Delicious and delightful. I had the Impossible Bulgogi Bao Bun. Perfect—elevated the impossible burger with crisp veggies and a spicy mayo that was just the right amount of heat. Great ambiance with background music that allows you to relax and read.

Delicious Korean food, wasabi is the real deal, and the staff is kind and competent. There is great seating and outdoor patio space as well.

Oh my god, this place was great. I've been disappointed by almost every restaurant I've eaten at in the Georgetown area so far—with so many bland, overpriced, and uninspired dishes—that bangbop was just an absolute breath of fresh air. I got a bowl of spicy pork belly and some vegan dumplings—both were delicious, flavorful, and reasonably priced considering the area. The spicy pork belly was reasonably spicy to begin with, but I like my stuff really spicy; thankfully, they had some fermented pepper paste to add some extra heat. The portion sizes are *very* generous, and you get a nice smattering of side dishes to go with your food. I wasn't able to finish all of my food at the restaurant—needless to say, it will make for a great lunch tomorrow. The service was excellent. The people working at bangbop seem to enjoy what they do, and were quite nice. (Props to whoever had the Kirby shirt, she was awesome.) My only complaint is that it took a bit long for my food to come out, but it's really not that bad. I would rather have excellent food that takes some extra time to prepare than bad or mediocre food that's made very quickly. Bangbop is absolutely wonderful, and you absolutely should eat there.

Google
So yummy! Tried this new restaurant on MacArthur and loved it. Joon and his family run the place and make great food with a smile. I have been here 4 times since they opened last week and will keep coming back. This time I had the braised beef bowl for $12, which I recommend.

Google
This gem of a fabulous, new Korean café is a wonderful little find of authentic, fresh Korean food. We had a somewhat spontaneous 8-member party descend on them, calling just minutes before we arrived to ask if they could accommodate us. It was a special ceremony and the gentleman on the phone (perhaps the owner?) was so happy for us and congratulated our child's milestone. When we arrived, he had the tables arranged for our large party--not an easy task, given the restaurant's cozy size, but he and the entire staff moved furniture and attended to us like we were family. After a good amount of time enjoying the food, we departed for the door and were sent off by the entire back kitchen and front staff waving and bowing with sincere gratitude and an invitation to return. So very happy they have joined our neighborhood! P.S. They seem to mostly do a lot of takeout/delivery, but do have limited seating inside and out on their small patio.

Google
Such a lovely family-owned spot with authentic and delicious Korean food and snacks. The coffee is great too, with calm music and a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, all smiles. So lucky to have a place like this in the neighborhood!

Apparently the photo I had up from 3yrs ago was taken down(?) Either way me and my family loved this place when they were first starting out and the food was delicious. They are a sustainably sourced company. Those fresh fried pork rinds were bussin’! Anything you order you will love it. The flavors are so mouthwatering good. Let’s ggoooo bangbop!!

Google
I had a Spicy Gochujang Chicken Rice Bowl for lunch today at Bangpop, and I can say that the food was scrumptious based on the way it looked upon serving. Upon tasting, the chicken was savory, tender, soft, and juicy and perfectly served with tender rice. The staff member, 'Karsel' (I'm not sure about the spelling), was very welcoming and made sure to attend to whatever needs I had, like a spoon or chopstick, etc. The dining area is small; the tables are placed very close to each other, so dining as a big group is not really okay, in my opinion.

Yelp
Great addition to the neighborhood! We had rainbow bibimbap, bao, dumplings and kimbap. Everything was fantastic and servings were big enough that we have plenty of leftovers. Definitely a welcome addition to Palisades/Foxhall.

Yelp
My first carryout order from here! I tried the rainbow bibimbop and it was very fresh and delicious. The bulgogi was warm and flavorful and the brown rice at the bottom of the dish and the fresh vegetables (red cabbage, kale, carrots) & steamed vegs (corn, zucchini) that decorated on top were fabulous. This place satisfies my Korean craving here in Brookland while at work and I am excited to come back and try their other dishes. Now I don't have to run to Arlington or Centreville Virginia for a weekday Korean craving at work!

Yelp
I ordered takeaway and got the Special Pork Belly Bossam set (for two), which came with sides of rice, japchae, and kimchi banchan. The tray was neat and could have easily served as an immediate centerpiece the way that it was packaged. The lettuce was crisp, the pork was tender and good cuts of meat that weren't overly fatty. The japchae was light and a little sweet and savory--addictive. The kimchi had great flavor, and this was more than enough food for the two us. This was my first time having bossam where it was accompanied by lettuce instead of pickled cabbage leaves for wrapping, but the lettuce added a nice texture, and I just piled on kimchi from the banchan, along with the sauces, jalapeños and garlic, and it was delicious. We'll definitely get this again, and I'm planning to try the Traditional Bibimbap next. I'm so excited to find this nearby!

Yelp
I used uber eats so can't speak to service but flavor was a GO! I got the spicy pork banh mi which came loaded with pork and a nice balance of fresh toppings to offset the spice and YES! There was spice!! The bread was a bit hard on the outside (think french bread presentation without french bread flavor or chew) and i requested extra mayo which must've been missed in the notes. Still satisfying.

Yelp
OMGGGG ASGDJFGHKLLJAJSJA I've ordered from here just once through Grubhub, got two things their Korean fire chicken pizza and their gyopo (chicken) bibimbap. I literally just only had maybe 1/3 of their pizza and I had to write this review right away!!! THE PIZZA IS SOOOO GOOD. It has Korean seasoned chicken with kimchi and cheese. The taste is so authentic and so flavorful. It is truly a fusion pizza. The size is huge (definitely two meals worth). And the price??? Just $13 for this pizza?? My dudes PLEASE CHECK THIS PLACE OUT FOR THE PIZZA!! I will report back when I've had the bibimbap but I have a high expectations! This is definitely a spot to check out.

Yelp
This place is AMAZING. It was a bit difficult to locate as they don't have a store front. So, a bit confusing. Order online and knock on the kitchen door to the right of Bullfrogs. They will come out and hand you your food. The kimchi has an AMAZING flavor. Dumplings were magical and the short ribs were honestly some of the best I've ever had. 10/10 will certainly be back for another fixing.

Yelp
I saw this place on Yelp's Instagram page and since I was working in the city decided to go here for lunch. I thought it was a place I can order my food and sit down to eat. I was wrong. Once you enter the building there's a kiosk with the bangbop sign. You place your order and wait for it to come out. There are two other establishments in the building as well. The food I order was good. I wished my brownie came in one of those plastic trays, it probably would've tasted fresher. Also, I didn't get the correct drink I ordered, instead of the Korean lemon-lime drink, they gave my American Sprite. I probably wouldn't come back to this establishment.

Yelp
I usually like to order direct from a restaurant's website to make sure the money goes to the restaurant staff and not an app. Unfortunately Bangbop's website is a mess!! I had a promo code for 25% off so I decided to place a preorder for dinner pickup. The order went through, but invalidated my discount code AND didn't save the time I wanted to pick up; I immediately got a text saying to pick up in 20 minutes. I've tried calling and texting them to cancel so I can resubmit the order for dinnertime but no one is answering, and it's been over 30 minutes. I guess now I'm on my way down to pick up my dinner at 12pm so the money isn't wasted. Really frustrating experience. EDIT: Oh my god, I just drove down there and found out they WERE preparing it for dinner pickup after all and sent me the wrong text message. No explanation of why no one answered their customer service number and seemingly no hope of them honoring my discount code either. I love the food here but I don't know if I'll order here again, what a nightmare.

Yelp
This is the kind of pizza you'll be thinking about after you finish. I'm ready to try everything on the menu. They're working through some small kinks with their ordering system but the people running it were apologetic and fantastic overall. Loved!

Patricia M.

Yelp
I had the LA Galbi short rib rice bowl with sides of spinach, kimchi, and pickled radish. I absolutely loved it! I can't wait to get back there for more and to try other offerings. The short ribs were so tasty, a great balance of smokiness and sweetness. The rice was perfectly cooked. The sides were all delicious. Glad I know about this place. I don't live close by, but when I'm in the city again, I'm going to order to take home to share with my family.
google avatar

Lydia A.

Yelp
I got 11 bucks off my first order of bangbop and bulgogi dumplings. It was quick and they seemed very nice when I went to pick it up! It was good but the kimchi was a surprise and I wished it was on the side instead. The cilantro also wasn't cut up all the way. I loved the dumplings though and would Be back for those!

Yelp
I ordered off the pork belly ssam off of Grubhub. The dish comes with a lot of meat, especially for the price! It was a little dry when it arrived to me, but I think that was due to packaging/delivery. I steamed the pork belly to reheat and it help restore moisture in the meat. The ssam included pork belly slices and lettuce leaves, as well as small containers of garlic cloves and sliced pepper, gochujang, spicy picked daikon, kimchi, and a tangy sauce that I couldn't identify that tasted like it had fish sauce, pepper, and vinegar. The picked daikon is incredible! I wish the entree came with more banchan or a larger quantity of the daikon/kimchi. I'm used to receiving much more at other Korean restaurants, even when it comes to takeout. Overall would try again!

Shenique B.

Yelp
The food tastes amazing! I was looking for something different and this place popped up plus they had the $11 off offer so i had to try. I got the beef galbi dish and it was amazing!! I would gladly pay full price for this. Not only did it taste really good but the portion size was perfect. Some of my rice was cold (the part that wasnt under the meat), which was odd, but I got over that. I will definitely be back for me.

Yelp
Bangpop. [4 stars]. BLUF: This review is strictly for their Pork Belly Bossam Box - $20. GET IT!! Bossam. Just the word makes my mouth water... my heart skip a beat... my mouth water... oh wait I already said that!! ‍ Eating Bossam, for me, is a way for me to connect to the Korean half of me. It gives me an opportunity to taste and explore the seasonings and ingredients that my relatives have been enjoying for many lifetimes. It brings back fond memories for me of eating Korean food all throughout the different regions in Korea!!! I adore traditional Korean cuisine. Traditionally, Bossam is served with pork shoulder or pork belly and red leaf lettuce/perilla leaves. I personally prefer pork shoulder just because it is less fatty and gelatinous, but I have to say, @eatbangpop did a phenomenal job of keep their pork belly tender and lean!! I prefer red leaf lettuce and perilla leaves to the Napa cabbage but that is just my preference. Napa cabbage tends to be rigid and difficult to "wrap". Perilla leaves are delicious and give a slightly licorice flavoring to each bite!! Even though @eatbangpop's offerings steer slightly away from the traditional offering, I can see why @rudefoodpics and @theskinnifoodwhore rave about it. Note: @eatbangbop fully discloses that they offer their innovative take on traditional Korean food, so I was prepared for a "twist". I will definitely be a repeat customer!! @eatbangbop... any chance you could offer an oyster bossam box WITH perilla leaves?? #janjaneats #swipeleftformore #yelpdc #dclife #eeeeeats #foodnation #yougottaeatthis #foodbeast #eastcoastfoodies #forkyeah #foodporn #nomnom #seriouseats #foodilysm #bestfooddc #foodie #alwayshungry #nomnom #foodphotography #foodpics #NOTsponsored #getinmybelly #bossam #samgyupsal #porkbelly #koreanfood #refreshing

Yelp
Nestled inside Brookland's Tastemakers, a food hall/incubator, is a Korean restaurant. Order online or order from the kiosk inside, they sell a variety of Korean food items from bulgogi to salads. My house went for Friday night takeout. We ordered from the kiosk, walked to the playground across the street and picked up our food 15 minutes later. They text you updates when your food is ready! My bulgogi steak and cheese sandwich was good! The bulgogi is flavorful as is the kimchi.

Yelp
Had a picnic at the National Arboretum few weeks ago, and we got the perfect picnic meals. We got their Tofu Bulgogi Taco. Initially I was a little disappointed because it looked so pale, but turns out it's very flavorful! What did they do to the tofu.. idk. Then we had The Traditionalist Bibimbap - beef bulgogi. white rice, seasonal assortment of traditional korean bibimbap toppings. spicy house sauce (mild), sesame oil & seeds. It was so fresh, yummy and they didnt skimp on the beef. Honestly with $12 for this flavorful, colorful bibimbap, this is such a great deal. Thank you Bangbop Definitely coming back!

Colleen R.

Yelp
This food was really tasty. The free garlic glass noodles were delicious. We had bao buns with pork and it had a great flavor and spice. The impossible bulgogi was impressive and a nice alternative since I don't eat beef. I would definitely come again when I want really tasty food.

Yelp
The Space: Bangbop is located inside the Tastemakers food hall. They don't have an actual stand where you can order from. However, they use the kitchen and you can order online to pick up if you want to dine in at Tastemakers. I typically order pick up and they will usually put orders on the right side wall by the entrance or on a table to the left by bullfrog's bagels. The Service: Very friendly! I've had them call me when they are out of certain dishes after I've placed my order and they let me substitute for something else. The Food: My favorite thing to order are the Bulgogi Banh Mi ($10) and the Bulgogi Cheesesteak ($13), which are both reasonably priced. The Bulgogi Banh Mi is a great korean/vietnamese fusion and satisfies my craving for Banh Mi and the Bulgogi Cheesesteak is a fun flavorful twist on the philly cheesesteak! If you want something affordable and filling I would recommend the Japchae Noodles Box ($8), which sales out quick. Sometimes they will have an Oxtail dish on their menu that I've been meaning to try!

Yelp
We were interested in getting Korean food the other night and decided we'd try a new spot. The $11 off first time order deal was too good to pass up, so we got a few things to try: inferno bibimbap, bulgogi kimbap, spicy pork bao, and bulgogi cheesesteak. The flavors of everything were pretty good, and the best thing was easily the bulgogi kimbap. However, the bread items were not good. I've never had a bun that had the taste and texture of white bread, but this is what it was like. Crumbly and not great. If these buns are purchased from somewhere, they're buying the cheapest ones. If they're making them, they need a bit more work. The bread used for the cheesesteak also wasn't good - it was dry and hard (though on the bottom where the juices had softened it, it was good. One pro is that portion sizes are pretty generous, and an $11 off coupon is great. Just avoid items with dough.

Yelp
We recently tried this new family-owned spot in Brookland. They have a variety of options, including buns, bao, wings, some creative pizzas, as well as a variety of bibimbap options with an emphasis on sustainably sourced ingredients. Our meals were filling with great flavors, we'll definitely be back when we want quick takeout! Love that they have options to take the flavors of bibimbap and turn it into a salad, plus some dishes with impossible meat as well as vegetarian options.
google avatar

Amy L.

Yelp
Super happy that there's a new Korean spot in our neighborhood...it's about time! The rice bowls (bibimbap) are flavorful, fresh, and delicious. Jam-packed with fresh, pickled and sautéed veggies, these will leave you feeling satisfied and guilt-free. We ordered the inferno and the traditionalist. Both were equally delicious and came with different meats and veggie combos. The spicy pork kimbap was a nice little snack, but probably not enough for a full meal. My only gripe are the portions for the side banchan. We ordered a side cup of the stir fried eggplant. For $4, we got a very stingy amount, about half of what their pictures show. Everything else on their menu seems reasonably priced, but this was a bit outrageous for the small amount you get. We will definitely return for their bibimbaps, but will probably pass on the banchans.
google avatar

Danielle J.

Yelp
I ordered the new LA galbi bowl with 6 spicy hot wings. While the Galbi was delicious, the wings weren't so much...They had a good sauce and flavor but were not "air fried" or crispy to say the least. I was def disappointed, but the sauce sort of made up for it, just wish they would be consistent with the wings, because I saw mixed reviews and decided to give them a try. They also gave me these chubby drumsticks and two flats, which had broken bones. I couldn't really finish them, and had to pick around. Look at the picture i posted, I wouldn't have even served those. Nonetheless, I would still come back and order the wings again. I'll just ask for extra crispy next time, and hope all of the wings are in tact, and not small like this.
google avatar

Priscilla T.

Yelp
Definitely the BEST and most affordable Korean food you'll find in DC. Obviously, better in Northern VA or probably even Maryland. Got delivery which took about an hour (they use Postmates). You can get $11 off your order, but need to order $15 worth of food AFTER the discount is applied so technically more food like 3 items. I split with my roommate, and we def have some leftover. Everything was delicious and filling!! LOVED the spicy pork, and bulgogi was great too. I enjoyed the kimbap the most, except I wished they were actually cut into pieces (the traditional way) instead of two long rolls. It got too messy and hard to eat. The baos and banh mi were also really good. Don't think you can go wrong with anything. Will definitely order from here again when I'm craving Korean food and too lazy to drive to VA!!
google avatar

Brooke B.

Yelp
Great takeout spot. Love the impossible bulbogi and steam buns. Grab this for lunch or dinner. My kids love it too! Nice and fresh and healthy.
google avatar

Alice W.

Yelp
Only the bowls: Upgrading my rating to five stars because it makes me keep going back. Steady quality and quantity. Never fails putting me a big smile whenever I open a Bangbop's bowl. Writing this update makes me craving again. Perhaps, dinner for tonight?
google avatar

Yelp
We got a $11 off with $15 of purchase promotion via Instagram and decided to check it out! We were a little confused when we got to Taste Makers and found out that we had to order online. However, it was really easy to order online and our order was ready in 10 minutes. We got the traditional and Rainbow bipbimpop and an order of pork buns. The rice bowls were pretty as a picture, filled with lots of veggies and a generous amount of meat. The bulgogi was wonderfully spicy in the traditional bowl, the kimchi was definitely on fishy side which was great, not too spicy either. The golbi in the rainbow bowl was nice and tender and fell off the rib bones quite easily. The buns were well dressed will the toppings and spicy however the actual bun itself was a little too big compared to the fillings and felt a little too much like bread and not like a steamed bao bun.
google avatar

Molly K.

Yelp
I'm really quite a fan of bangbop. I have had many options from the menu over time. The inferno is perfection- highly flavorful, lots of substance and various textures and large portions. The new japchae is also light and refreshing. I have been a bit disappointed in the vegetarian options which are low on the flavor and substance scales so I typically ate at back towards the pork these days. I appreciate their local sourcing and fast fulfillment.

Gretchen W.

Yelp
I stopped by this place last weekend. The food is fantastic! I ordered the pork belly bossam box, gimbap rolls with bulgogi, and a jar of kimchi. Everything was fresh and delicious but I have to dive into the pork bossam box in particular. Eating these ssam's was the best experience I've had and they were the tastiest I've had since having them in Seoul last year. The pork belly was so tender and delicious and I agree with another review that they do an excellent job rending out the excess fat. The richness of the meat is cut with the delicious freshness and spice of the whole garlics, salted shrimps, sweet radish, ssamjang and kimchi. Its just an incredible bite of food that is filling yet refreshing. I also received a really generous portion which has lasted me several meals which I really appreciate. I love Korean food and will definitely be back to get another bossam box (and try other things!) soon.
google avatar

Sarah C.

Yelp
The food is exactly what you'll pay for. Cheap, average, not a lot of care put in, but enough to satisfy you for what it is. Advice: do NOT order delivery. They use Postmates and unfortunately I don't know if it's their fault but they can't contact the driver, who has disappeared when I ordered there twice. There is literally no way to figure out where your food went.

Nathan H.

Yelp
Got the LA Galbi set. Loved it. My stomach was bursting, but didn't feel heavy like other Korean dishes might be. Tasted just like my grandma's cooking. Great price too!

Yelp
SOOO DELICIOUS AND FLAVORFUL -- DONT RUSH THEM ITS WORTH THE WAIT. This is the best Kimbap I've ever had. So many layers of flavor. Each ingredient could stand alone and great as a mixture it's a phenomenon!! First of I love that this is a ghost restaurant. this is the future and shows how modern the philosophy of this place is. The wait can be a little bit long but I think it's cause they were busy today. I would only advise for more directions for the pickups and how to pick up food. I'm sooo satisfied with my food. It was an amazing price for how much I got and the quality. LOVED IT!!! Hope they keep going I would like to order soon again for my family dinner !
google avatar

Richa B.

Yelp
Just came here to tell everyone to order from bangpop right now!! I ordered via ubereats. The Inferno Bibimbap is one of the best meals I've had in my life - full of color, taste, flavor - and a generous portion! I haven't even started on the wings or kimbap, but I can bet they will both be good. Amazing! Look forward to eating from here a lot.
google avatar

D W.

Yelp
So, I so badly wanted to love this place and FOR THE MOST PART, I did. The bibimbap was DELICIOUS!! Bulgogi beef was tender, kimchi crunchy with a little spice, generous portion of veggies and the bowl just delivered on all accounts!! BUT, I also ordered the Korean Fried Chicken wings and I was disappointed...big time!! 1st: fried?! More like baked. The chicken wings were like a soft baked battered chicken. 2nd: the wings were barely coated in the sauce. The small amount of sauce I did taste was good - just wish the wings had been shown as much love and attention as the bibimbap bowl. Take away lesson: steer clear of the Korean baked (I mean fried) wings. However, you can't go wrong with the bibimbap bowls.
google avatar

Milo R.

Yelp
Tried The Rainbow Bibimbap and the Bulgogi Tacos. Very delicious, and great portion sizes. I will definitely have enough for lunch tomorrow :) Pickup was easy and they even had a selection of drinks to choose from, overall very happy with trying out this new place ( especially since you get $11 off on your first order). Will definitely eat here again!

Yelp
Wow - what an amazing find! Bangbop opened in Tastemakers in the fall of 2020 and has been a fantastic addition! This family-run and Asian-owned business provides exceptional food at very reasonable prices. Their take on Korean-fusion mixes some great options - tacos, pizza, along with some of your more traditional Korean dishes. Portions are well-sized (even hungry, I had some leftovers from my $11 dish). They do delivery as well on Grubhub and other vendors. Definitely worth a visit and a place that we will add to our regular rotation!
google avatar

Derek G.

Yelp
Neighborhood spot with great Kpop food. Had dumplings, bibimbap and rice wrap - oh and the spicy chicken pizza too. Was pretty good - and super quick to get. Will try more stuff out from them in the future.

Donnie S.

Yelp
Everything I have tried have been great. Food and service is always great. Pricing is good and the food is made with LOVE!!! Fast turnaround time as well. Definitely recommended.

Yelp
I saw a post about bangbop on Next-door and wanted to help out a local family-run business! We were returning from a long drive and were absolutely starving, so we put in an online order. They are currently running a $11 off coupon (for first-time orders), which was an awesome deal. We ordered the Inferno bibimbap, the pork bao buns, pork kimbap, candied dried squid, and a small order of pickled veggies. Everything was soooo good, but my favorite by far were the bao buns. I would definitely order these again -- I think they were the best bao buns I've had in DC. Everything was super flavorful and fresh. A note -- if you check online and it says that Tastemakers is closed, this restaurant inside is open for takeout and delivery. Just give them a call if you're worried, but all orders can be made online for a quick pickup!

Yelp
Props to bangbop for opening during a pandemic AND offering quality food for relatively cheap! I ordered delivery, and did have to reheat the food when it got here (not the restaurant's fault), so I think everything may have been better non-microwaved. But keeping that in mind, I still think it's a 5-star spot. I tried "the future" bibimbap because I was intrigued by the impossible bulgogi (vegan mean substitute). The impossible bulgogi was great! It didn't taste exactly like meat, which I actually prefer - but it was very flavorful and complemented everything well. It's great to see impossible meat being used for more than just burgers now! While I normally love guac, I don't think it meshed that well with the other flavors, and I'd leave it out next time. I also got tofu bao buns - I didn't love the texture/dryness of the buns, but since I've heard others rave about them, I think this is my own problem.

Yelp
Love bangbop! So good to have tasty Korean food in brookland. Check out their bibimbap or one of the boxes.

Empress O.

Yelp
SOOO good! the flavors flaved. i got the bulgogi dumplings and the Rainbow Bibimbap Bowl. the bulgogi was so tender and soft. the sweet soy K-bbq sauce was delicious. The crunchiness of the veggies added a really nice texture and contrast to the seasoned brown rice and bulgogi. Ugh! delicious! the dumplings were good as well but for some reason they had a little bit of a frozen taste. Regardless, I'm definitely coming back here. *chefs kiss*
google avatar

Erin B.

Yelp
I decided to order a variety of things that piqued my interest: bulgogi cheesesteak + kimchi, veggie dumplings, and candied squid. Everything was so delicious. The cheesesteak came with "koritos"--they were so good that I don't know how I'll be able to go back to doritos. Veggie dumplings--solid. The bulgogi was so dang good. I ordered the candied squid mostly because I was curious about what that would taste like and it was awesome. Whatever expectation I may have had for that was exceeded! Anyway, highly recommend. I'll definitely be coming back because I need to try one of the pizzas and some bao buns!
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious food! Thank you for resolving our deliver issue! We will be returning soon.

Yelp
I'm vegetarian, and the cheesesteak and bao buns with Impossible meat meat are real real good.

Yelp
Pros: healthy, delicious and flavorful fast casual Korean food; quick and seamless pickup at Tastemakers; local team! Cons: price point. $12 for superfoods bowl but expected a bit more (and apparently missed their promo). I'm super petite and eat like a bird and typical fast casual works twice over for me, lunch and later snack. I ate this whole meal in one go! So... my recommendation is either price a little less, or offer a little more to be competitive with other brands.

Yelp
The food is deliciously consistent every time! So much flavor!! Each time I've ordered I've tried something new and have yet to be let down. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I got the galbi take out expecting a few ribs because that's what most places give you... NOT HERE. Half the bowl was short ribs, it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen

Yelp
Good Korean food that is hard to come by in much of DC. Highly recommend with large portions and fresh-tasting takeout. The bao buns and galbi were particularly good.

Yelp
It's inside another building :)) They currently only do take out but the food was good!
