Bang Bite Filling Station

This is a food trailer located at a brewery. Great outdoor area. The food was really delicious and the burger was out of this world but messy to eat be prepared with a lot of napkins! The french fries had a great seasoning on them and some of the best I've had!

I'm from New England, and these fish and chips were out of this world. Tried my husband's green chili burger and it was also incredible. After a few nights eating at over rated places near the Plaza, this food truck with attached brewery restored my faith in Santa Fe.

The #2 (green chile) cheeseburger was delicious. But the fish and chips are off the carts, maybe the best F&C in the city. Only available Friday and Saturday, don't miss this dish. The green beans that come with the fish and chips are fantastic. The chef was so friendly, the food came quickly, and it was lovely sitting in the patio of Santa Fe Brewery with drinks from there. Fantastic experience and food; we will return as I hear the Chicken sandwich isn't to be missed.

Have been wanting to try out this place for a while. We finally stopped by to have a burger there. The lady running the stand had an attitude from the start, I felt very uncomfortable after placing my order. After 15 min we got our burgers which we okay and kind of cold. Also VERY expensive for a food truck. Most sit down restaurants are cheaper.

Used to be a favorite and we went almost weekly for a long time. But then the hours got weird and often were starting a hour after posted times. Prices kept jumping up dramatically, going much higher than a food truck providing paper and plastic should really be. Burgers went even higher than some top sit down restaurants. The burgers were great but they are 2X the price of some other great local places so it just makes me feel stupid paying for them. Maybe can go once a year or two now when I am feeling dumb.

Food was great. However, they only had carbonated drinks or beer from the pub. I can't drink any kind of bubbles. No ice available, so my only option was tepid tap water.

We had the fish and chips and it was divine. It came with some fried green beans and a spicy tartar sauce. I recommend adding a side of garlic aioli to dip your fries into. Such good food to eat while drinking a nice cold beer from the brewery.

Cool food truck with a good variety of items to choose from. The green chile cheeseburger and fries I had were excellent. Would definitely recommend visiting!

All the bad reviews are just bitter. Their burgers kick ass and the fries are hot and crispy. I come here religiously and have never been disappointed. The #5 is killer. 10/10

Grabbed a bite burger and fries while at Break room! Best burger we had in Santa Fe! Pricey but delicious. Service was quick! You get a buzzer, so you can still sit inside if it's chilly.

I was craving a burger & fries and saw this food truck was within walking distance of my motel. It's behind the Brakeroom (didn't visit but seemed cool). I ordered the Ooh Papi burger & the regular fries to go. The food was ready quickly. I allllmost wish I had eaten at the tables outside because the atmosphere was super chill & laid back. A few people with their dogs. I really loved my burger, sweet & savory & the perfect size. The fries were delicious. Hot & crispy & a generous portion. Loved this place. Would definitely return.

Such a beautiful spot. Service was great and it's a nice place to enjoy inside or outside. The burger was great. It was a tad rare for me. I did order medium rare but it was a bit under. However it was really good. The fries were tasty. I would try again!

I absolutely love this place. It is a must visit when I'm in town. The ingredients are perfect. Best green chili burgers. It is a must try and it is perfect that it sits outside the Santa Fe Brewing. Cannot be burgers and beers.

$16! Biggest waste of money in my life; the hamburger was barely bigger than my hand, and it fell apart. Do not go. My hand is barely 5 inches long. It tasted awful too. It was smaller than a child's burger at Burger King. And 15 minutes? Really? I was the only customer. The pictures in these reviews look accurate--- but in no way was what I served even close. It's been over 5 years since they have won awards and sadly, the food shows why.

The green chili cheeseburger is nothing less than a religious experience. Enjoyed it with hot fries and a hazy IPA sitting outside on a lovely Santa Fe summer evening at the Break Room, to which I rode with my wife on our bikes. Topped it off with a scoop of salted chocolate ice cream at La Lecheria in the Railyard. Life doesn't get much better.

Bang bite, idk what happened but those fries were not ok. This is my go to for annual fry devotion but today was a disappointment. The fries were hard and dry. The cheese & chili was generous but couldn't compete with it. Sad.

Quite simply the best burger I have ever had. The bacon, green chile, barbecue burger was out of this world; cooked perfectly, and with just the right amount of slow burn heat from the mild green chiles. The accompanying fries were hot and seasoned perfectly. I can't recommend this place highly enough. The outside seating with a cold beer from the adjoining brewery just makes for a perfect afternoon. Go, people; you won't regret it.

I've had a few different items from Bang Bite and each of them has been delicious. Without a doubt, my favorite was the Bite Burger (chile blend, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, jalapeño mayo), which was a total explosion of flavor. The staff have been friendly each time, and my orders have been correct. I appreciate how they give you a buzzer when you place your order so you'll know when it's ready, even if you're not within hearing distance of the food truck. I docked one star for value. The food is very good, but, in my opinion, the burgers are much too small for the prices being charged.

Enrique, the owner, does a great job with his food truck. His food is really good and he uses packaging that is not so bad for the environment - almost all paper. The packaging waste is why I usually stay away from food trucks but I feel just fine eating at Bang Bite and am always satisfied with the food. It's delicious. It's located behind Santa Fe Brewery's Brake Room so it's great to have a beer (or two) and some fish and chips or a delicious fried chicken sandwich. I don't eat beef but hear the burgers are great and his fries are the best around.

One of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had! Delicious juicy meat, soft doughy bun, reel cheddar cheese, so good. The fries were meh, not sure why the fries are getting such good reviews, maybe it was an off night. Anyway, not gonna knock them for it, the burger made up for it. I'll be coming back for sure!

The best fish sandwich & fries I've had in SF. Asked the owner about the fish sandwich to which he replied 'it's f%#%ing good!!' Well, I ordered it and ate it and agree with him. It was beyond delicious on toasted bread and the fries were perfect. I really hesitated to review the place because I don't want it to get too crowded! :) Friends had burgers and didn't talk until after it was all gone in 3 minutes. Amazing place.

We came for a burger and got talked into fish & chips. ...yep. Best fish & chips I've ever tasted. It's apparently a Friday special, but if you're here on a Friday, take a chance. Amazing.

Seriously delicious! We were slightly apprehensive when we saw it was a food truck behind the tap room, but I'm so glad we stuck with it! One of the best burgers that I've had in a long time, and the fries were delicious too. I'm already craving another meal there! It took maybe 10-15mins for our buzzer to light up indicating our food was ready, but that was just enough time to grab a beer and find a table. My only downside was figuring out how to open the door (pull) with hands full of food, but a kind stranger helped with that immediately. Not an issue if you're eating outside. I'd highly recommend, give it a try!

Honestly the best green Chile cheeseburger I have tried in Santa Fe and the crispy fries were amazing! You have to try this place!

Good burgers, just a bit overpriced. The fries are fantastic and very flavorful. My only complaint is that they don't have any options for children.

Fun food truck parked outside of brewing company. Fries with chili powder were tasty! Cuban sandwich was good and generous helping. Staff friendly and funny. Laid back and casual.

Do you want the best burger with the most wonderful owner to match, then try Bang Bite. Sits behind the Santa Fe Brewery so the map/location can be confusing - just map yourself there! All the burgers and the fries are aaaaamazing. Also the fish n chips rivals that of Gordon Ramsey's. Enjoy Bang Bite !!

The Green Chile Cheeseburger is my favorite, and my husband loves the fish and cubano sandwiches too! The owner is always so nice and friendly, we love walking over and getting dinner to go!

I'm in Santa Fe three times a year for work and this place is one I make sure to hit up every time. Great people working in the truck and some of the best burgers and sandwiches I've had anywhere. My photos don't do it justice, but I couldn't wait to set them up, we just wanted to dig in. I was talking to some locals in the Santa Fe brewery Brake Room (whose lot Bang Bite is in) and they say they always send their out of town friends here. We always recommend it to our friends as well. Great food with great beer, what's not to love?

I'm dying to try this restaurant that I've been hearing so much good stuff about. However, this is the second time we've driven in from out of town and haven't found them open when they were supposed to be. This time it appears that the hours posted on Instagram were wrong , as they were different hours posted on a Facebook page. We did try and call to find out if they'd be open, but there was no answer and their mailbox was full. We'll try again sometime

Great Friday fish fry combined with welcoming friendliness make this a "can't be best" treat.

Great lunch today at bang bite. We had the green Chile cheese burger and the fried chicken sandwich, both I recommend. Amazing time with the girlfriend as we caught some sun before a light snow fell. They also gave us a sample of their posole, which I would also recommend a bowl. Good folks and if Santa Fe Brew Co is open you can grab a beer as well!

So my first experience at Bang Bite was exceptional. Edit: as has every one since! It's a fave! I have to say that the menu is incredibly enticing, and it's very rare that I will buy an $11 sandwich. Now that said... This is the kind of sandwich that I would spend good money to buy a lot of days of the week. For one, it is so packed with meat, that it would last me three meals. For two, oh my Goddess... The food is good! Hubby got the pulled pork and I got the Cuban. Both were melt-in-your-mouth good and came with ridiculously good french fries. A-plus. All the way. The number 9 mini burger is the best straight up burger in the city, imo. The fancy ones are all delicious too!

Bang Bite is a food truck behind the Santa Fe Brewing Company. Grab a beer, a spot at the picnic tables, and a sandwich from Bang Bite. Their fries are great and the spicy chicken sandwich is our favorite. For both it's about $15. Great place to grab lunch and the brewery has a ton of board games you can snag.

You can't get anything that's not delicious here. Meat is perfectly smoked, not too strong and tender. Sauces are scrumptious and creative. Service is always quick. I honestly don't what I love more, eating my meal or driving around beautiful Santa Fe when my car is filled with the mouthwatering aroma of seasoned fried and I'm talking, always perfectly cooked hot seasoned fries.... let that sink in for a minute... yum Ingredients taste fresh and are prepared with skill and love. Best burgers in town by far.

I visited Bang Bite and tried the Ooh Papi burger, with no expectations. Wow, it turned out to be about the best burger I've ever had! And the fries with it were excellent as well.

We have tried multiple times to find this food truck, after hearing how good their burgers are. After FINALLY finding them, after many address changes, they were closed. Even when their hours on their Facebook page and google both stated that they were supposed to be open. Get it together Bang Bite

Seriously incredible burgers and fries. Best in Santa Fe. These are the kinds of fries that you dream about. This place is now located outside of tumble route which is a cool distillery with great outside seating. I can't recommend it highly enough. If you want a burger or fries, it puts everything else in the glorious state of New Mexico to shame.

On point with the quick and tasty burger. Fries are a solid touch too. All burgers do not disappoint. Easy to enjoy the tasty flavor profiles of these succulent meat sandwiches!

Great food and outdoor seating for covid times. We ordered their Signature burger which was topped with several tasty chillies and their fish and chips. Both were fantastic! Owner told us they have no freezer and they get their fish fresh every other day. He wasn't lying, it was delicious!

Today we decided to drive up to Santa Fe (from Albuquerque) to grab some takeout and support local business during Covid-19. First let me assure you we exited our vehicle to order and returned to out vehicle until our order was ready. Masks and gloves were worn by the workers as well and they provided hand sanitizer. Ok back to the food! The fish and chips were recommended as well as a few other items. The fish and chips were spot on and cooked to perfection, crisp on the outside, super moist and tender on the inside. Also ordered were a burger, Mac and cheese and a pulled pork sandwich. All good. Did I mention that the fish and chips came with flash fried green beans and a yummy spicy tarter sauce. Anyway short story long, Give it a try you won't be disappointed. On top of great food they were so nice accommodating!

Absolutely phenomenal food truck!! Got the Bang Bite burger and piggly wiggly sammy. Both were out of this world!! People are really friendly too!

We stopped by Santa Fe, NM on our way back to CA. I'm so happy we ate at this food truck stop! The food is really good! We got the following items - Bang fries - with cheese, bacon and green chiles! Really good and not spicy! You are my boy blue - burger with blue cheese, maple bacon and garlic aioli. Amazing!!! Cubanito - pulled pork sandwich with cheese. Didn't like this one. I'm not into pulled pork. Honey glazed sriracha wings - really good. Tastes more like sweet Thai chili sauce. The food is very high in calories but at least it's worth it. Haha. The only down side is when it's hot, there's not much shade even with the umbrellas on the tables.

We attempted to hire this food truck for Our wedding over a year in advance, signed a contract and gave a deposit of over $1,000. 3 months before our wedding Enrique called to cancel claiming he was short staffed and would not be able to cater our wedding. We were very upset and stressed but tried to give Him the benefit of the doubt and remained understanding since COVID-19 has caused many staffing issues. The only thing we wanted was our initial deposit back. Initially he acted accommodating and said he would give us our money back right wash. However, After much back and forth he claimed to have issues with square and "couldn't issue a refund back to our credit card". Then he claimed he would send a check for our initial deposit assuring us it was in the mail. Weeks went by and we never received our refund and he has since gone radio silent and has not responded to any of our attempted communication since. We have had to contact our legal representatives as a result and this entire situation has added so much additional stress on top of an already stressful situation. Enrique and his business practices are unreliable and untrustworthy. We have been owed our refund for over 2 months and it has been excuse after excuse and promise after promise with no delivery. I write this to inform the public and to think twice before even considering booking this business. The exchange between us and bang bite filling station has been unjust and immoral, we feel completely taken advantage of on the deepest level.

We stopped here on our way through Sante Fe a month ago. The food was amazing. The customer service was great too. We will definitely make this a regular stop anytime we're in town.
