They don't know how to get orders correct. I asked for 3 sandwiches and got 2. The first and the last time. Plus, their kitchen is dirty and gross. They need to start cleaning.

I would sue this place if I could. First of all, there are flies everywhere, flying around the food! It's disgusting! I told the cashier up front that there were flies on the food they're serving to customers, and she couldn't care less. Second, she completely messed up my order by adding fish, even though I never said I wanted it. I never like fish and its smell so I couldn't eat it, but instead of fixing the order, she just kept removing the fish. Such a disrespectful and ignorant attitude! I used to eat here every day, but now the whole place disgusts me. Avoid this place at all costs!

We are not Vietnamese, so this review does not comment on the authenticity of the food; it focuses on the flavor - it was DELICIOUS! We came around 1pm on a Sunday, and there was a small line placing orders at the counter. We got #24 noodle soup, beef cubes (entree), and a beef stew (with noodle). For appetizer, we got a few meat pies. The meat pie was flaky and flavorful! I liked mine with a little hot sauce (chili sauce from the sauce tray). The entrees are full of flavors! My favorite is the beef stew with noodle. The broth was thick with many pieces of beef and carrots. The carrots were sweet and mushy. I personally like it mushy, so it was perfect! The #24 noodle soup came in a red broth. Not spicy (maybe 2/10 spice level). There was a mixture of meat, including brisket, meat balls, tendon, pork sausages, etc. on a chilly day, it was a perfect meal! The beef cubes were on the lighter side of flavor. I really enjoyed dipping the white rice into the beef stew and eating them together. Three entrees plus three meat pies came to be around $45. Economical and delicious food!

Very rude cashier. She kept snickering at me and making comments to other employee while she was taking my order. I ordered a side of rice and two Thai teas and when I received my order it was not correct. When I brought it to her attention she threw a side of white rice on the counter near me and proceeded to grab it with her dirty hands expecting me to take it. She kept arguing with me about what I ordered even though me and my companion used Google translator. We were not the only ones she was rude to. Other patrions were complaining about how rude she was as well. As for the food only the baguette was good the rest of ours meas was horrible like the rest of our experience there. Soup was nothing but mushy huge chunks overcooked potatoes and carrots.

Got lunch on Monday 2/03/25. Quality is average but customer service unacceptable. The chubby older cashier/server got nasty when I ask about what's a certain item is made with. Then tried to push the vegan items that weren't selling.

Okay coming from the west side of LA this spot is a gem. I can’t find a banh mi on the west side for less than 12 dollars a pop and not only are they 5 bucks here but if I buy two I get one free? Sign me up. I walked in here and ended up ordering 2 bubble teas, 3 banh mi, 3 pate chaud, 2 egg rolls, a combo plate with 3 types of meat dishes and a veggie, AND a glutinous rice thing filled with meat and what have you. It came out to like…32 bucks? I had to ask if they missed something. GOLD MINE. I’ve already been back and hot damn it was just as good.

Im finally giving this place a terrible review. This place will always screw me over on the veggies that go in my banh mi sandwiches. Never coming here again. There are PLENTY of other banh mi places. Don’t waste your money here.

at this location, you must be very lucky to find all you need. the service is quick and accurate. i come here because of convenient parking. the ladies are friendly and many times make jokes when the line is not too long. deserts are stored in the fridge … i would prefer the fresh ones.
