Just my Take on the Bun Bo Hue.
Alright, so I recently hit up Banh Mi Che Cali Bakery & Restaurant #6068, and I wanted to share my thoughts, especially since I tried their Bun Bo Hue.
First off, the Bun Bo Hue cost me $10. The broth tasted really good – savory and flavorful. Honestly, I enjoyed the soup a lot. The only thing was, it was missing a few of the typical ingredients I usually find in Bun Bo Hue. I'm talking about the pork blood cubes, pig's feet, and pork balls. I know, not everyone's cup of tea, but I personally like those additions.
Even with those items missing, I still thought the soup was delicious, and for just $10, I felt like I got good value. It's a solid option if you're looking for a tasty and affordable noodle soup.
Beyond the Bun Bo Hue, the restaurant itself was pretty nice. It's spacious and clean, which is always a plus. They're also really well-known for their banh mi, and they have this great deal where you can buy 2 and get 1 free. Plus, they have a bunch of other Vietnamese treats and dishes that looked really tempting. I'm definitely planning on trying some of those out next time.
Overall, if you're looking for good food at a reasonable price, especially if you're trying to be budget-conscious, Banh Mi Che Cali #6068 seems like a solid spot. They offer good value for what you pay.
