had smiley fries and mom had sweet potato waffle. Nothing left to be desired with the fries! They were perfectly crispy on the outside and hot and soft on the inside. Smiley fries also had a lovely seasoning. If you're craving a burger and fries and don't care much about ambiance (this is your spot). I also really appreciate 4 veggie options.

I really really wanted to love this place because I had heard so many good reviews, but it was really disappointing for me. I don't understand paying $12+ for a fake processed burger patty. This did not come with a drink or fries. The presentation, service and atmosphere were there but the taste reminded me of nasty school lunch. I barely ate half my burger until I just couldn't anymore. I will say I wish I had went with my gut and tried the black bean or seafood options instead. I will try it again to see if I am just missing something. The fries also tasted like the oil needed to be changed. It was also nice how they gave you a bag of chips, fruit roll up and bandana with your burger. The hours are definitely convenient for people out late night because there are minimal food options in the area.

So, I've been to Bandana burger twice. Once super "hammered" and the last super sober. I will say the drunk experience with my burger was way better. The seasoning was on point but the cranberry ranch still gives me nightmares and the winder fries were undercooked and inedible. The second time I went there (both times with the same person) my burger was under seasoned but still great quality, the curly fries were great and my friend enjoyed his food as well. The staff are kind and you can tell that they care it just really sucks that it feels awkward to ask for regular ranch and blue cheese because they put a twist on theirs and I don't think they have any in the building. We tried the Cranberry ranch again and it's still a HARD NO!! The avocado blue cheese on the second go round is still missing something. I like the atmosphere and it's a major plus that they're open until 3am on most nights. If you love a good burger and fries then this is the place to go. Bandana Burgers is straight to the point, nothing fancy but it's still unique and has great quality.

This place is notably user-friendly in many ways. While it is a burger place, it has multiple vegan and gluten-free options and extensive customization. They also were very fast, producing a fresh burger and fries for me in around ten minutes having ordered online. They are also open late night, which is not my scene but definitely helps out some people. I am not into the highly processed fake meat kind of burgers, but they did have a black bean burger. While the burger itself crisped up nicely, what really made it were the default toppings it came with, including a lot of avocado that created a great textural contrast. For fries, they had many options as well, and ordering curly fries with Cajun spice was a delicious experience with an aroma that made me wish I had time to head over to New Orleans for a meal every now and then. However, this was pretty good for Savannah. They had a long beverage selection and I went for an indulgent soda. My takeout order came with a bandana and some extra chips I did not ask for, which is fine. The more important thing is that they delivered on substance.

Where do I even start???? My son and I visited this location for the first time and the customer service alone, secured their spot for my favorite burger joint in Savannah. We ordered sandwiches (salmon that was topped with crab and shrimp) let me tell you !!! It was perfectly crafted! I enjoyed every single bite! Even my bandana keepsake!! The environment was welcoming and the music was jamming! I can't wait to try every burger on the menu!

Don't get me wrong, this place is cool to go. But the food just wasn't there. Patty was too salty, bread was dry, and fries were over seasoned. I bought the meal which comes with fries, but still felt hungry after the meal. The burger didn't seem that substantial, and fries, chips, and a fruit rollup don't make up for that. But still cool and I get why people like this place. Would have to get 2 burgers to be full but that would be at least $28.

Local burgers mixed reviews from our group but big menu selection to choose from. I liked the bandit- special sauce ask for on the side. good for a late night drinking meal. Service is laidback. We ordered Togo and loved the bandanas & chips added.

Great vegan/plant-based burgers. My daughter order take out for dinner. We ordered the wook with gluten-free bun and the con-artist. The burgers The burgers come in great packaging so you can use as plates, they include a bag of chips and drinks and an Oreo plus they wrap it all in a keepsake bandanna. The place is definitely a nice spot and a plus for college students.

**This review is based off of our experience as a potential customer only. Will review food at a later date. ** My husband and I visited bandana burger on a Friday evening around midnight. We were looking at the menu, contemplating whether or not we should order something heavy that late, or just go home. The menu looked delicious, but we decided to leave and come back at a later date since it was too late for me to eat a burger without feeling the consequences of my decision the next day, lol. An employee followed us to the door and made me feel very uncomfortable with my decision to not order food. After saying we simply didn't want to order Any would be back at a later date, the employee borderline bedeviled our decision to not order food. I will say there's a difference between engaging with a potential customer to understand what could potentially be done to make them patron the establishment versus making a customer feel uncomfortable for making a decision that works best for them.

We shared a Rock Star Burger, Many homemade sauces are available onsite. Onion rings were good. The Burger comes in a box topped with a bag of chips and a fruit rollup with a rice crispy treat wrapped in a bandana. You get to keep the bandana or can donate to a charitable effort to make pillows. This place is a creative stop for a really tasty burger. The decorations of bandanas were clever. A couple of suggestions: We couldn't read the menu from 15ft away. Seems to be a combination of type and size. They also didn't have menus on the table. I think the sandwich came with 1-2 napkins wrapped in the bandana. I didn't see them so I asked for more and only got 2 small napkins. We were lucky. There were only 2 tables of people and no one in the line to order. I had a feeling there might be a long waiting line at lunch time. The owner and relatives were very attentive checking on us several times. We plan to come back and try some of the other burgers but this area of Habersham offers some steep competition in Coffee Deli, 5 Spot, Bellas, and a good sushi place. We wish them good luck,

All the years I've ever done food reviews and been a part of the community practically everywhere since I always do reviews. And now I'm a Yelp elite for the last few years. This really speaks volume because I've never seen anyone wrap up an awesome hamburger and a bandanna and basically give me almost like a mom's lunch. I really think that's the best thing in the whole world of what you've done you've made it very personalized without making it obvious will definitely be doing food here again definitely a hit and wow, look at that taste.

Mid ahh, overpriced burgers that come with the cheapest, plastic bandana. I came here last summer with my group of friends and it has been the butt of so many of our jokes.

We just wanted an easy delicious meal for my my husband and 2 teenage boys... Perfect! The burgers were delicious!! Sidewinder fries even better. PLUS the burgers come in a little box that turns into a plate, a bandana chips and a rice crispy treat. The service was friendly, space was clean... It's like an in and out burger! And so many choices. It was $100 for 4 burgers 4 fries 4 drinks (plus the chips and treats that were give. But we didn't know about,so we took home stuff) we will be back!!

I have alpha Gal syndrome, so it's almost impossible to find safe places to eat out. I was pleased to see so many options for me and all the vegan/gluten free options have a seperate grill or fryer so I didn't have to worry about cross-contamination. The food was delicious and Bodega Dan spent a lot of time with us discussing the menu. Phenomenal service and food is going to make this a frequent stop for me.

literally just reheated frozen food. gave me food poisoning for 2 weeks. WOULD 100% not recommend. absolutely horrible!!

My friend and I hit up the beach and decided we could go for some juicy burgers. This food hit the spot. I ordered the hunter burger. The cranberry ranch was surprisingly good. They were playing the shrek movies and it was really cool to see the place light up after dark. You order up front and they bring the food to your table. Your burger comes with chips and a treat. Staff were really nice and cool.

Bandana Burger deserves a million star review. This is my favorite burger place in Savannah. My girlfriend & I go all the time, and it has been so consistent, fast, and friendly every single time. The inside is a great place to hang out with friends or family, but even getting our food to go is a great experience. We are beyond impressed by this place and it will remain our go to for a very long time. Shoutout to Bandana Dan and his team for being the absolute best!

The employees were all great, and it was a fun vibe, but the food was just okay. The bacon in my burger was undercooked and the burger, fries, and the sauce were heavily seasoned with black pepper, so it was hard to get much other flavor. You do get a lot of food, as the burger comes with a bag of chips and a small dessert (think Rice Krispie treat, fruit roll up, etc), but I wouldn't make the drive from Pooler again for it.

They got some tasty burgers. Not cheap but that is everywhere these days. It's a quality burger cooked nicely. Mine came with a small bag of Pirate Booty rice puffs and a Rice Crispy treat all wrapped in a green bandanna. Super friendly service, everyone seemed happy to be there. A rare find.

Hear me out! This is the place for a great burger and fries. The burger was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. I got the sidewinder fries and loved the uniqueness of the shape and seasoning. Everything was delicious. I'll be back and you should try it!

This is our first time coming here and it was great! We met the owner Daniel and he is amazing. The food and atmosphere were excellent! Highly recommended this place if you are in the Savannah area. We will definitely be coming back here the next time we visit Savannah! You need to check it out!

Lackluster customer service along with a undercooked burger, food was expensive and underwhelming, good atmosphere though. Rude owner/manager whatever he was.

First the good: Cute and clean space, staff friendly. I ordered the basic burger and a soda. Burger comes with cheese puffs and rice crispy treat, wrapped in a bandana. Presentation is great. Now for the not so great: The burger was cooked to death (despite which it was still pretty juicy) and on a mushy generic bun. I found the special seasoning too hot and too salty.

The staff was amazing fielding questions about every item on the menu and VERY accommodating related to dietary restrictions. I came with a friend and got a fully vegan burger that was bomb and my friend got a regular beef burger that he said was delicious. We each got a burger and a side of fries and a drink each which came with a bag of chips and a small dessert (i got oreos and he got rice krispies). I wish I took pictures when the food came out but i housed it because i was so hungry. The restaurant is set up sort of like a BBQ pit with large, high-back booths. There was colorful lighting and upbeat music playing in the dining area, and as i said the cook (who came out and greeted us with the cashier) was so friendly and eager to talk dietary restrictions. 10/10 will be returning.

We finally got a chance to try this place. I ordered The Biker, and my friend ordered The Bandit. We ordered crinkle fries and onion rings. And hot wings. They don't have the prices of the burgers displayed. Which I felt is wrong. 6 wings for 9.99 is pricey. The food was good, nothing really to complain about. Onion rings are good, but be careful they will scratch the inside of your mouth. No fan of the sauces for the wings and the onion rings. Fries were good after we put them in our air fryer. Staff was friendly and made sure we were acknowledged when we walked in. We got our order to go. So we sat down at a booth, but all the tables were dirty. Like they don't wipe down the tables after people eat at them. I will be back to try a different burger.

10 out of 10, highly recommend!!!!!! Salmon burger topped with shrimp and crab! Amazing! My son ordered a burger with vegan cheese and had to order another one to take home! Beyond meat is very tasty as well! Excellent customer service and TOTALLY amazing food!!!!!! The owners have complimentary snacks since they don't have fries yet! We will be back soon!!!

Love the quirky vibe of this burger joint. Good choices and the packaging is very cute. They give you snacks of your lunch childhood (caprisuns, rice crispy treats, chips, ect) wrapped with a bandana along with your order. Great French fry options as well. Only note is the buns do get pretty soggy. We did two separate orders to-go; pick up and delivery. Both times they were soggy when we got home and live 5 min away. Overall they're good and I'll be back.

This place is the bomb.com! I basically live off burgers an this is a burger product I can eat everyday without getting tired of it; I've eaten here every day for 4 days straight now... If you're a savannah local or a tourist in need of a gourmet burger go support a local scad alum an a sav foodie owned business. The owners are friendly, cool, interesting people that have passion for their food.... GOTTA GET THE ROCKSTAR!!!! GOTTA GO TO BANDANA BURGER! Food is top notch here. It's not a bar food quality burger, its a unique game changing gourmet burger experience

Authentic, even a bit strange of an ambience, but THESE BURGERS WERE TO DIE FOR! My brother and I had the rockstar with sidewinder fries. This was a scrumptious, satisfying meal.

Took a second to get the lay of the land but the burger was good. They don't have a tremendous variety but if you want a good burger they have that!

I attended the GA-20 (great band) show at the Wormhole and was pleasantly surprised by Banadana Burger for dinner. I got the Bandit burger and some wings (I wish I could remember the sauce I had with it, it was SO TASTY! I think it was a cranberry something) The owner and the young lady working were so incredibly pleasant and I absolutely LOVED their vibe. If you want fantastic food with a side of high vibe and great personalities then look no further than Bandana Burger!

Food was delicious the only thing that bothered me was at the time we went they did not have fries available. Might be different now but you should definitely give it a try.

First time here. Heard about it on the radio quite often. I was coming into town and decided to check it out. Food was hot and made to order. The atmosphere was inviting and funny. Pictures poke fun at the burgers of yesterday. Catchy presentation with a bandana attached to my to go order. And the food was great. First time in a while that I didn't have to add anything to the burger I was eating. I will definitely be back.

i don't understand the good reviews. this place looks like it was cobbled together by a homeless person. the curly fries were obviously frozen arby's fries you can by at publix. they gave us takis and rice krispie treats with our meal for some reason like we were at a concession stand. it was the strangest place, with reheated grocery store food, and bandanas stapled over the previous restaurants decor.

William and his team at Bandana Burger went above and beyond for me. I'm a strict vegan and was very drawn to BB by their wide variety of vegan friendly options. I ordered a burger that typically came with a meat patty, but figured my add-ons of vegan cheese and special instructions pertaining to veganism would suffice. My assumptions were wrong - which was nobody's fault - and Uber locked me out of my account rendering any communication between BB and I fruitless. Once the order was delivered, I discovered the error by biting into the meat and called immediately. William, with incredible empathy, apologized profusely, remade my order, and HAND DELIVERED IT for me! I couldn't thank the folks at Bandana Burger more for such a positive experience. If you're looking for amazing fried buffalo cauliflower bites, burgers, and hashbrowns, and a cute handful of snacks, meat and plant eaters alike have found the perfect common ground. Thank you all, and once again I HIGHLY recommend!
