"Set in the old Pantorium Building on SE Belmont, this Thai street food spot from Kat Thirakomen and David Fiske leans classic with a dash of American innovation and offers plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. The signature moo ping skewer—marinated and seared pork collar from local Lan-Roc Farms—anchors a small-plates menu made for beers-and-grazing nights. The you-won’t-find-this-anywhere-else pick is the larb mac salad: light and creamy yet deeply seasoned and fairly spicy, a side with the personality of a main. Don’t miss the satay toast—toasted milk bread strips with a decadent satay peanut sauce—basically a deconstructed peanut butter sandwich with a bit of spice that pairs well with the rest of the menu.
