Banditos Bar & Kitchen White Marsh

I have been coming to this Banditos for four years and it was always a great experience. The last year the food and service has gone down. The menu advertises liquid queso and it is one of my favorite menu items. The queso is no longer coming out as liquid. It comes out clumpy as if it were sitting out for a while. I was told it is up to waiter staff to stir the crockpot to keep it fresh but seems the staff doesn’t pay attention to the crockpot. If you ask for queso from the kitchen it is liquid and fresh. Maybe it’s time to move away from the crockpot since staff pays it no mind? It’s also been hit or miss on whether or not the drink menu is up to date with available drink materials. Depending on waiter/waitress some are on their phones not engaging with customers. I was also served plastic silverware at the bar, making it very difficult to cut up my chicken for my burrito bowl. Also, half the time the food comes out incorrect. I have loved this place for years and am so sad to see the quality of food and service go down.

An otherwise decent place to eat ruined by D-tier service. Chips were a bit stale for my preference but tacos were good. We got birria and carne asada. Runner spilled the consommé upon dropping it on the table. Not a big deal, but you’ll have to forgive the photo. Our server Chico was nice enough, but forgetful and inattentive as ever. We stayed parched throughout the meal and at the end were helped by someone else to pay after having been forgotten about. You could blame the large party they walked through the entire restaurant with two dogs in purse and had to attend to, but ultimately it falls on your staff to remain competent. What really sold it for me was the extra attitude the hostess gave us for wanting to pay up front instead of wait around for Chico to remember we were there. Chef’s kiss; bravo. The artwork in the building is nice, and the area the restaurant is situated in is a convenient place to walk in if you’re feeling Mexican for lunch — but to all that, I’d say skip the aesthetic and go to your favorite hole-in-the-wall instead. Overall: ★★☆☆☆

My friends and I stopped into Bandito’s to warm up while shopping at The Avenue at White Marsh. We are so glad we did! The food, service and hospitality were spot on. Shout out to the manager, Erin, who greeted us and gave us the perfect table. We ordered a round of drinks and some nachos to share, but I definitely want to go back and try more! We let them know we had limited time, our drinks and food were delivered really quickly. Thanks for a great experience, we’ll be back!

Last night my family went to Banditos for the first time after our friends raved about the food and service. They were not wrong. Food came out on time, hot and staff was super friendly. Erin the manager was fantastic. She came to check on us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else. She was great! We even had a few laughs together. Well done Banitos staff and management!

The food here was really good! I had my first Street Corn and it was really good! We got our food fast and Hot! Our service was great and the atmosphere was very nice!

Stopped into Banditos White Marsh for tacos and margaritas. The food and drinks were okay, but I’ve definitely had better elsewhere. The atmosphere was nice, but overall it was just an average experience.

Love this place! Nashville hot is amazing! Queso, chips and salsa & the pineapple margaritas will leaving you craving to return again. We go there as a group for happy hour dinner. The atmosphere is fun and the art is very tastefully created. This is my fav place to go.

We always choose this restaurant for taco Tuesdays. My favorite is the Birria taco. Delicious! And the staff are always nice.

8/16/25 my first time here and honestly the live music was nice and the bar tender mixed me one drink which was nice. when they said last call was at 1:00am I ordered another round of my drink (mezcalita) at 12:50 and the bar tender told me no because it was almost time to close. I wouldn't have gotten upset about this except that as soon as he told me no someone else came up and ordered a drink and he immediately got to making it. Overall, it gave favoritism and bad customer service because of that. I don't think I'd recommend it.

My husband and I needed a quick but delicious lunch and we went to Bandito's in White Marsh for the first time. Alex was our waiter and she was amazing! She shared what she and her brother like at the restaurant and we tried her suggestions and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I were in town so we ordered dinner to go . I got chicken enchiladas and she got tacos. We both really enjoyed our dinners . I wasn't used to the sauce on my enchiladas but it was fantastic and now I'm craving it. We also both ordered tre leche cake for dessert which was also fantastic. One note is that my daughter ordered salsa but didn't receive any chips . Not sure if that was something she was supposed to ask for but just make sure you ask for chips. We just stopped at a near by store. Highly recommend!

Non sticky tables, busboy dropping cleaning rag on the floor then using it to clean multiple tables. Guacamole was greasy and very lime forward. The mexican rice had too much paprika or what ever red spice they used.

Banditos White Marsh has become out go to spot! Once a week we go there and they have never let us down. We have ordered all over the menu and everything has been great!!! My hubs loves their Margs and I am so into the Flower Girl! Excellent bartenders, food and ambiance!

I had such a great time at Banditos! Loved the vibrant decor and the food was yummy! The mocktail I had was nice and refreshing and the tacos were juice and flavorful. Our waitress, Hailey was also very kind and made it a pleasant experience.

Banditos was an unplanned meal after a long drive. While the service was passable, the meal itself was average at best. Options were limited and I went for the tacos. Birria was basic and lacking flavor, the fish taco was puny. These were street size I suppose, and for an additional $15 you can make it a meal with rice and beans (refried or black, no substitution) with 2 tacos. Chips and salsa are an extra charge, noting chips are not bottomless. Queso fundido is watery. I did enjoy my Paloma; refreshing however portion is about 4oz, mostly ice. I'm not sure I'd return to this location if back in the area given other options available.

YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY I GOT SOMETHING IN MY TUMMY!! My hubby and I met with some friends for a late-night drink, and it was such a great vibe! I was in the mood for a snack and decided to try the DITO'S NACHOS. They were loaded with queso, salsa, black beans, jalapeños, pico, and a delicious cream. I added blackened shrimp on the side since my hubby is a vegetarian, and it was perfect. I paired it with a spicy margarita--so good! The atmosphere was lively, with a DJ that made you want to get up and dance. The restaurant was spotless, and the bartender made sure we were well taken care of. The staff was super friendly. Good times and great vibes at Banditos!

Great food, chips and salsa and amazing Orange Crushes. The bang bang shrimp tacos and Nashville Hot tacos were fantastic.

I have visited this place many time. The food is exceptional good. The overall quality of the food and service I would rate it as average.

I actually had a really good time at Banditos. I've had people give me mix reviews so decided to go try it myself. They have a lot different locations. We waited around 35 minutes for a table for 2. They also have like community tables if you don't want to wait. We got free chips and salsa to start off with, which is honestly a less common practice now in restaurant business. The salsa was BOMB and SPICY! We ordered tacos. My girlfriend like her chicken rings tacos. I had a Rus & Gus (my favorite) and a fish taco (which I would skip no flavor at all). The rice and beans are worth skipping too, my rice was hard. Our server was super nice and again despite it being chaotic in there always checked on the table. I would definitely come here again, it seems like their happy hour is pretty popular. They also give you POINTS if you sign up for their club.

Stopped in for Cinco de Mayo happy hour. As per the female Bartender around 4:45pm Margaritas are $8.00 during happy hour. When I received my check it was regular price. Brought it to her attention she took it to fix it came back & said I messed up your drink was not happy hr prices & I can't change the price. Requested a manager who came acknowledged the employee messed up and she would fix it after a long drawn out unnecessary speech. To upper management please brief all employees about providing good customer service. The mess up they need to fix it & save the extra speech. We do not need the briefing however your employees do. Thank you.

Enjoy the food and service every-time I go. The staff is always pleasant and the tacos are on point. Even though it is mostly busy when I have gone service and seating has not been a problem. Nice restaurant and great place to meet up with friends.

First time here getting served by Logan T, and he was absolutely amazing. It was a busy Saturday night and I sat on the bar patio. He was very attentive and friendly while juggling so many other customers. I highly recommend this restaurant and asking for Logan if you want great food, drinks, and service!

I love Ditos Nachos so delicious. Nice service! And the place is very nice good ambience for family whit kids.

This is a fun taco bar with a very diverse menu! The margaritas were delicious! We enjoyed the pineapple margarita and spicy margarita. The Nashville hot chicken taco was a unique and delicious flavor combination. The slightly spicy chicken was balanced perfectly with dill pickle slaw. The shrimp taco was also flavorful. The service was prompt and personal. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Came to Banditos @ White Marsh for a quick bite before a movie at the AMC. It was a pretty nice experience! The food isn't authentic by any means but there is something for everyone on the menu and the food items are decently priced. We ordered drinks, nachos with chicken tinga, and two tacos. The nachos were huge! Great for sharing and the perfect balance of toppings and well spread throughout the plate. The tacos and drinks were also delicious and we were served relatively quickly. Service was pleasant and efficient, despite the busy crowd on a Saturday afternoon. This location is lovely and would be a great place to meet up with friends. I definitely will be back to check out more of the menu!

Banditos, Banditos, BANDITOOOOS!!! I've visited Banditos twice in a fairly small window of time. My sister suggested it and I was down to try them out. I heard pretty good things about them. We arrived a bit after happy hour (sad face), but it didn't stop us from totally indulging! The restaurant was pretty chill. It was early evening on a weekday, so it wasn't very crowded. Or waitress was really nice. She gave us pointers on what was good & what to try. We stayed with the mango margaritas, which were good. Sweet and strong. But that spicy jalapeño margarita was THE BOMB!!! We actually tried that flavor twice! It was refreshing, with complementing flavors of lime and Tajin. That was one of the most delicious margaritas I've actually ever had. We had the chips and guacamole for apps. The chips are house made and so dang GOOD! Crunchy with underlying flavors of lime & lightly seasoned with Tajin. The guacamole was fresh, cool, and tasty. We tried different tacos to see which ones we liked. My favorites were: the blackened shrimp, the Rus & Gus (deep fried shrimp, cheese, pico, grilled onions and sauce), and the chorizo. I came back a week later for and early dinner and had a TIME! Everything was just as delicious as the first trip, from the spicy margarita to the chips and guac to the tacos! The chips were so fresh that the ones I took home were still delicious the next day! If I'm craving some tasty tacos and a spicy lil drinky-drink, I'll drive on over to Banditos!

Verdict: Great casual date spot and good for group of friends. Really solid! FOOD --Taste: Everything I had was great. I don't think I got a sense of a "special." But I've only been there once. --Presentation: Good! See photos. -- Options/Diversity: Lots of different types of tacos. --Prices: Excellent value, especially against other restaurants with food for this quality. SERVICE --Attentiveness: They were really busy so I get it, but it was a long time before anyone got to us and before they would come back. --Friendliness: Great! Our server seemed super nice. --Uh, correctness? Wellll...we kinda asked for salsa verde twice and it never came. But everything else we asked for came. AMBIANCE --Light: low light at night (which is nice and moody imo. Good vibes, and we were right next to the ice skating rink and lovely lights.) --Sound: not too loud but not too quiet. Alt rock type music playing. OTHER --Parking- Admittedly I went on a Saturday night but White Marsh parking lot was PACKED. So it was a little bit hard to find parking but I just had to go around a few times. I think normally you would have no issue; it's a big lot and it's near a lot of other shops. --Bathroom: They kept it clean. There were like 3 or 4 of them I think. It's nice to have multiples.

Walked in for an quick lunch with a friend a little after noon. It was my first time inside and saw a lot of interesting wall art all around the dining area. My server was really nice and she made sure we were taken care of. I started off with the chips and guacamole. The guacamole was missing salt and a squeeze of lime but it was still good. The steak tacos were made very well. The steak was cooked to perfection it wasn't tough to chew,& well seasoned! I'll be back again. Thanks for your kindness and amazing customer service!

Decor and vibe was inviting and chill! Loved the ambiance at the bar and the drinks were quick and good. The bartender was super cool and pleasant. The tacos were good as well. The restaurant overall was clean and well kept, had a good time!

I have been to the Whitemarsh Avenue in probably eight years today we went with our granddaughter to ice skate had a fantastic time. It's so inexpensive to ice skate. I think it was $10 for two hours. Anyway, we went into Bandito's tacos for lunch had a very good meal. Very good service.

Had the Al pastor tacos and a shrimp taco. The shrimp taco was just plain bad. I couldn't finish it. The Al pastor tacos were like pulled pork, didn't taste any pineapple and I got a couple big bites of jello-y fat. My husband got the Peruvian chicken taco, chicken asada and the steak tacos. He said only the chicken asada was good. The pineapple margarita was pretty good. It sucks to spend $70 on a dinner that doesn't taste good. The waitress was very nice and I liked the colorful decor.

Food and drinks are always great!!! One of my go to spots to eat and enjoy friends. Just about every tequila you can think of is here!! Plus the prices are great as well!

We ate here on our way from BWI(was feeling tacos). Would absolutely recommend! margs were good and the tacos were delicious!

Ordered takeout of the chips and queso and steak burrito. Burrito was great and so were the chips. Queso was okay to me. Service was great and super quick. Also the vibes inside are immaculate. Would be happy to come back and try out the tacos.

Amazing decor, perfectly balanced music and overall professional atmosphere. Birria tacos were tasty, great with the consume. Service was okay. My least favorite aspect was the $6 consume, it really cost more to add consume, versus the $5 taco ? It's odd. Overall great value. Will return.

I went on a Tuesday, so they offered Taco Tuesday discounts. I also went during the day, so they weren't too busy. Taste was delicious and the margaritas were great! Even though they were slow, the service was okay.

Banditos excels at providing a lively club-like environment while serving up refined Mexican 'street food'. Judging primarily on my food experience here, this place leaves much to be desired. If you're coming here with friends, I'd recommend getting their Tres Amigos, consisting of tortilla chips with salsa, queso, and guacamole. The tortilla chips are homemade - seasoned with chili powder, lime, and salt. Although the chips are a bit interesting with the addition of chili powder, they were slightly stale despite being deep fried. I would still recommend this appetizer solely for the guacamole and queso dip though. Plenty to go around while enjoying company. As an entrée, I ordered the Steak and Elote burrito. Though it's exactly what it advertised, it was boring to eat. The meat could've been seasoned more, with the raw cold corn stealing the whole flavor profile. By all means the burrito wasn't bad, but it wasn't outstanding either. Given the options of Mexican food in Maryland, this burrito is still a pass. I understand that most people come here for the tacos but if you're a burrito person, I would hope the burritos be as good as the tacos. Overall, come for the lively atmosphere for those weekday lunches or special occasion nights.

Decided to visit something new one weekend with husband and absolutely plan to go back. Greeted kindly, seated quickly, and served timely. We came in with no knowledge of this location or even if it was a chain. Tequila and Tacos were the main focus for the visit and did not disappoint. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Highly recommend for a quick pairs lunch. We'll definitely be visiting again.

I went to this location on a Tuesday evening. Much smaller than the Towson location. I've been numerous times, tonight it was slammed. There was also live music, so we sat outside. There's a smaller bar inside as well and booth seating. The glass garage doors were down, which was nice. This allowed separation from the live music so more chatting could happen. Service was great and our server was very friendly. I ordered my usual siracha toady tacos (so good!) Their tacos selection is extensive and they don't disappoint. This particular taco is yummy though, so didn't mis it up tonight. Bandicoots as a whole, doesn't provide complimentary chips and salsa. That's why I did not give a five star review. I'm sure there are reasons, but a staple of a Mexican restaurant is starting customers with chips and salsa. I always add this as a starter, but this time.. did not. Perhaps at some point chips/salsa as a standard starter will be reconsidered by the brand.

Great food & service! Love the atmosphere. The server Amber truly is amazing. She's kind, attentive and just a vibe. She's super nice too. Great spot for family dinner or date night.

UPDATE. I had a terrible experience at your white marsh location. I arrived while happy hour was still happening on a Wednesday evening. I ordered a beer that on draft (Luchador Lager). My first complaint is the glass was warm and appeared to have just come out of the dishwasher. Secondly, the actual beer was room temperature and disgusting. I asked about it and the bartender tells me "oh really? We just got that fixed". She then tells another employee who doesn't seem to care at all. She then asks if she wants me to try it again but with a chilled glass. She lets it soak in cold water for a minute then pours the same beer in the cold glass which literally doesn't change a thing for the actual temperature of the beer. She then asks me if I want something else. I get a bottled corona. She took the draft beer off my tab (understandably as I took three sips) and charged me for the corona..: what a joke. Oh, and another bartender was very vocal complaining about her discontent with the restaurant and saying "this place sucks" and "nothing is ever in the same place". This restaurant desperately needs better management and training. You have a restaurant in a prime location and your cooling system of your draft beer breaks and you act like it's no big deal? I am highly unsatisfied with my experience.

Always great food and amazing customer service every time I go. I order carryout from them as well and I never have any problems with the food.

Came here for lunch/brunch on Sunday. I want to start off by saying most of my score is purely for aesthetics and the drinks! I keep forgetting to snap interior pics (rookie move), but the inside is perfect I mean literally just that is worth a trip. We sat at a table on the patio and we had perfect weather! The drinks were great and refreshing and quick. They had pineapples at the bar and I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get a drink in a pineapple, but tis life! The food was OK. Just ok. The chips and queso was the best part of lunch and the chips were fresh and crisp with a fun seasoning on them. I ordered three tacos one avocado, a cheeseburger and a CBR. The cheeseburger one seemed like it was going to be fire based on the menu, but I took one bite and didn't look back. The other two were great. My son seemed to enjoy his chicken tenders, but I wish they had fries because what kid doesn't love fries. But I get it, lol! But again worth it for the drinks and the patio.

I love this place. Great energy! Good service, fair prices and really good food. Apart of a strip mall so plenty of parking.

It was a nice day to sit outside - there is more seating available outside (for 6+ people) compared to inside (2-4 people). The staff are kind, but the businesses can be a lot, which can be hard to have certain accommodations like turning on the outdoor heat lamp, met. Nonetheless, the food is *amazing* and I loved how many options there were for vegetarian food. I highly recommend this place for families and vegetarians!

(Beware multiple mice) Unfortunately I took my wife to Banditos in the Avenue and we sat at the far top booth near a photo op- across from the courtyard and AMC inside- The chicken fajita was extremely bland, I felt like I was forcing myself- but the beans were great. Midway in our meal, my wife saw two mice scurry across the room and screamed. No staff checked on us. I jumped out of my booth because I felt something on my leg, I went to go pay and told the server we saw rats but she never informed a manager. Unsure what the expectations are since this had never happened to us before.. but she brought the bill, I paid.. tipped- she's a great server and this is by no means her fault. But this establishment shouldn't be in business feeding people with multiple mice sighted not once but twice during our meal in the hour duration we were there between 7 PM and 8:30 pm. The table behind us saw it scurry too and a large gathering near the photo op as well. I wish a manager spoke to us to try to help, we craved authentic mexican but left feeling sick to our stomach.

Lots of seating. Great atmosphere. Fast seating for lunch on a Sunday. Food: Elote $6 is kinda pricey. Definitely delicious! 4/5 stars because of the fact of the price. Nachos. Got beef with the nachos and there was queso on the bottom of the plate. It was delicious and sharing was nice. Rus and Gus is a shrimp taco and it was amazing Street tacos were overshadowed by the Rus and Gus but it was still juicy and good. Overall, great place to eat, pretty pricey however. Could see myself as a regular if their menu was slightly cheaper.

Nice spot on the avenue. Finally visited after talking about it for the longest time. Waited 45 minutes for a table. They only take reservations for 10+. But it was Saturday night and there was a game on so can't blame them! The drinks were great we got strawberry margs. Honestly tasted very authentic definitely one of the better margs I've had. The pineapple wasn't as good though. Of course they don't put prices on the menu and we ended up spending $70 on drinks ($10 a piece). Kind of ridiculous but it's fine. Food was good. The waitress was very honest in telling us the street corn quesadilla is disgusting and no one orders it. 'Nuff said. So I got the cheesesteak and chicken tinga tacos and they were pretty good, cheesesteak was best! My boyfriend got the monster burrito and said it didn't have enough meat and was basically a bean burrito. I was confused why there was sour cream on the outside cause how are you supposed to eat it if you don't want your hands to have sour cream on them? We also had the nachos for an appetizer which were pretty good. In my opinion they are overpriced. $14 for meatless nachos or add meat and then you have $19 tacos. For the quality, I feel the price was a bit steep. But you can't put a price on a good time, right? Overall, I would come back again. The place was nice. There was a great view of the avenue and the ice rink where we were seated. Good and fast service. Just a pricey place for what it is.

Opened about 5 months ago at the center of The Avenue in White Marsh. Great seating with a view of the skating ring. Chips were excellent!!! Thick, nicely sliced and when dipped in cheese wins a top appetizer award from me (and repeat visits). Salsa wasn't as exciting, or even brought to table routinely. Menu was limited. Lots of fancy taco choices. No non-Mexican choices (1 out of the 4 of us preferred another type of cuisine, and didn't have a non Mexican choice). Overall, tacos were terrific and creative. Quesadilla was good and the place has lots of potential.

Hi Megan since i can't respond directly to you because you didn't actually reach out to rectify this situation i guess i will just leave another review. In my previous experiences with bad customer service restaurants have actually taken action to remedy the experience. Your manager told the police that i was attempting to dine and dash and i was threatened to be arrested your paragraph stating that you will review the incident does not make me feel happier about this situation. As the director of hospitality i would expect more from you than an issued statement. This is very simple, i was charged for something i had no idea wasn't the price it was on the menu. I said let me get this chicken quesadilla and pointed to the menu. That resulted in me being swarmed by police in a restaurant full of people. With your manager telling them that i was trying to leave without paying despite the fact i never got up from the chair until the police arrived! Which they should have never even been called because this was not my fault! As a director, you have a position of power in which you can do more than just use words to amend this! So please reach out to me and help me fix this experience! This happened over a month ago and it was so scary that it is on my mind constantly still. As someone that services angry people on a regular basis i would never treat anyone with such blatant disrespect and sarcasm. And i was very polite the entire time. This is ridiculous!

We had such a great time at Banditos. The atmosphere is very cool. There's a DJ that plays music after about 9 /10pm which is nice. I enjoyed a pineapple margarita which was very tasty. Now let me just say, if you're planning on ordering the monster nachos appetizer, please have your appetite ready because the portion is huge! They are so very tasty also. In fact, I actually enjoyed the nachos a lot more than the tacos. The tacos were just okay ... a little unbalanced in flavor and proportion. The birria and cheeseburger tacos were both generous in portion but the flavor needed a boost. The shrimp taco was a bit clunky and overpowered by the spicy sauce. All in all, a nice visit. I'll definitely be back for those nachos!

I enjoyed coming here!! Our waitress was very kind and attentive, the fish tacos were ok they needed more seasoning however, the shrimp tacos were AMAZINGGGG!! The Atmosphere is chill and best of all the prices were very reasonable and affordable!! I will definitely be revisiting.

Nice restaurant. I love the look and feel of the restaurant. Very lively with a wide selection of food. I ordered the boom boom shrimp tacos with refined beans and rice. It food came out in less than 10 minutes and was pleasant to the eye. And taste...DELICIOUS!!!! Stop by and see what they are all about. Great service with great food at a decent price!!!

It's a great vibe. Foods amazing. Service is impeccable. I'm a big fan. I try different items on the menu... I'm impressed each time. So Fridays they have a DJ nice little vibe. Coming from Miami this is a nice taste of back home.

Banditos has definitely made use of the space they've taken their residence. A brightly colored dining area and bar, nice atmosphere, and great outdoor seating. But the food, however, is lack luster. Our 30 minute wait was only 10 minites which was great. We started off with a couple margaritas to get the night going. Both the spicy margarita and the classic margarita was pretty sweet, but the jalapeños in the spicy margarita was a nice touch to kill a bit of the sweetness. To go along with our drinks we ordered the Tres Amigos, consisting of salsa, guac, queso, and house made chips. The guac was definitely missing salt, which we asked our server for to doctor it up a bit. The salsa tasted more like pasta sauce, and the queso was alright but maybe needed a little kick with some pickled jalapeños. The street corn, however, was pretty tasty. Tacos are my favorite, so I was looking forward to the variety Banditos offered, but the steak in the Street Steak taco was dry, the blackened shrimp taco was lacking in flavor, and the fish taco was alright, but not enough for me to eat it all. After about 2 bites of each taco I was pretty much done, and so disappointed with it all. I'm an avid taco lover and I had such high hopes for Banditos moving into the White Marsh area, but I was sadly let down.
