There on Saturday night. The catfish dinner was good, the shrimp basket was good. However the BBQ pork was grainy & my husband has been unwell today. The wait staff is seriously lacking on customer experience skills. Guy who delivered the onion blossom slung it on the table, walked away, no words. No plates provided until our server asked if we wanted plates...really? And the additional condiments requested weren't delivered until we were almost done eating. Serious lack of attention to their customers.
The music was unbearably loud for a small venue. I think the band had talent, but, the amps were so loud the singer was muffled. And they spent an extraordinary amount of time tuning while the drummer just kept hitting the drum pedal relentlessly.
Oh, and, if you choose to pay with a card, you will pay ~5% extra to cover their fees.
Sylacauga needs good restaurants. This one needs some work on customer experience & transparency on fees.
