Google
Delicious Banh Mi sandwiches!!! Picked up the B2 and B3 and they were so tasty and flavorful and surprisingly big compared to other restaurants around town. Friendly service! Will definitely be coming back to try more meals!

Google
Good flavors. Great portions. Very affordable. I had the shrimp spring rolls and the chicken tenderloin bánh mì. They were both good and the food came quickly. Will go again.

Google
Value-wise, this place is a 10/10. The banh mi’s are big and packed with flavor: the meat is seasoned well and the pickled veggies are crisp. Definitely will be coming back.

Google
Delicious, authentic Vietnamese food at an affordable price! Amazing service with people who care about their customer's experience. I ordered the banh mi ga (chicken), com tam (broken rice), egg rolls, and banh xeo. The portions were large and well worth it! Ask for a small bowl of soup on the side to enjoy - their soups are incredible!

My husband, daughter, niece & I went here for lunch today and the food was delicious! I’ve never had bahn mi on French bread, and it was such a tasty combination. Everything was so fresh tasting! The server even made a custom combination dish for our picky toddler daughter. Our niece (whose spice tolerance is very high) was thrilled that they had a super spicy sauce to add to her sandwich (she fortunately listened to the server who said the sauce would be VERY spicy). We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Google
@banhmicafe_duluth Banh Mi Cafe - Duluth, GA I'm always on the hunt for the perfect Banh Mi, so when I saw that Duluth had a spot named Banh Mi Cafe with good ratings, I knew I had to check it out. The interior is a bit older, so don't expect anything fancy, but the lady taking my order was super kind, and everything tasted delicious. Their Banh Mi sandwiches are fresh with good flavor—definitely worth trying. I also couldn’t resist sampling their fresh rice spring rolls and the BUN GA XAO, which is stir-fried chicken on rice noodles with mixed green vegetables. There are *a lot* of vegetables, but they were all fresh and tasty. When you mix them with the chicken and noodles, it all makes sense why it’s set up this way. Have you ever had a Banh Mi? If not, what are you waiting for?! Find a spot, order yourself a few, and make sure to let me know how it goes! 😂 #RoliEats #BanhMiCafe #DuluthGA #VietnameseFood #Goodeats #BanhMi #FoodAdventure

Google
I literally forgot to take pictures of because of how good the food was. We got the spicy beef stew with noodles and it was the highlight of my day. That’s all you need to know..

Google
The food here is truly authentic and delicious. I tried Vietnamese crepes for the first time: perfectly crisp egg and vegetable shell with pork, shrimp, bean sprouts and onions inside. I didn’t want something as rich as pho and this was a perfect choice. The shrimp spring rolls were also fantastic. Highly recommended- next time I’ll review the pho.

Yelp
Fantastic!! We were so pleasantly surprised and can't wait to go back. Everything we ate was delicious and well prepared. We couldn't stop thinking that it was just a little bit of home for us. ( we desperately miss good pho from San Diego, but this could definitely compete with San Diego Pho) Yummy Boba Thai Teas to drink; they even make sure to include all the extras you can put into your pho bowls. ** FYI, the small bowls are huge so don't get a bigger one unless your really hungry or want leftovers to take home Prices were great and very reasonable for the quality of food. The staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions, but really anything their chef makes is good. ** our only suggestion is to brighten up the inside a bit, the lighting was very little even for the day time and we were a little uncomfortable/ unsure if they were even open

Yelp
Every time I go here, the experience gets worse. It's never busy regardless of when I go, and that should be a perk... but I still end up just standing at the counter for upwards of 5-7 minutes. Today was it for me. All I got was spring rolls, which I recall liking. Well, I guess the bad attitude the worker had got wrapped up in them because I literally just gagged after taking 4 bites. Also had a little extra protein in the form of a dead bug in the fish sauce. Small interior and there were dirty plates on the table near the door and food on the chairs. If the food and experience were better, it'd be easier to overlook some of that but it's just gross. This was a convenient option when I popped into the bakery next door but probably best to drive to another of the many other options in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
Aside from the delicious spring rolls, I'm giving this spot a 3 star review since the owner decided it was a good idea to berate her employee in front of a bunch of waiting customers. My guy was holding down the fort by himself. Running tables, preparing to-go orders, & doing cashier work. For the owner to come after him, it was not okay.
google avatar

Sumedha M.

Yelp
My favorite Banh Mi place in Atlanta. The portions are super filling and the price is hard to beat. We got the pork, chicken, and tofu banh mi. All of them were amazing, especially the pork and tofu. This place also has a lot of vegetarian/vegan options. The service is great as well -- everyone is super nice. The place itself is really cozy and welcoming. I've been coming here for years and it's always amazing.
google avatar

Yiying C.

Yelp
Food was disgusting. The rice noodles were all broken. Used the wrong sauce for marination. I only took one bite.
google avatar

Mari T.

Yelp
The sandwich I bought was delicious! I ordered Teriyaki chicken long sandwich because everything else was sold out during the time I stopped by. It was my first time visiting there. The atmosphere was chill. The cashier was nice and professional. This location is located in one of the Asian plazas with other selections in the area. The parking is large so you won't have trouble finding parking spots. I do wanna try their other food on the menu next time. Visit there earlier.

Yelp
Came back to this local gem after not having been since 2017 and glad to see them still doing well after the pandemic. Came with the idea to get pho but ended up getting a BBQ pork banh mi and shrimp and pork spring roll as well. The food was delicious and the customer service was friendly. The drink was served in cans and wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable and parking was relatively easy. The only downside to the restaurant is the cleanliness which seemed a little lacking but not terribly so. 3.8 stars rounded up make this a bonafide 4 stars in my book.
google avatar

Yelp
Bbq pork banh mi and avocado smoothie are amazing!!! The bread is delicious and pork flavorful... avocado smoothie reminds me of what I grew up drinking at home.
google avatar

Meina M.

Yelp
One of the good ones!!! Yes banh mi can be found everywhere but the question is..is it good? In the corner of a busy plaza. It was definitely warm inside. You buy 5 get 1 free! Menu is small and not overwhelming. They also have croissant sandwiches too and a few other options and drinks. So the focus is sandwiches! Definitely tasted great. The pate and egg butter! The guy at the counter was quick and the wait time wasn't long either.

Yelp
I was craving pho on this cold day and found this place. I order for pick up and they told me it'll be ready in 15 mins. I got the shrimp spring roll, combination pho and shrimp and pork vermicelli. Everything was packed tightly and ready to go when I arrived. The place is located at the end of a strip with plenty of parking out front. I unpacked immediately when I got home and devoured the spring roll before snapping a photo. The roll was fresh, the only comment is that it can be wrapped a bit tighter. It came with the standard plum sauce with peanuts in it. I was able to share the pho (XL size), but there were only 2 slices of jalapeño and the onion was also cut inconsistently. The broth's flavor was decent and it satisfied my craving for pho. The vermicelli potion was small, had 3 pieces of shrimp and pork. The flavor of the meats were good. Overall, not bad for the price and quick service. I might come back to try their other menu items.

Linda S.

Yelp
Order beef noodles, and soup was only warm, not hot. The few pieces of beef in the bowl seemed raw.

Catrina M.

Yelp
Made a quick stop on our road trip home. Worst banh mi I have ever eaten. We got there around 11am, there was 1 person eating so it's not like it was busy. The thit nuong was cold. The bread wasn't even warmed or toasted. Hardly any pate in the dac biet. The only bonus is that they gave us a lot of toppings (pickled carrots, jalapeños, cucumbers, and cilantro).

Yelp
Best Bahn Mi in Georgia. Their Garlic Sausage Bahn Mi is perfect. Veggies, Sauce, Meat and bread are all excellent and work together perfectly. Service is always great and dining area is clean. Buy 5 get a 6th free.

Yelp
I haven't been here since Covid. I was the only customer at 4PM on a Friday. I got the #2 bbq pork and avocado banh mi to go. I only had to wait a few mins. The bbq pork was pretty good. I really enjoyed the avocado banh mi. Their prices have gone up like a lot of other places to keep up with the cost of living. They're now $5 each instead of $3.
google avatar

Yelp
I was so happy to find a great Bahn Mi and Vietnamese restaurant of this quality! I ate in, but also ordered extra to take home. Everything was great! I had a Bahn Mi Thit Noung and spring rolls. Both were some of the best that I have had in the U.S.
google avatar

Yelp
Our favorite Bahn Mi stop in Georgia. We've been going here the past 2 years ~ the food is VERY affordable, in large quantity, & yet never fails in quality. Things you should know: I. LOCATION On the end of a small plaza off off Satellite Blvd. There's a free private parking lot out front. II. SERVICE No complaints ~ the food always comes out relatively quick III. QUALITY Consistent ~ the bread they use here is amazing. I'd say the peanut sauce for the spring rolls is one of our favorites too (these little details can be hit or miss for us). IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of available seating for a Sunday at noon.
google avatar

Jennifer P.

Yelp
I've been a regular here for about 10 years. Today I came to eat here by myself for lunch and half the restaurant was also eating by themselves... so we were having lunch by ourselves ..together if that makes sense. And it was not awkward at all. That's the kind of place that this is. You sit yourself, they'll bring you water if you ask for it or if they feel like it, after you finish eating you gotta go up to the register and pay. The parking is very limited and limited sight so be careful coming in and out. I got the bun rheu today but wasn't impressed. So why 5 stars? because of all the years I've been here for banh mi dac biet. That's their specialty and they never mess up. I can't recommend it enough to family and friends. The sandwich is still good after 3 days btw! Just heat it up in the stove without the veggies

Yelp
little hold in the wall joint in Duluth with some awesome pho & Banh mi.. I usually get a smaller pho AND the banh mi because... why not? The food comes out quick & the staff have always been friendly when I've initiated conversations & jokes with them. Highly recommend this spot. Seating/Space is somewhat limited but I haven't had any trouble with that yet.

Yelp
Located at the edge of a strip mall, this is a very family run cafe that's popular for mass catering orders. Purely food based review: Combination Banh Mi - Pretty standard, I really like their soft baguettes and large sizes. Needs more pate. Pork BBQ Banh Mi - Same as above but with large chunks of bbq pork. Kinda wish there wasn't too much jalapenos. Shrimp Spring Rolls - Didn't like it, too dry and kinda flavorless even with sauce. Medium Combo Pho - Tastes very homemade, there's large chunks of onion and cooked meats. Definitely not served like other places that have more rare cuts of beef that's more tender that I'd prefer.
google avatar

Jen L.

Yelp
We ordered a large pho and bbq pork banh mi from here. For around $15, it was a pretty good deal! The pho's soup was comforting and warm and the bbq was plentiful. Also probably the most meat I've had in a pho. Super tender and super fresh. The real star- however- was the baguette. Super warm on the inside and crunchy on the outside (but not too hard to be roof of the mouth shattering) with just enough mayo for it to be slightly savory. Maybe a little too much jalapenos for me but those are easy to take out!

Jon A.

Yelp
Showed up and they were closed made the trip for nothing. They're supposed to close at seven but it's 5 o'clock
google avatar

Cindy L.

Yelp
If you are looking for a delicious banh mi that will not hurt your wallet, then this is your spot. For only $5, you can enjoy a sandwich made with fluffy baguette stuffed with fresh pickled vegetables, plenty of whatever protein of your choice. I would skip out on their other menu items though, their mini spring rolls did not look appetizing and it tasted just okay. Their bun bo hue was lacking in flavor and aromatics. Service was good too.

Yelp
Probably one of the very few mom 'n pop, cheap Asian comfort food, hole-in-the-wall restaurants left in the Duluth area. Banh Mi Cafe has everything that you could ask for and need from a Vietnamese cafe: pho, egg rolls, banh mi, smoothies, and more. Pho sizes come in small ($6.50), large, ($7.50) and xlarge ($8.50) with extra meat being $1-2 more. Banh mi's range from $3.25 to $4.00. They have a relatively small menu compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to, however in my opinion that just means that believe in the few food items they have! Parking can be a bit of a slight challenge since Banh Mi Cafe sits on top of a hill (or the bottom of it depending on which way you're coming from) of a small plaza. There are a handful of places to park, but just make sure you're navigating carefully when you're in the plaza. My mom and I went on a Friday day to make a to go order. There were two ladies working that day and we were able to arrive and leave within 15 minutes tops. The only concerning thing I will say is I don't think I remember seeing the workers wearing masks, which is a bit questionable especially during times like these. All in all, I'll most likely be back for my pho and banh mi fix at Banh Mi Cafe sometime in the later future.
google avatar

Taying L.

Yelp
My first time coming here and ordered take out. It's a very small place. The service was quick. I waited like 10-15 mins for 4 sandwiches! The bbq pork is always my favorite! It was so delicious a asss ms fulfilling! And only for 4.99! Im definitely coming back. Bathroom was clean.
google avatar

Mhailene M.

Yelp
I was in the area and craving a bang mi! I'm glad I got to come here and try them out. The sandwiches are so much bigger than I had expected!! There's a ton of banh mi to choose from and they also have appetizers like egg rolls and also pho available. The restaurant is easy to find with little parking spots. It's a little dim lit inside but don't be afraid to come try this place out I got a a bbq and a mixed meat banh mi. They were both delicious and filled with ingredients inside. The pricing is about $4 a sandwich and you get a good amount of food for one. I hope to come back and try more of their items Service was fine and my food was prepared very quickly.

Yelp
Place is small and unassuming located at far corner of a small shopping strip. The staff seemed very busy when I went in and not really available for suggestions but noth necessarily rude. One of the older attendants though was pretty nice. I order their dish with Tenderloin, Pork, Shrimp and a fried egg. My dad got that dish and felt it was just ok. My niece and I did the Banh Mi's and though they were pretty standard, they still hit the spot. The shrimp banh mi had very little feeling and the tenderloin was a little salty but even with all that, I didn't mind it too much. The price for the sandwiches as well was pretty neat. Despite my complaints, I would still give it another go.
google avatar

Kenny R.

Yelp
I wish we had a spot like this near me in Charlotte. Great quality bread and ingredients for a very fair price. I'm glad I bought 2 for myself as the second was perfect(although a little messy) for the drive back home. The combination had all the things I wanted. Overload on the pickled carrots on top. I liked the carrots, but I'm used to a little more pickle and crunch. Anyhow, all the meats were great! I also got the BBQ pork and it was as advertised, bbq pork. Not something I would order again until trying a lot of others first, but no complaints. There is another spot I normally go to about 4 or 5 miles south, but they said they had no sandwiches for me at 3pm on a Sunday. I'm not quite sure what was going on there, but I'm glad they did!
google avatar

Kousee L.

Yelp
For the area, it's pretty damn good! IMO, 2ND Best Banh Mi in Duluth. Best would be: Khanh Sandwhich BUT they're NEVER OPEN!!! T___T this spot is barely open, make sure to check the hours before you make the drive. The bread is always consistently crispy and the portion is pretty large. takes me a little while to finish one. Also, i love how theres so many options for every mood.. even tho i always get the *B1* Combo Cold Cuts ($3.50) - LOL.. They do have the *BUY 5 GET 1 FREE* special! I usually order togo, i always get the veggies on the side so the bread doesnt get soggy and for folks to distribute their veggies according to how they like it. Honestly for me though, i like salty food and when i got it yesterday the sandwich needed a spritz of that savory umami sauce, but without it was still much better than it's competitors. SERVICE: has gotten much better, i feel like it really depends on who is the one working that day, if it's a guy, the 2 guys working there are a pleasure! Very nice people. Overall... still my togo spot for banh mi close to my house!

Cindy S.

Yelp
I'm not sure how this place got so many good reviews. It's probably the worst banh mi I ever had.
google avatar

Andrea M.

Yelp
Wow. Such a terrible attitude from the staff leaving me with a terrible taste. It's not even bad, it's terrible! It's unfortunate for you that I understand the language that you're bad mouthing me in as I am leaving. So what if I'm only ordering a banh mi? I am a paying customer... Your attitude, look, and demeanor is the worst of the worst. You actually made me feel bad. That's not right when I am paying and not asking for free food. Yeah some Asian places aren't known for good service, but this experience was down right I don't care with hateful eye stares. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE. I choose to come here bc of past experiences with a very nice gentleman. It may seem that things have gone downhill. There are other places more convenient with the same foods. If I could, I'd give you negative stars. Goodbye and never again.
google avatar

Robin M.

Yelp
Located off of Satellite in Duluth in a strip mall, you wouldn't expect much walking into this place, but these guys make some great banh mi! Super quick and absurdly affordable.....I'd even go so far as to say dirt cheap. I usually treat my people at work to them because I can get like 11 or so for around $50. I'm partial to the avocado banh mi and most of my staff loves the bbq pork. The bread is super crusty and it's the kind of sandwich that nothing else will do until you get your hands on one! Mark my words, you'll be hooked.
google avatar

Jackie O.

Yelp
We stopped here for lunch between soccer games. The service was excellent and it was a hit for the whole family. My youngest started out with A1 Cha Gio (shrimp and pork egg rolls), my boys split N7 Pho Tom Ga (shrimp and chicken noodle soup), my husband ordered B2 Bahn Mi Thit Nuong (grilled bbq pork sandwich), and I ordered B14 Bahn Mi Bo Tai (steak w/ onions w/ hoisin and siracha sandwich). Everything was so delicious. We don't live in the area, but anytime we're around we will be back!
google avatar

Kaung S.

Yelp
Great little hole in the wall type place with delicious food. I had one of my usuals, BBQ pork with broken rice (C4 on their menu) and I loved it. The meat was very well cooked. The rest of my table was also pleased with their vermicelli and pho orders. I also tried the Thai Tea flavor shake, and it was good. I wish they had durian, but the lady working there explained it was expensive so they don't always have it. The poor staff, since it looked like a 3 person show, there were very long wait times to order and pay once you're done. Hopefully that improves over time.
google avatar

N M.

Yelp
Sandwiches was good we tried grilled pork and the sausage bahn mi. Great prices Pho was tasty.
google avatar

Morgan M.

Yelp
Great place in the area for bahn mi's, all of them are around $4 so they're very well priced and good quality. The Thai tea is $4 as well and it's very yummyyyy, highly recommend the Thai tea!!
google avatar

Siang Yen F.

Yelp
I went there one morning after my dentist appointment, all I could have was soup based item. I ordered the bun rieu but I was told that the cook stepped away. I was not in the rush so I told the girl at the register that I was willing to wait. She was very friendly although she was busy picking up phone, seem like taking takeout orders. She served me my coffee right away and offered me again if I would like to order something else that she could make for me. I told her I was fine waiting. The food came out, it was not what I expected but the service was really good. I still will go back to try other dishes next time. Thank you.

Amber G.

Yelp
Every banh mi is incredible-- fresh ingredients, delicious house mayo and sauce, refreshing pickled daikon and carrot. The fried egg rolls are flavorful and fried to perfection. The spring rolls are awesome. You can't go wrong. The staff is so friendly and the prices are great!!
google avatar

Dominic T.

Yelp
This is my go-to place for Pho and Vermicelli bowls. Fast, fresh and clean. No frills but friendly owners. Large portions, flavorful and delicious. Excellent service. They have a great selection of dishes; something different for everyone in the family. I compare every Vietnamese place to this one as the gold standard. Not to be missed.
google avatar

Marsie C.

Yelp
Literally the best Banh Mi! Excellent food, great service and amazing prices. This is my favorite place for BBQ pork and I have their number saved as "Best food ever" in my phone. Their honeydew (melon?) smoothie is also yummy!
google avatar

Jeanne C.

Yelp
Honestly the best banh mi place I've ever been to in duluth! Ive been to multiple banh mi places and this is just the best. I always get the b2 in the banh mi sandwich. ( banh mi + deliciously flavored BBQ pork) Without me even realizing I came here like twice a week for my lunch break. Was kind of addicted. The guy who works there .. ( I think owner ) he even remembered my order hahhaha. They also have a special where if you buy 5 banh mi you get the 6th one free ! Im not sure if they still do this. I also tried their pho once and was not bad !
google avatar

Julie P.

Yelp
We were driving through Atlanta when we got hungry and decided to try out this cafe for banh mi. As a Vietnamese person I've had a lot of different banh mi in my life and I must say the banh mi here was one of the best I've had. I had to immediately jump on Yelp and give them a well deserved good review. Tbh I don't think I've ever typed a review so fast in my life. I got the banh mi special (dac biet) and my boyfriend got the "thit nuong" and both were great. I liked the "dac biet" the most. It was so buttery and savory and the pate inside was amazing. Service was also incredibly fast. I went to the bathroom really quick and came back and both sandwiches were ready to go. A must try if passing through this area :)

Imani F.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! Was a little hot in there though. Service was great. Ambiance was okay. I'll deff return for lunch again
google avatar

Nancy N.

Yelp
What a delicious hole in the wall. They've been here since 2011 and specialize in the Vietnamese Banh Mi (hoagie). It's a cozy family run business. They have many different combinations and can accommodate you preference- mine is no peppers and extra veggies! I ordered the eggrolls, two Banh Mi, and a drink. The banana Thai tea is unique to this place and is a must try- if you like bananas. Staff is very personable and friendly. I'll be back when I'm on this side of town.
google avatar

Steve V.

Yelp
I came here on a weeknight and it was pretty empty. I was getting my order to go anyways so the atmosphere was not important to me. They have a deal where if you buy 5 sandwiches, you get 1 free. This is what I did and the sandwiches came out fast. I got the traditional meat sandwich. The bun was not warm, which was a great start. It had a good crunch to it. The veggies and pickled sides were good, but there was too much pate. This made the bun soggy quicker and was just too much ratio for me, overtaking the main flavor of the sandwich. It was also a bit greasy and I was not a fan of the mayo used. There are better banh mi places in the area.
google avatar

Joanne T.

Yelp
First off, the servers are fantastic. I've been here a few times and try something new every time. They are so cheerful and friendly. One server even remembers me 4 months later. The ladies cooking and making the banh mi remind me of my aunts. They are nice, but direct. Now the food... I have to say they have the best banh mi around. The bread is soft, but crunchy on the outside. They don't skimp on the meat. The garlic aoli and pickled carrots/daikon are flavorful. AND they are buy 5, get 1. The pho is pretty good. I got the special for $6.00. The broth is pretty good and they give you lots of noodles. I wish they gave more meat, but the tendon was deliciouss. I wish the onions were a little cooked. I'm not a fan of raw onions in pho. My most recent time visiting, I got the Bun Bo Hue. It didn't taste like the one I tried in San Francisco. This broth had a strong lemongrass taste and was a medium spice. I was expecting it to be more spicy. I liked it, but I wouldn't get it again.
google avatar

Rachel H.

Yelp
Really good banh mi! It was a nice surprise because my expectations of banh mis are not very high in Duluth. We placed a takeout order around 10:30 am and the food was ready within 5 minutes. We ordered the combination and bbq pork banh mi and the shrimp and pork spring rolls. The bread was perfect - light, crispy and fresh. There is a generous amount of meat and the springs rolls were made fresh that morning. The owner is also extremely friendly and nice. Now I know where to get my banh mi fix in Duluth.
google avatar

Su L.

Yelp
Avocado rolls were wonderful ! The restaurant is rather dimly lit but clean. The staff are efficient. We had the pho. The broth was rather bland (I'm spoiled by the broth at NamPhuong) but the portions were generous. Next time we will try the sandwiches. The look wonderful

Yelp
Main point: I do not recommend this place because I got a stomach virus from eating their rice bowl and banh mi. They weren't even good and I had to throw it away. Place is not clean. Full details I wasn't planning on writing this review at all and I'll tell you why. I was in the area and one of my friends suggested me this place. According to her, their banh mi are really good so I wanted to try it out. As soon as I walked in it was almost empty. There was a gentleman sitting by himself eating. I quickly realized there was only one staff member working that day. It was my first (and last unfortunately) time there so I don't know if it was maybe a bad day and she was short on staff or I don't know but she was taking orders and making the food in the kitchen. As I waited for my food I was looking around and the place wasn't clean and the kitchen didn't seem clean at all from afar. I was worried but I saw the lady working by herself so I felt bad and I decided to give her a chance. I ordered a rice bowl with shrimp, steak and pork and omg I'm sorry but it was really bad. Very greasy, steak was hard and the veggies were soaked in a weird sauce or liquid because it wasn't a sauce. I also ordered the pork banh mi and both were really bad. I didn't even finish it. The food was just not it. The reason why h wasn't going to write a review it was bc I felt bad for the lady working by herself. It's not easy. The reason why I decided to write a review is because I caught a stomach virus and I just rather share my experience with someone that way no one else gets a stomach virus. Hopefully I caught her on a bad day but please be careful. If your food doesn't look right or it tastes weird just don't even return it, just throw it out.

Yelp
Stopped here because i was hungry and it was close and vietnamese food. Prices are whatever. Its dirty and dark inside, which is common for vietnamese places . Usually we put up with it when the food is actually good... both our dishes were oily. Flavored completely odd/wrong.... and very NON TRADITIONAL tasting... it barely looked like what it was supposed to look like. What was supposed to be cruncy, was soggy. Dishes that never call for mushrooms, had mushroom in it.... they even used fake pork... pork is cheap, whats the need ??? The meat was overly flavored. I am assuming the only people who go here are people who ARE NOT vietnamese... and sadly probably dont know what its supposed to taste like. This is what i get for taking a chance..

Yelp
New old banh mi / Vietnamese place for us. The sandwiches we're better than Quoc Huong and Huy. Bread on par and the meat tasted great. Lighter and not as salty as others. Also tried the Pho which had flavorful broth where you can taste the spice mix. They've been around for 7 years and a hidden gem. Forgot to mention, make sure to try one of the smoothies. I ordered the banana Thai tea smoothie and it was delicious. Wife had the avocado smoothie which had rich milk flavor but the avocado was lighter and understandable since it's a crap shoot depending on the avocado itself but tasted fresh.
