"From the tender baguette to the juicy BBQ pork, the #5 bánh mì from Banh Mi & Che Cali in Rosemead is the total package. An extra thick slab of pork is charred along the edges and chopped, then tucked in a fresh-from-the oven french loaf is smothered in mayo, vegetables, and herbs. All together, you get a bánh mì experience with a good balance of crunchy and soft textures that makes a solid case for sandwiches as one of life's simplest pleasures. And if you take advantage of the “buy two get one free” deal, you can have a couple for lunch and save the third for dinner (or, you know, just have the third for second lunch). Google
The best cheap eat in the entire LA county. I lowkey don't want to share cuz they might hike up the price, but honestly, $11 for a bowl of Chicken Curry or Bún Riêu is an insane deal. I highly recommend! Food was very decent despite the price!

Google
Good viet food, not the best. Affordable compared to many other viet restaurants. Service has been good to me but I also can speak to them in viet. My low rating for atmosphere has to do with how the crowds line up and don't socially distance. I got sick here from a woman who was all up in my air space, kept talking over my shoulder in line while she audibly sounded hoarse and sick. Tested myself days later and was positive for covid. Ugh, glad I'm vaxxed. Anyway, fast and cheap viet food. Would still return but with a mask because of those inconsiderate customers.

Used to like coming here but the quality of service and also the prices of their items has went way up compare to before. I hope they improve later down the road I can update this review for future reference.

Google
Prices here are a bit higher than the or locations in westminster/garden grove. I picked up beef stew/bo kho with baguettes for $9 and a passion fruit drink for $3. The beef stew was actually really tasty and somewhat worth the price tag. The passion fruit drink was also pretty good and definitely worth the $3. I definitely recommend coming here for an affordable meal for lunch.

Google
Large location with ample parking and lots of interior seating. The menu was diverse and they were open on Christmas and New Years Day. Staff was helpful with our catering order. Place looked clean and organized. The fried noodles were tasty and the egg rolls were great. They leftover egg rolls heated up nicely and were crisp the next day. Prices were good as well. We will be back again.

Google
Boy great but good Vietnamese noodle for cheap. Can't find regular size Vietnamese noodle for $9 nowadays and taste good. On special days if each week, you get it for $8.50

Google
Start with parking. Very limited. Just hope someone's leaving as u arrive, but no picky spot if u roll in a fancy car. Got all the typical Vietnamese snacks, basic soups, dishes, bread/ rolls, desserts, and drinks. Prices seem reasonable. Staff was not so friendly and pushy. My mom wanted some rice noodle roll freshly prepared, and cashier kept pushing the ones sitting on counter in front of her. Didn't come here for cold noodles.

Yelp
I had a generally good experience at Banh Mi Cali with their Buy 2 Get 1 Free ham and meatloaf banh mi deal. The meat portions were incredibly generous, and the bread was simply fantastic--perfectly buttery and fresh. However, my girlfriend and I agreed that they should include more vegetables to balance it out more. Also tried their pate chaud, both the pork and the chicken varieties. The pork was my favorite, but both were delightfully flaky and buttery. The Vietnamese iced coffee was very strong, so be prepared for a serious wake-up call! ;-) I also enjoyed the pennywort drink--it was refreshing and balanced. The restaurant was overall pretty clean, though the bathroom could use a bit more attention. My girlfriend noticed the server was cleaning and then serving at the same time. (Hopefully they practice good handwashing) Still, the food and drinks make this place a must-visit! Definitely better than my regular banh mi spot.

Yelp
They changed their deals to squeeze out more money from people. The food itself is so cheap to make even if you go to any store get the ingredients so this is just another example of money gouging people. SUCKS!

Yelp
Quite a lot of people at 8:15am on a Sunday. This is the biggest Banh Mi Che Restaurant I've been to which were in Westminster. Tasty Banh Mi Sandwiches. Got the #21. All the sandwiches are BUY 2 GET 1 FREE. There isn't much vegetables in the sandwich. I felt there should be more cilantro and I think there used to be cucumbers and more jalapeños. We also bought the Chicken Meat Pies and the Pork Meat Pies. It was so good. The pastry is super flaky and I loved it. The meat isn't minced. It's a solid sliced sausage that they put in the pie. There are tables where you can sit. All are 2 seats per table. They have other food items also. There was plenty of parking when I went but most of the other businesses weren't opened at that time though. They have Vietnamese coffee and Pennyworth drink, which we got.

Talia G.

Yelp
Baguette tasted fresh but the meat to veggie ratio could have been a little more balanced. The Vietnamese coffee though was really good and was served with crushed ice which was nice. The dining area is light and airy and it seems like a pretty popular spot. Service was friendly and quick. Nice spot for lunch or takeout!

Jackson L.

Yelp
They're open again, but they're operating at 1/10th the speeds they used to operate. Maybe new hands. For the banh mi sandwiches, the line of 4 people took 15 minutes, and it took them 32 minutes to make my order. Their health rating also went from "shut this place down" to a B. I might go to the other BMC from now on. Hopefully that one reopened as well.

Amy L.

Yelp
This is my go to fast food Vietnamese joint. It's great because they have sales for some of the items depending on the day of the week. My all time favorite is the banh cuon which original price is $7.50 but on Mondays it is $4.50. I also get their banh mi but I will say that their bread ratio is greater than their meat ratio. Either way though, it fills the stomach for the most bang for your buck with buy two get one free $6 each. They also have such a great selection of desserts and other Vietnamese food. This location has a dine in option whereas the other locations are a bit smaller with on to go options. Overall love this place and will always come here as a staple for some fast viet food. Plenty of parking and there are also party tray options!

Ann C.

Yelp
Lots of food choices at this location. They bake all the bread at this location. whenever we're in the area, we come to this location. Baguette sandwiches are buy 2 get 1 free. certain boba are buy 1 get 1 free. There is a small parking lot for parking. Lots of seating inside if you want to eat in. Whenever we're in the area, we make sure to stop in.

John H.

Yelp
This is the last straw. I'm not coming back here unless I am desperate for food. As a customer who used to come here often for more than a decade, its clear to me that they don't care about the quality of food or service anymore. On previous visits, the manager is an extremely toxic guy. And the person working the register is very rude. Additionally, their service is extremely slow, regardless of what time of the day you come or how many customers are there. But today, after buying their Buy 2 Get 1 free banh mi's, I am no longer buying food here nor supporting the business. They've downsized their banh mi's to the point where they're literally scamming you. Theres hardly any filling and they don't give you much pickles anymore. I see your business struggling at multiple locations and I think its well-deserved.

Lala M.

Yelp
I been going here for years I love the food but I had to to watch the owner yell at his workers for leaving the door open it in front of everyone

Phan L.

Yelp
Wow the banh mi is going downhill at this location. There is NO cucumbers, NO cilantro, NO soy sauce. This is such a disappointment. No more.

Yan W.

Yelp
There are many BMC (Banh Mi Che Cali) in SoCal and their Vietnamese food are generally cheap but the quality is typically 3 stars mediocre. However, the one in Rosemead (on Garvey) is the best BMC in San Gabriel Valley compare to other BMC. (I will give 3.5-4 stars because we found some dishes taste better than we expected) We tried their food for to go a few times and the pho Dac biet (special pho) and the Goi Cuon (Vietnamese spring rolls) taste like you dine at some nice Vietnamese restaurants. We first poured all our pho noodles and beef meat and their hot soup into our big bowl first. Then we heat it up and lastly we put the rare steak meat and other ingredients into our hot soup. The soup and pho quality were not bad. I also like their Banh Beo (steamed rice cakes) were also not bad and it also came with coconut sauce besides of the traditional fish sauce. We also tried their Banh Mi (bread) before and they were huge and taste not bad too. Their dessert are so so though. We got 2 pho orders, 2 goi cuon, 1 Banh beo, and 1 dessert for about $40 something. So dang cheap!

Yelp
I made a stop this location trying to get some snacks, maybe some sweets for my kids last Sunday afternoon (9/24/23). The cashier is just not friendly at all the whole time. I even said "thank you" when she handed me the receipt and she would not even make eye contact with me let alone says "thank you" to a customer when he pays or "you are welcome" when he thanks you. The food here used to be cheap and that's only reason I used to patron this place. Now it's $5.50 for 2 small size milk tea with ice filled all the way to the top, $3 for a soggy pandan waffle and $3 for 4 ice cold sesame balls. It's just too expensive for bad food. Shame on me if I ever visit this place again.

Khine W.

Yelp
Wednesday beef noodle soup was very hearty and abundant. Congee seems not as thick as before. Also noticed fewer ingredients. Time has changed.

Andrea S.

Yelp
I've been going to banh mi che cali since i was young. I used to always get their boba milk tea, but now I like their banh mis and their meat pies. The baked pandan bread is good as well.

Yelp
Banh Mi Che Cali is located on a corner with both plaza parking and street parking available. Since we were in the general, area, my husband decided to stop by here after we saw this place. We came by on a Saturday around 5:15 pm. It wasn't too busy but there was a line of about 5 people deep. After looking over the menu, we ended up ordering the following to go: #25 BBQ Pork, $5 prior to tax- My husband ordered two of these, one for him and one for my mom. My husband liked his sandwich and thought the bread was good. My mom ate her sandwich the next day and reheated it in the microwave with a damp paper towel. She liked her sandwich. I didn't have any so I can't comment. #29 Chicken sandwich, $5 prior to tax- I opted for a chicken sandwich. The chicken is a little fatty with the skin still on and the mayonnaise is heavy handed. If you aren't a fan of too much mayonnaise, you may want to remove some before eating. I thought it was tasty but not sure I would order this again. Vermicelli with Curry Chicken, $8.68 prior to tax- This dish was already bagged up and placed on the table, ready to purchase. We decided to grab this for a meal for dinner another night. I ended up eating this over 2 meals and thought it was pretty good. I really liked the curry flavor. The chicken used was mostly dark meat. Definitely a good size for the price. Would consider ordering this again. Pandan Waffle- This was another item just wrapped and ready for purchase on the counter so I decided to get this. I like pandan so I thought this was good and not too sweet. I broke this up in quarters and heated it in the microwave before heading off to work every day. ------------------------ (Total= $20.25 after tax and special buy 2 get 1 free sandwich deal) I think we waited about 15 minutes for our sandwiches after ordering at the register and paying. Overall, this place is pretty cheap and the location is one of their bigger ones with plenty of seating. I would come back here.

Karla M.

Yelp
I HAD NEVER HAD PHO . My sister recommended this specific place but in Fullerton . But since she came up she said she would pick up some nourishing pho for me here at this location . And wow I was not disappointed . The flavors are so warm & bright . Shrimp was beautiful as well as the basil . I am definitely going to become a frequent customer . Cannot recommend this enough .!

J L.

Yelp
Not sure why the workers are so horrible to people here. They just ate and look and not help. They clean and close early so anything they don't have an hour before close they won't make. There's two male cashier's that are there. The younger chubbier one had some bad days but overall okay. The one older than him and skinnier is the horrible one. Yelling at customers and trying to say things to them when they aren't even talking to him and talking to the other cashier. Or trying to before he rudely interrupted. Really not worth coming back just to be abused.

Estefania A.

Yelp
My fav pho spot ever Best egg rolls and best shrimp pho! I've been to almost every location Pho broth is same quality

Ivy C.

Yelp
The food was okay. They serve their food premade as well so it is grab and go which is very convenient and quick. Lots of food items to choose from, you have bread, vietnamese desserts, rice, pho, etc. The downside to that is: not sanitary during COVID. The problem was the food was packaged in the togo boxes and placed on a table/counter where the public can open the box and look inside. Anyone can touch those boxes. I don't like giving bad reviews so I really hope they change this.

Penny P.

Yelp
What's up: looking around for fresh baguette to go with our dinner for the night. I remember getting banh mi sandwiches here before so we decided to come here. Parking: They have a shared parking area surrounding the building that's accessible from Garvey Ave or Kelburn Ave. Environment: They pushed all the tables to the side and have protective plastic in place for covid safety. What was ordered: - Plain Baguette (crispy on the outside, soft in the inside. They're a little on the thin and long side) Yay/Nay/Meh: The baguette quality was good. It was hot but the middle was soft. Not bad for $1.25 each. Credit cards are accepted.

Carol B.

Yelp
Went to buy the special Rice Pho on last monday cost at $ 4.50 Had a very bad stomachace diarhhea the whole day. Until today still had very bad diarrhea Selling food to the customer food that are spoiled Be careful to buy the food are on sale You make money to sell spoil food but you will get bad review

C T.

Yelp
Been here a couple of times and really can't say much about this place except it's decent for a fill up without spending much. They offer 2 sandwiches, get one free. So you get 3 sandwiches for $11. Not bad at all. The caveat is that it's not really a good banh mi. The bbq pork banh mi's were a bit tough texture wise but the flavor was ok. The pickled daikon and carrots were good but not enough inside the sandwich. The bread was basic, I've had much better bread elsewhere. The overall ratio between bread and meats/veggies were way off. You're basically getting a whole lot of bread and very little filling. However, like I mentioned before, 3 sandwiches for $11 is still not bad. Service was meh. No smiles and no warmness from staff. It felt like getting food inside a prison cafeteria (not that I've ever been to one, I can just imagine however). Overall, I would go back solely for the fact that it's cheap and can get be by when I'm hungry.

Ron Y.

Yelp
My daughter really likes their Banh mi. They are good but for my tastes I prefer a competitor. I do recommend them.

Ky M.

Yelp
Surprised the ratings aren't higher. I guess both gentrification and the growing number of franchise locations have dropped off both the restaurant's quality as well as people's appreciation of it. Still remember the first location on Valley and the lines out the door. If anything, I treat this spot like the viet version of Inn n out. A very good balance between quality, taste, convenience and value. If I still lived in the area, I'd probably pick up food from here for lunch multiple times a week. There's a huge variety of food, desserts and drinks.

Sammie L.

Yelp
I came with some friends and we tried the banh mi and the steamed rice rolls with meat (banh cuon thit cha). The grilled pork banh mi was really good and a lot of food for a pretty inexpensive price. We sat inside and our food came pretty quickly after we ordered. Also it's really easy to park because there is a parking lot right outside. The banh mi were buy 2 get 1 free and I saw also that the drinks were buy 1 get 1 free. I've never tried banh cuon thit cha before, but I thought it was really good, it's kind of similar to the dim sum dish, cheung fun, because of the rice wrapper, but the filling is a little different and it's served with fish sauce. I would definitely come again!

Jimmy K.

Yelp
This place is unsanitary, don't order sandwiches from here. Today I saw a worker about to make a sandwich for a customer, she grabbed the baguette and was about to cut it and then the phone rang. She picked it up and it seemed to be a phone order because she grabbed a pen by the cashier, same pen that customers use to sign receipts. She was wearing gloves and I was thinking no big deal, she'll change her gloves when she's done because she touched the phone and pen. Nope, after she hung up she went right back to making the sandwich with the same dirty gloves. In the process of making the sandwich she had to grab some meat from the warming oven that's next to the cashier where they keep the egg rolls in. She grabs the handle to the oven that's been touched by the cashier who also has dirty hands from handling all the cash that the customers pay with. Not to mentioned that handle was probably touched by all the other employees as well. After she grabs the meat she goes back to the sand which station to continue making the sandwich without changing gloves. I don't get it. When I go to subway they change their gloves every single time. I would stay away from this place, at least for sandwiches, they need to step up their sanitary practices. Just because you're wearing gloves doesn't mean it's "clean", doesn't do any good if you aren't changing the gloves out frequently like you should be. Never going back here.

Karen T.

Yelp
The hour stared open at 6:00 am but came to the restaurant the worker stated they open at 6:30 am. Please correct the open time.

Kimberly M.

Yelp
My experience at Banh Mi Che Cali in Rosemead was unfortunately tainted by a rude cashier interaction. During checkout, there was a misunderstanding with the receipt, and the cashier became very aggressive. While I understand mistakes can happen, the yelling and unprofessional behavior were unwarranted. Additionally, my attempts to reach the store by phone to discuss the issue were unsuccessful.

Gina V.

Yelp
Delicious BOGO banh mi's available via Uber Eats! I ordered the BBQ chicken banh mi, milk tea with boba, and Thai tea with boba. The banh mi was well balanced with the chicken and veggies. I especially liked the sauce they put with the chicken (it tasted like mayo)? The baguette bread was crunchy and delicious. High quality buttery bread. It was very filling-I could eat half for lunch and half for dinner! The Thai tea was alright-satisfies the cravings but you know it's not from a boba specific shop. The boba hardened quickly and clogged up my straw. In addition, it had that jelly-like texture that you don't get from boba shops. Props to the hard working staff of this banh mi shop for staying open and taking care of the public's needs! Virus or not, we all deserve delicious food.

Ian B.

Yelp
Dont buy food here!!!!! They are sooo rude to costumers!!! And for sure they will spit in your food!!!

Yelp
My Mom and I have a Saturday routine to pick up foods in the San Gabriel Valley area every weekend even during COVID-19 pandemic period since 2020. Banh Mi & Che Cali happens to be our first stop usually. They have a variety of different Vietnamese tasty quick bite items. Their prices are pretty reasonable. We love their Pho Ba, Chicken Curry with rice, Fried Chicken 2 pack, Fried Rice, Pork Rice Rolls, Banh Mi with pate, French baguettes (go for the long ones... somehow, their football style ones don't taste the same as their long ones), sweet desserts (che thai, pinto bean, 3 beans), and last but not least Thai boba+pudding drinks. You can't go wrong with these items. The only compliant I have is that when you don't want ice in your drinks, they reduce the liquid by about 2 inches from the top because that's how much space it would have taken for the ice if you wanted ice. Basically, they are penalizing us for not wanting ice which is a bummer. Other boba places don't do that... if we don't want ice, we still get our drink filled up to the top. Also this location won't even accommodate other toppings in their drinks except for their standard toppings... boba and egg pudding. Sometimes we like to add red bean or grass jelly in our drinks. Anyway, I knocked down 3 stars just for that. Parking is tiny as they are located in a very small plaza. Don't expect too much from the staff... not even a smile and as for service... it is to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Most of them do understand English, but if they don't, just point to what you want... the universal language... hand gestures LOL. Give Banh Mi & Che Cali a try when you're in the San Gabriel Valley area! We normally visit their Valley Blvd location, but if we happen to be on Garvey Blvd, we go to this one instead. Happy Banh Mi'ing!

Christine T.

Yelp
Incredibly delicious food at prices that you cannot find elsewhere! This place is a good 1hr drive away from me but I still try to make the trip as much as possible, especially to recommend to friends. It doesn't look like much but trust me, stop in for a banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) or some egg rolls and you will be sold!! Most of the workers speak Vietnamese but you can definitely still order if you only speak English (like me). You can't go wrong with the BBQ pork banh mi, and make sure to take advantage of the deals they have on the sandwiches. There are restrooms for customers if you need them, and there's also a couple tables that you can sit and eat at.

Zach H.

Yelp
Tried and true! Loving the buy one get one free drinks. Green tea is delicious. So are the pork banh mis give them a try!

Pui Y.

Yelp
I like the variety of ready made dishes they have here (bahn guon, pandan cake etc.), as well as their most popular bahn mi. People seems to be lining up nicely for most part by themselves with social distancing. There is a nice size parking lot.

Mia G.

Yelp
The food is okay but the staff are so racist. I've been here multiple times and every time I'm greeted with a sneer and a "what do you want" attitude I've also talked about this with another customer and he also agreed that we're treated differently. Don't waste your money here.

Kim B.

Yelp
I was very disappointed with the banh mi. I bought 12 of them hoping the freeze them and take my times eating them because I lived far away and there is no decent Vietnamese food here. They put very small amount of pate and mayonnaise so the sandwiches were dried. Not only that they literally put 4 thin pieces of meat. I had to buy more cha Lua to add in it to make it more decent to eat. Won't come here again.

Emily T.

Yelp
For the price, quantity, and quality of food, it is not that bad. I don't expect much of the service and the ambiance. It is not a fine dining restaurant . It is still one of my choice for quick meals! I got everything in a few minutes ~

Jenette N.

Yelp
Always happy to come here and enjoy their freshly made rice rolls, spring rolls and milk tea. They have week days specials and party trays too.

George H.

Yelp
Food is good, prices are fair. Love the buy 2 sandwiches get 1 free deal (Does not include baguette on Wednesdays anymore)!

Jenny L.

Yelp
I like coming here for a quick lunch or snack because price is cheap and food is good. It can get a little confusing if you've never come in here before, at least I was. You can grab anything packed at the counter and line up to pay; or line up to order some other food on their menu. My favorite go-to is the spring rolls. It's $3 dollars for a pack of two for the spring roll with pork. Not sure if the shrimp one is the same price or not. I saw they also have bun rieu packed and ready to go; that is my next thing to try. They have a good variety of food to try as well as Che for dessert. There is a $10 dollar minimum for card use, but with so much different food choices I'm sure you can run your card and leave with a handful of food!

S D.

Yelp
Ordered a baguette sandwich from this location. Unlike other locations, they don't even toast the bread nor warm up the meats before making the sandwich. All cold. The lady knew I was waiting for my sandwich standing in front of the counter. After making the sandwich, she just threw it on the counter and walked away instead of handed it to me. So rude.

Hel N.

Yelp
As an Asian.. 4years since my last review and i STILL hate the customer service here. Food is par and I only come for Convenience and I love Vietnamese food. Buy every cashier I have interacted with is rude AF. Today got quick ready made and the heavy set, short hair is so rude. It's unfortunate that ppl outside of asians come to seek Vietnamese food here with the worst customer service. Food isnt too great.

Sarah V.

Yelp
So they were out of headcheese for #23 banh mi and was irritated at me for even ordering it in the first place. Like dude, how would I know you were out of an ingredient if there wasn't a sign. It was on the menu. After they told me they were out then I said ok no prob I'll get the #24 instead. The chick making the sandwich didn't understand English and was mad at me because she didn't understand the word "meatloaf." I kept saying I'll get the meatloaf instead!! Then she asked the cashier what I said and the sandwich maker slapped the sandwich together all mad and fast and gave me a shitty sandwich. Way to show customer service. The sandwich sucks ass.

J C.

Yelp
Whenever I want Vietnamese rice plates, noodles soup, salads, rolls, baked goods, or sandwiches for a quick tummy filling satisfaction, I would stop by any BMC for my fixings! Recently, I was craving for curry and this place have prepackaged them in one bag for take out as grab and go for $6.50! You can't go wrong for that price and satisfaction! Brought it home, heat it up and voila, a meal for for MOI!

Karen T.

Yelp
I have been here tons of times because it is a quick and easy spot to get food. I've tried almost everything that they offer. The food is usually good for its price, but customer service is terrible. The employees are always so sassy and rude. Today is the worst I've ever seen them act. Several times, I've bought a 5 pound party try of banh cuon for about $25. And only once I asked for several pairs of chopsticks because I was bringing it to a gathering instead of home, but the employees were too stingy to give me more than 2 pairs. I tried to grab another pair next to their napkins, and the lady stopped me, saying she already gave me some. Their milk teas are $3.50, buy 1 get 1 free. It sounds like a good deal, but they do not taste good. They always fill the cups full of ice and the boba is always hard. If you ask for less ice, they still put the same amount, and they don't fill the cup with tea all the way either. I've dined in before and ate their bun bo hue, and it was okay. It's better to just buy some food to go. I do not recommend their banh mi; other places make much tastier ones with more fillings for the same price. What I would recommend is their baked goods that they place around the register, such as pate chaud, sesame balls, and banh bo nuong. Since they open really early in the morning, I'll still come here when I need to buy a quick breakfast. Other than that, I no longer want to buy their other foods.

Yelp
This place is perfect for cheap eats! They have their parking lot at the back. Minimum card is 10$ and everyday from Monday to Friday they have specials with a cheaper price. They offer so many things which is a plus, baked goods, baguette sandwiches, dessert, drinks (boba), noodle soup, rice, curry, stew and etc. i always order their bun bo hui and a penny worth drink. My noodle soup has pork blood in it and I don't touch that so I always ask them to remove it and they always do! They give so much meats and their soup is perfect for my tastebuds. There isn't really service, you just sit anywhere you like and wave them down and order what you want if you dine in. They are always busy but never fail come to your table. They also have party trays to order. I've been coming here for a quick lunch or dinner and it never disappoints. I also brought some of my friends here and they love it. I don't understand why there's negative reviews, this isn't a nice upscale restaurant with service, so you can't expect what you expect at a nice restaurant. it's more of a quick place to eat and go and the food is very affordable.

Yelp
Cheap eats! This place is one of my go to place when I want something cheap and quick to eat. My favorite things to get here are the boba milk tea and egg rolls. Everything else is just ok. Boba milk tea: creamy and usually not diluted tasting Love that it's cheap. It is BOGO free. It's $1.50 each which is still cheap but it used to be $1.00. Egg rolls: crispy and substantial. I like egg rolls that do not need any sauce. They have a good selection of desserts. The sesame balls are pretty good. The green waffles are pretty good when you get them fresh. Parking: shared lot with ample parking spaces. The other businesses there don't get a whole lot of patrons. Customer service: standard. No greeting, no thank you just very blah service.

Yelp
Only in South East Asian establishments such as this place you can get Pennywort Leaf Tea to go with your meal. I've seen this franchise throughout the San Gabriel Valley and it took my cousin's insistence to convince me to try it over some of my more typical American fast-food choices like Carl's or Church's for lunch. As it turned out my South East Asian side do enjoy Vietnamese Crispy Chicken with Fried Rice over burgers and fried chicken. Not to mention Pork Rolls which I had to say was pretty good too, especially with peanut dipping sauce. But I must say I really enjoyed the Pennywort Leaf Tea which was very refreshing with the sweet and slightly bitter taste. I dig the Hulk color also. Probably healthier than most sodas too... Definitely be coming back here for future lunches!

Yelp
Their food here is always good in my opinion, they have a lot of pre packaged foods and such for people to just grab and pay. This location specifically seemed like there weren't any sanitizer stations anywhere for guests. Also, it was Mildy warm inside like the AC was not on. None the less I ordered, got my food and it was great as usual. I was looking for updates menu pictures online and couldn't find any so I took these for here. Their banh mi on French bread(not baguette) is buy 2 get 1 free and so are their boba drinks. Hope this helps!
