What an amazing hospital. I'm an Australian and needed to consult a doctor. The service was amazing, right from entering the hospital. The service started with a young lady at the information counter, who took me across to the main reception area, where my information was taken immediately by a young gentleman. From there, I referred to the floor that I needed to go to. Was immediately met by a lovely young nurse who completed my information, got my problems emailed through to the department, and then taken for my vitals to be recorded. Once completed, I was waiting for a very short time to see a specialist doctor. The doctor was very professional and friendly. Further tests were done, and then I was referred to a second specialist doctor for a consult. I received all the information I needed to advise my doctor on return to Australia. Medication was dispensed and was advised by a very professional pharmacist. Account paid,I left with a feeling of complete satisfaction with the service provided by all staff. Just amazing...thank you Bangkok Hospital, and your amazing doctors, nurses, and staff.

I had the privilege of experiencing a truly caring and compassionate team throughout my time there at Bangkok Hospital. From the moment I arrived, Dr.Papakorn took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, providing clear explanations and ensuring I felt comfortable with every step of my care. The nurses of both Fertility Center and Ward 14D demonstrated not only professionalism and skill but also genuine kindness and patience, always checking in to see how I was feeling and addressing my needs with empathy. Even beyond the medical staff, the dedication extended to the housekeepers and support staff, who maintained a clean, comfortable environment while treating me with warmth and respect. Every interaction, no matter how small, reflected a sincere commitment to my well-being, making what could have been a difficult experience much more manageable and reassuring. I was admitted to Ward 10D on Monday and have been receiving excellent care. The doctors and nurses have been incredibly attentive and supportive throughout my stay. The nurses, in particular, are so patient and kind, always checking in to ensure I’m comfortable and okay. I have unknown health problems, after suffering for more than two years, I decided to visit the hospital specifically Dr. ANOTHAI SOONSAWAT. He is an exceptional physician who consistently demonstrates remarkable care and expertise, listened to my concerns, explained diagnoses clearly and provided a comprehensive treatment plan that addressed all aspects of my health. Now I not need go to see any doctor and my health back to me finally. Important also the place look private and very nice with professional medical team and great educated staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I am grateful for the exceptional support you provided during my time at your hospital.

This is one of the best hospitals that I have been to. They have best check ups that I have I have ever seen and they have a lot of translators to help you process procedure. It’s really well organized yourself. You can test for everything and the results comes out in a few hours. After that, you can see a general doctor and he transfers you to a specialist if needed. And they have specialist and all of the medical fields that we needed. The other most important thing the stuff are amazing and kind and helpful. Thank you to the staff and the doctors.

This hospital is one of the country's first private hospitals, opened in 1972. This hospital is also coming under BDMS (Bangkok Dusit Medical Service). It has a bed capacity of 488. This hospital reports a lot of foreign patients daily. It's having plenty of parking.

Bangkok Hospital is the best hospital I have ever been to in Thailand. The hospital is spacious, designed like a five-star hotel. There is a pianist who plays soothing music in the hospital premises. The service is excellent. The nursing staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and the doctors are professional and highly skilled. The Doctors team speaks perfect English. The nursing staff all speak English, some speak English at a good level, some speak at an average level, but they can all communicate and understand each other. My partner had surgery here and stayed for eight days. The surgery was successful, and he received the best care with nurses attending 24/7. The doctors visited every day. The chief surgeon took a few days off after the operation, but he called every day to check on him. The hospital rooms are very spacious, airy, and clean. We did not have to worry about anything. The hospital’s equipment is also very modern and advanced. Within the hospital grounds, there is Bangkok Plaza where you can go for food and shopping while taking care of a family member being treated at the hospital. Right next to the hospital is Thai Village, which has clean hotels at relatively good prices for the patient’s family or patients returning for follow-up. The hospital provides free electric vehicles to transport patients and their families to nearby hotels and free shuttles to the airport. The hospital also has areas serving Japanese and Arab patients. A small note during the recovery process: when eating, if the doctor advises on what to eat, you should ask carefully about the amount of food to consume and generally follow the hospital’s diet. If you want to eat outside, you need to inquire thoroughly to avoid affecting the recovery process. If you come here for treatment on a tourist visa, the hospital has a team that can assist in extending your visa if you need to stay longer. Finally, the cost: if you are wealthy, money is not an issue, but if you are not, you should have good health insurance, as health insurance will cover most of your hospital and treatment costs. We left the hospital with deep gratitude to the medical team here, especially a big thanks to Dr. Wutthi from the Cancer hospital who performed the main surgery for my partner. The doctor was dedicated, professional, and always smiling, which made us feel at ease. Once again, thank you, Bangkok Hospital.
