The Best Cheap Eats in Jacksonville, Florida - Eater Miami

"Even though it started in Orlando, Paris Banh Mi has become a go-to for cheap eats in the Bold City. The small restaurant combines the best of Vietnamese cuisine with Parisian pastry for a truly unique experience. Almost all of the banh mi sandwiches are under $10, but the signature banh mi combines French and Vietnamese ingredients in one sandwich. It starts with a toasted baguette, three different types of sliced pork, pate, butter, cucumbers, spicy jalapenos, sour vegetables, and cilantro for a great combination of sweet, spicy, cool, salty, and creamy flavors and textures." - Megan duBois

What a hidden gem! The flavors here are so unique—definitely not your typical American fare, and I loved every bite. The Soup Fo was incredibly light yet flavorful, a perfect balance that felt comforting without being heavy. I also tried the Banana Pudding Cheesecake, and wow—such a creative twist and absolutely delicious! The Cococado drink was refreshing and unlike anything I’ve had before. On top of that, the service was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for something different and delightful!

Not very good food at all. The fluffy pancake was not fluffy at all. It was actually very dense. However, the Matcha sauce on it was nice. The croissant bread was very dry and stale. Their spring rolls are not traditional spring rolls at all! There were no shrimp in them. They were just filled with cold cut meats they use in the banh mi sandwiches.

Google
Overall, it was good. I got one of the pork banh mi's. The bread was crisp and had a great crunch to it. The flavors all worked well. I wasn't in love with my option, but based on the reviews I will go back and give something else a try. The red velvet cake was warmed and while the cake part was a bit dry, the bottom cheesecake part was good. I got a peach green tea and it was delicious!

Pretty good counter service spot for some flavorful pho and banh mi. They have pate so (meat pastry) I would have loved to try, however it was sold out. Their other pastry offerings didn’t look that great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️🌜 3.5-Star Review for BANH MI & PHO – A Solid & Unique Experience! I’m always open to trying new things, and my visit here was definitely an adventure! I ordered the Paris Tea ($8-$9), and while it wasn’t overly sweet or bitter (which I appreciated), the texture wasn’t quite my favorite—I’m picky about textures, so that’s the main reason for my 3.5-star rating. That said, the fruit chunks and lime added a nice freshness! The price felt justified because the drink came in a high-quality reusable container with a secure, movable lid—perfect for walking around the strip without spills. What I Liked: Unique & Balanced Drinks – The Paris Tea was flavorful without being too sugary, and the fruit pieces were a fun touch. Great Location – Conveniently placed near the awesome EBISU Asian store and close to the walking river (perfect for a stroll after eating). Clean & Efficient – The restaurant was tidy, and service was straightforward—just be ready to order quickly since it’s not a sit-down, full-service spot. Delicious-Sounding Options – The Vietnamese egg rolls smelled amazing, and my friend loved them so much he went back for seconds! (I couldn’t try them due to pork, but they looked fantastic.) What Could Improve: Texture Sensitivity – If you’re particular about textures (like me), some drinks or dishes might not be your favorite. Limited Guidance for Newbies – The menu is great for those familiar with Vietnamese cuisine, but if you’re a first-timer, you might need to research beforehand or ask questions. Overall a good spot for bold flavors and quick bites, especially if you’re already in the area visiting EBISU or the riverwalk. I’d return to try more dishes (maybe a banh mi next time!), but I’ll stick to drinks with smoother textures. 3.5/5 – Enjoyable with a few personal quirks! 🍜

Got the special pho for dine in and a banh mi to go. Order at the front cashier or the drive through. First time I’ve ever seen drive through Vietnamese food! The food tasted great! They had lots of nice looking boba drinks, but we were too full tonight.

We visit Bahn Mi n Pho Express pretty often and we also bring guests here when they arrive in town! The food is excellent and the restaurant is very clean and peaceful. We love it!

First time here after the place changed hands. Ordered the pho and the vermicelli with everything. Both were quite good. Really liked the article drink recommended by them.

Yelp
I'd love to give this place a higher rating. The food was actually delicious and we happily slurped it down. The pho came with a generous portion of accompaniments like basil, sprouts, cilantro, and fresh jalepenos. The presentation was beautiful, in this quaint little spot. My daughter loved her Boba and the lady who took our order was friendly enough. The low rating comes from mostly cleanliness of the bathroom areas and tables as well as the general lack of knowledge of food allergies. I told them we were gluten free and asked specifically if the pho was GF. All three of us ended up sick after eating here, maybe the broth is not GF and she just did not know? Pho is traditionally GF made with rice noodles and bone broth with seasonings. My daughter found a few meatballs in her brisket pho, so that may have cross contaminated her bowl, but I think there may have been soy sauce or something else in the broth (which is not normally in traditional Pho). Either way, I'm sad this didn't work out for us because it was delicious. If GF doesn't matter to you, it's worth the drive. We couldn't eat the pastries, but they also looked pretty tempting. The bathrooms were less than appealing, being used as a storage room for cleaning supplies and not very clean. Hand sanitizer was empty. Still on the hunt for an awesome, safe Pho place for GF diners. :)

Yelp
I have come here multiple times and they never disappoint! This is my go to place for boba tea in the area since they have a drive through. I don't think any other boba place in the area has a drive through so that's a huge plus for me! I have tried almost every boba milk tea flavor and taro is by far my favorite. During lunch, the drive thru service can be a little bit slow, but we really don't mind waiting since the place is relatively small. I definitely recommend!

Yelp
Recently visited Bánh Mì n' Phở Express on St. John's Bluff Rd. They are open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm. They even have a drive thru for your convenience. Their well known delicious pho soup, crunchy and warm baguette sandwich, paired with the crunchy vegetables, delicious Vietnamese coffee, and strawberry yogurt drink, created a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors. I had to try the fluffy tiramisu pancakes, and they did not disappoint! Husband went with Pho, and we also tried the sea salt coffee. The cozy ambiance made it an unforgettable experience, and it will quickly become our next favorite place. Thank you for such a delightful Vietnamese foodie adventure! Highly recommended! Bánh Mì n' Phở Express 3515 St Johns Bluff Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32224 Plenty of parking available and the location is quick access from the highway.

Yelp
Just what I needed as I was hangry and my boyfriend wanted quality food for lunch. Thankfully, we drove by Bánh Mi and stopped in. They have a casual cafe style vibe with lots of pastries on display and you just order at the counter whenever you're ready. I ordered the grilled pork bánh mi sandwich as I wasn't feeling a pastry and wanted something hearty. Boy, am I glad to have ordered from here! The sandwich was amazing, I seriously cannot wait to come back and have it again. The bread was perfectly toasted and you can taste the freshness of the produce and herbs. The pork was delicious and paired so well with the herbs. It was seriously amazing... *chefs kiss*. I'd highly recommend it to those looking for an authentic bánh mi in the Jax area. My only regret is not trying out their specialty drinks or pastries but I'll be back to try those again next time!

Yelp
We've frequented this joint a few times when it was previously called Paris Banh Mi Cafe. They changed the name but kept the same owners. I loved their banh mis originally but sadly, they changed the bread. The bread was perfectly delicious, crunchy, and buttery before but now it's missing that crunch element and is smaller. I understand as the previous type of bread was from the previous franchise, but if they can somehow bring it back, it would be perfect! The fillings are still just as good and I'm happy about that! The customer service has always been great and the store is clean but the bathroom could be a little cleaner. I think the mop water they use is old because every time I use the bathroom, it smells like mildew. My favorite banh mi sandwich is the Jamon which has cured meats, pate, aioli, pickled veggies, fresh cilantro, and fresh jalapenos. I love how fresh everything is! The crisp veggies with the sauces and meat creates such a wonderful umami flavor that is unmatched! Their other sandwiches are great too but I always come back to this one because my mother always made me this kind growing up! I would give this a 9/10 based on flavor alone. Since they revamped their menu, we decided to try their fluffy pancakes and got the matcha flavored one. The critique I have of this is that it shouldn't be called fluffy pancakes because the "fluffy pancakes" themselves is more of a castella cake-like texture. We've had fluffy pancakes before from other restaurants and these are not as similar. The warm, matcha sauce on top is delicious and has a very great matcha flavor Are they good? Yes, they're delicious but to call them "fluffy pancakes" when it's more of a castella cake, is pushing it. I'm not sure if they make them in house but it seems like it's store brought somewhere. I would rate this about a 6.5 because I really love the flavor. I appreciate that their Vietnamese iced coffee always is consistent as it's one of my favorite items on their menu. I usually get it with tapioca and if you never had Vietnamese iced coffee before, just a warning, it's very strong. It's brewed using the French press method so you get all of the bold flavors. The coffee used is chicory based as well. They combine the coffee with condensed milk for that touch of sweetness. I give this a 9.0/10. It's always my go to drink order from here. Overall, one of the better Vietnamese banh mi places around JAX. They have pho on their menu now so I'm definitely going to come try it and come back with an updated review. Definitely come try this place out!

Yelp
I love the banh mi's here. My nail girl prefers Q Cup because their bread is softer, but I prefer this locations banh mi, one of the reasons being I like the more French baguette texture of the bread here. Their flavors are amazing. I like to add extra jalapeño to my banh mi's. I often get the combo special, but I've also tried various versions of their beef offerings. Their spring rolls are also super delicious! Their teas / drinks are good and so are their pastries inside. Good with delivery and going in, I also love that they have a drive thru. Such an easy thing to grab and eat while on the go! This restaurant is one of my most frequented in Jacksonville. Decent prices !

Yelp
The Vietnamese Pho Noodle Soup with beed was delicious! The milk teas are OK. The boba is quite firm. Otherwise, very good service and very clean place.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic. No doubt the best in the area! Great food, friendly staff and great casual atmosphere. I highly recommended them... oh, and great prices too!

I normally ordered only Banh Mi chã lua, but Pho was surprisingly flavorful, i would definitely order again.

Yelp
Had driven by Paris Bánh Mì a few times but finally made it to give them a try. Paris Bánh Mì is located in the same building that the on Krystal's on Saint John Bluff was, clearly a great upgrade but they did keep the drive through which is nice. When first looking at the menu I was wowed by the price. $7.95 for most Bánh Mì you can't beat that now a days. I got the Grilled Pork Bánh Mì which came with the the typical Bánh Mì toppings. I will stay it was so flavorful. Each bite better then the next. The baguette was fresh, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I can't get over how good the grilled pork was too. It was so rich and savory and the fresh veggies and other toppings really pulled it all together. I also got to try the Pate Soi or Pork Bun which was also very good. I had a hint of sweetness with the savory and saltiness of the pork all came together so well. Will for sure be coming back to Paris Bánh Mì to get more affordable and delicious food.

Yelp
Always a favorite every time we go, the flavors are on point. You get sweet, tangy, fresh, spicy all in one sandwich! Complex ingredients like different meats, sauces, pâté, different herbs and spices. Everything is made with the perfect chemistry. The service is great, right as soon as you enter you're greeted with a friendly smile and a great family atmosphere because it's family owned. Feels great to come and support this establishment, if you're ever driving around beach Blvd or St. John's bluff and want a good sandwich stop inside or even the drive thru! They also bake their bread and different bakery items sweet and savory. Boba is also great, so many flavors to chose from. 10/10.

Yelp
I wish I still lived on the south side I would then go here all the time. I absolutely live that they have a drive thru. The cashier was very helpful. I ordered the jax sandwich & thai tea with boba . They were both delicious. The sandwich had hog head cheese ( in which I had never tried before) it was yummy. The grilled pork, pickled carrots, fresh jalapeños along with the hoghead cheese was amazingly great. I will definitely drive from Orange Park to try more of their food .

Yelp
Wow! I just drove by and went through the drive through. I got pho, taro boba, and a #1 banh mi. I moved from California so I really like good Vietnamese food! I really wish I lived closer I would eat here everyday. The milk tea wasn't too sweet and the bobas were perfect texture. The pho is SO GOOD and so is the banh mi. I will stop here anytime I get the chance to pass through.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious pho. The broth was so flavorful, I didn't even want to add anything to it. Decided to grab a slice of the Strawberry Creme Brulee to take home with me and shared it with my kindergartener who gave it two thumbs up as well.
google avatar

Sayaka B.

Yelp
I am not a big find of sandwiches however I love Vietnamese sandwiches! Grilled marinated pork, daikon and carrot pickles, jalapeño and all the good stuff is in the sandwich, on top of that the bread is crispy on the outside and chewy at the same time maybe because they use rice for Vietnamese sandwich bread. If you never try one, you need to! Also I like their pasties and drinks. The staffs are very friendly and nice as well.

Yelp
It's really nice, having a good bahn mi place close by. My go to here is the special combination. It is a nice blend of meats and picked vegetables. My pescatarian daughter appreciates their vegan special. I like that their fresh baked rolls are longer and thinner than regular bahn mi rolls. It makes it easier to eat for those of us with small mouths. lol. The fresh spring rolls are nice with crisp, refreshing vegetables. I even introduced these to someone for their first time trying fresh spring rolls and bahn mi. Both were winners. Their drinks are just okay. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here for just the bobas, but would pick one up to go along with the sandwich. There's not much by way of seating if you want to eat in. And the few times I've eaten here or wanted to, the tables were not clean.

Yelp
Amazing Bahn Mi and kick butt Vietnamese coffee. This place needs a serious face lift outside, haven't been inside, but the food is always so fresh and delicious.

Yelp
Formerly under the Paris: Banh Mi franchise, today we visited and enjoyed some pho with a Dac Biet #1 banh mi sandwich. Similar experience when it was under the previous franchise, though their baguette bread just isn't the same. It's a bit dry and lacks the buttery flavor that we enjoyed from the previous experiences. I observed that the workers they just throw the entire sandwich, wrapped and all onto the griddle to heat it up, which causes the wax paper to stick to some of the sandwich (I recommend that they not do this in the future). Despite that, the meats and toppings were still great. The pho was great and very flavorful, so they nailed that! Look forward to returning again.

Yelp
Solid eats. Food tastes fresh. Good size portions. One banh mi could be two servings for a normal eater. I tried the grilled pork and the flavor was nice. The meat to toppings ratio... it probably could have used more pork, but the flavors balanced well. I also tried the fish cake and that was not so much of a winner. I am sure it was prepared fine but the texture of the fish cake was spongey. Nothing I would order again. I debated on the stars. I feel like it should be 4.5 because some the prices are too high, IMO. But I appreciate the food variety this brings and specifically in the area it is located. Plus it is open a little later than the average. And the food tastes/looks fresh - so a high fiver it is. I'll be back.

Yelp
Wow, I really enjoyed this banh mi! I had an appointment near by and have been wanting to try their food. I just got a pedicure so the fact that they had a drive thru was amazing. I checked out the menu and ordered a vegetarian banh mi. There seemed to be some communication confusion as the man kept asking me if I wanted a burger. I explained vegetarian banh mi, but was worried that we didn't understand eachother. I also asked if the taro bubble tea could be made with nondairy milk. He said it was made with cream. I asked him if it was non dairy cream and he said yes. I should have gone in to order. I pulled up to the window and paid. The prices are very reasonable in my opinion and both the man and woman at the window were very friendly. I didn't realize the taro milk tea didn't come with boba so I asked if they could please add a scoop, which they did. I enjoyed my boba tea while they made the banh mi. I couldn't believe how big it was! Probably a foot long! I planned to only eat half, but once I started eating it, I couldn't stop. Wow! The bread was so fluffy and delicious. The seitan was cooked perfectly and I had to double check that it was not real meat. Thank you for having a veggie option that is actually incredible. I will go back again soon for the banh mi and to try another boba tea.
google avatar

Eslene L.

Yelp
First of all, fire playlist, made the ambiance that much more authentic I feel like. The food was grade A. Fresh, fast, and authentic. The monkey shaking the teas was the topping on the cake. Service is friendly. The girl taking the orders was polite and patient. Would definitely return!

Yelp
A morning of errands left us hangry! Pictured is my yummy Taro Milk Tea with boba. We took advantage of the "buy 5 get one free" banh mi sandwich deal. Half grilled pork, half special combination. Yes, I had another one for dinner. Don't judge. They were delectable! Fresh ingredients and the baguettes, in my opinion, were ideal consistency. Service was swift, they were ready in minutes. One of my contact lenses was acting a fool so they gave me a condiment container to put it in. So nice of them to accommodate my odd request. We didn't eat there, but when we got to the house everything was skillfully assembled and packaged which made it just as good as if we ate it right away. I love the convenience of a drive-thru because all I wanted to do was stuff my face and be ugly in the privacy of my own home. And the prices are reasonable.. at around $8 for a footlong sandwich! You can be balling on a budget. We don't get to this side of town that often, but I would make the trip in traffic and rain just for this Jacksonville Gem!

Yelp
Bánh mì (vietnamese sandwich) is so really good. Drinks are so yummy . Huge parking. Service is quick and friendly. Clean and tidy. Great place. Great food and drinks. The best in the states so far.

Yelp
I cant believe I haven't written a review on this place yet! I thought I did but I guess I didn't. This place is hard to miss since it's kind of by itself and not really surrounded by many buildings. The outside looks really cute and the inside is pretty clean. When you walk in there is an Eiffel Tower to represent paris, because you know, the place is called paris banh mi. Banh mi is a popular vietnamese cuisine...normally a baguette filled with veggies and meat. There are different varieties of banh mi, but the most popular ones would probably be banh mi dac biet and thit nuong. I got ordered the banh mi dac biet and some pastries to go. The banh mi was really good! It was pretty stuffed! I have to say one of the best banh mi places in Jacksonville. So flavorful and packed with umami. Chefs kiss. As for the pastries, they were good too, but the banh mi is hands down what you should by when coming here. They also have other foods you could buy including spring rolls and boba, and little snacks in packets on their rack if you're interested in trying as well. Overall, a nice cute little banh mi place. I definitely recommend you coming here if you're ever craving for a good ole banh mi!
google avatar

Jessica N.

Yelp
Paris Banh Mi is perfect when I'm in a hurry and need a taste of Vietnamese food! I love that there's a drive thru. They have breakfast items and is one of the few places in Jax where I can get boba before noon. The banh mi is pricey but it's made on a longer baguette than most banh mi are. The sandwiches and Viet iced coffee are pretty authentic and true to the Vietnamese banh mi. The workers who we saw through the drive thru were so sweet, quick, and efficient!
google avatar

Alexander S.

Yelp
This place in my opinion is the best place to get milk tea, I always get the lychee milk tea with boba. The service is great and the employees are nice.
google avatar

Nathaniel D.

Yelp
I'm a sucker for banh mi's and this place did not disappoint. I ordered and had my banh mi within 6 minutes and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was super kind and I loved the atmosphere. I got the Thit Nuong while my girlfriend got the Dac Biet. Their thit nuong seasoning was different than any other i've had but was delicious nonetheless. It's like their own personal take on it. The dac biet was amazing too, I loved the pickled carrots and daikon seasoning. The actual french baguette was also heavily garlic flavored, which I absolutely loved. They messed up my friends order and gave it to the wrong person, but they made it up by giving him a free pastry. Do not fret, you're in good hands when you're eating here. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a banh mi!
google avatar

Genevieve L.

Yelp
Used to love their freshly baked goods but they have changed since the first opened. Not much filling to them anymore. Please go back to how you used to make them. $3.50 per pastry is a bit steep for something that isn't filled
google avatar

Roberto Z.

Yelp
Had driven by many times without even giving it a second look. The place looks like it's closed but once you drive in to their parking lot you see there are actually cars parked there just hidden by the trees. I'm glad we decided to go inside. These are the best Bánh mi sandwiches I have had until now. The bread I think is what makes the difference, so nice and toasty outside and fluffy inside. They also have a wide array of pastries and drinks, which I had the mangonada. If you like mango and aren't afraid of having some spice, you have got to try this. I have a long list of things I'm coming back for!
google avatar

AJ R.

Yelp
This place has a damn drive thru!!! But with that said, this place is good. Probably one of the best Banh mi sandwiches in Jacksonville. The veggies are super fresh and the jalapeños give a nice kick to the marinated beef. It's a great 50:50 mix of meat and veggies all within warm bread. They advertise the boba as the best in town. I really don't think so but it gets the job done. Will definitely be back every time I pass by . Thanks Paris Banh Mi!

Arthur Y.

Yelp
We all drove here specifically from reading the good reviews while flying out of Jacksonville Florida from our weekend trip. We order led a bunch of Pho, bahn mi's, and bubble teas. All 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed all our meals and drinks. Also very friendly service. Soups came out nice and hot Just a couple of tables. Clean eating area. Will definitely go again if we are flying into Jacksonville
google avatar

Candice H.

Yelp
Delicious, authentic bahn mi. Love their pate! Place is clean and cute. Sasha and Dima provided great service! Will always be coming back!
google avatar

Heather K.

Yelp
For Jacksonville, it seems that $6-8 is typical for a Bánh mi. I ordered a croissant Bánh mi which was closer to $6 than the regular one. It is good, but quickly became to buttery and overwhelming. If I return, I will order the regular one instead. The cafe also sells pastries and cakes - not sure if they're made in house but they are not made with lots of options. I ordered their honey milk tea also and it was okay, but I probably wouldn't order it again.

Giana S.

Yelp
We've been here a handful of times now so I'm overdue for a review. We love it! The food and service are consistently good and the price is good. Can't ask for much more! The drive through never takes long and seems efficient. I get the Lemongrass Steak Banh Mi and my husband gets the Grilled Pork Banh Mi. We also love the egg rolls.
google avatar

Thea N.

Yelp
Top tier banh mi! I've had many banh mi sandwiches all around Jax and elsewhere and I have to say, they are serving some top notch level banh mi sandwiches there. It is a little on the expensive side but with the size of the sandwiches the amount of filling you're getting, it's pretty much worth every dollar. Now, I haven't tried their desserts or boba teas yet, but have heard some awesome things. I can't wait to go back.
google avatar

Tish C.

Yelp
I should say I'm basing my review off the tea and egg rolls I had. The first thing I noticed was the decor, amazing. Whoever took the time to paint the murals is a true artist. I was very intrigued by the colors and the overall beauty. E will probably have a different review because she LOVES banh mi sandwiches. I was hoping for more when it came to the egg rolls. I wish they were described as Chinese spring rolls instead of being called egg rolls. That being said I will give them another chance when I have more time to peruse the menu and see if there is something that tickles my fancy on the menu.

Yelp
I don't know why I have not eaten before, it is fast fresh and it's all things Bahn Mi. What is there not to like? Looking as you drive up, the building screams fast food (guessing Krystals or Popeyes) and PBM keeps that tradition alive. Maybe not the fast food you are used too, but quick serve sandwiches with fresh ingredients and served exactly the way you want it (well, almost). But no long wait, plenty of options, including vegetarian, enough to satisfy most anyone in your party. First, like most fast serve places, there are numerous parking spots around the building and yes, there is a drive through. Second, the Paris in the name suggests profiteroles and PBM does not disappoint. They have a section dedicated to desserts (carrot cake, double chocolate cake), another wall with baked goods and other wall dedicated to savory snacks that I really did not know what they were. But the real hero here is the Bahn Mi. Do here is what we tried: Vegetarian Bahn Me - DELICIOUS, I try to eat vegan for lunch and to me this was delicious, except I asked for no Jalapeños and it had a lot of Jalapeños. I can eat a few, but this was overpowering, so next time I will ask for it on the side. Bahn Me Special - another HUGE HIT with our table. Did not get to sample, but my some the quiet eater kept saying mmm-mmm. Grill Pork - I did ask how my friend liked his, but I am thinking he did because there was nothing left. Vietnamese Tea - okay, not awful, but mot my favorite. Carrot Cake - three of us shared one piece and it was DELIGHTFUL. It would have been too much of a sugar high for one but for all three of us got a perfect amount. I will say all the food we had was SUPER FRESH, and to me that really elevates a dish. You can tell the difference between frozen and fresh, and this was fresh. Service was nice and friendly. I doubt I will venture far of the B8 as it was too good, but there are a whole list of hood options to try. So try away. .

Yelp
Really really good! I have not often had Vietnamese food so I don't have much to compare Paris Banh Mi Cafe to but I thought my sandwich was delicious. We first tried the drive through but it was not in use, so we went in. I had done some research so I knew what I wanted and ordered the shredded chicken banh mi and a night in Paris boba tea. Both were fantastic. The sandwich was filled with flavor from the first bite until the last bite! I can't really describe what in particular was so good about this sandwich I really wish I could however, it had so much flavor and depth in every bite that this sandwich might be one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I personally like the shredded chicken sandwich because it had adventurous elements to it without being too adventurous for me. In the future, I would love to try the combination, but I wasn't ready to take that leap just yet. Along with my sandwich I also ordered a pastry that was filled with meat called a Pateso I think. It was good but I wouldn't order it again for me, my husband on the other hand love it so next time he orders it I might have to sneak another taste. This restaurant is filled with amazing looking pastries and snacks. I can't wait to go back and try new things!

Yelp
Oh my all that is holy I am in love. I have been missing my banh mi access since relocating from Southern California and this place gives me everything I wanted and was missing. The bread isn't quite as light and fluffy as back home but overall the flavors were there. I cannot wait to go back!

Yelp
On my way home from the Jax airport I decided to give this place a try and ordered the grilled port Banhn Mi. As I pulled up the lack of traffic made me sus. Service at the drive in was relatively quick. The sand which was incredible. The bread was perfect. The portion was generous. SI will be back.

Yelp
Milk tea with just a little sweetness and salty. I went with the cream brulee with red bean and added cheese foam. Overall it was a tasty tea definitely hit the spot. Next time I'll try the Paris by Night for a little more sweetness kick and those sandwiches are calling my name. I will be back to try for lunch. They also have great options of baked goods and cakes so come hungry and ready to sample.

Yelp
Yummy, yum! French Vietnamese new restaurant I had been wanting to try out! I had seen pics and reviews and knew I needed to go try this place! The menu was pretty small, the main thing is the Banh Mi sandwiches, a few apps like egg rolls and spring rolls, they have a wall of pastries you can self serve...then also Boba teas and desserts! Prices seem reasonable but it adds up quickly! Especially if you wanna get some of everything like I did! Lol! We got a grilled pork Banh mi, spring rolls, 3 pastries, and 2 boba teas...it came out to about $40 I thought a little expensive for lunch. But in saying all that I would absolutely return for the Banh mi sandwich I loved it!! The crusty bread ( do they hollow out the middle!?!) the savory grilled pork combined with the pickled and fresh veggies...so good!! And it's a huge sandwich for like $6! Just writing about it I want one! Lol!

Yelp
Such a great spot! How can you really go wrong with boba, assorted pastries/desserts, and banh mi all under one roof? At first we were a little skeptical about the banh mi because it's just a little pricier than we're used to, but it's totally worth it! The sandwich itself is long and skinny, but packed full of meat and veggies. The bread is fresh, has a great texture and flavor, and they definitely do not skimp on ingredients, which justifies the price. Note- If you plan on eating later, you can always ask them not to toast it and to separate the veggies so the bread doesn't get soggy. Boba is pretty standard. You get a good sized drink for the price, and the boba is soft and sweet as it should be. Paris by night is my favorite, but I've also tried the creme brûlée milk tea and Thai tea.. both were very good. As far as the desserts and pastries, I have yet to try any. I've visited a few times, but mostly in the afternoon and evening, so most of the pastry items were sold out. Another area of interest is the large selection of dried snacks. They have tons of different kinds that I'm very eager to try out. Will update my review when I do!

Yelp
The drinks here are absolutely gorgeous... but they're just not as tasty as the other boba places I've tried. They're also a bit more expensive which makes me think they might not be worth it here. The banh mi was actually really tasty! I just wish there was more filling in the bun since it seemed like it was mostly bread. The other photo reviews here on Yelp show pictures with a lot of filling/meat inside and mine didn't look like that at all. Might have just been a bad day! On the few good bites, there was a burst of different flavors- cilantro being one of the strongest. I got my bread toasted which gave it a really nice crisp. However, this was a double edged sword since it made the bread extremely hard on the edges. I struggled biting down on my first bite and had to leave some bread at the end because there was just no way I would have been able to chew it. so beware if you have sensitive teeth! They do offer a non toasted option so you might want to do that! I will probably try this place again and opt for the non toasted bun.

Yelp
I just noticed this place a couple of weeks ago. I stopped in and got a grilled pork Bohn Mi. It was really good! I stopped in today and got a shredded chicken one and a couple of pastries. The service was really quick and the ladies were very nice. I'll be coming back again!

Yelp
This place is small and simple, but with so many options it's almost overwhelming. I ordered the number 1 and a Vietnamese iced coffee. It was really delicious. The sandwich is incredibly large, really tasty, and my only criticism is that I don't think it needed the pate that was included. I loved the red peppers in the sandwich, but if you don't care for spicy, maybe skip those. The coffee was delightfully strong and comes in the cutest cup. I'm a sucker for any place that gives me cute take away cups. I'd love to see what their other sandwiches are like, and I will definitely be back for some of these pastries because their pastry selection is very impressive. Overall a very good experience.

Yelp
Hubby and I stopped in for lunch yesterday before he went back to the office. We both were feeling a grilled pork banh mi and boba slushes. He found Paris Banh Mi Cafe and we decided to give them a try. We parked, walked right in and ordered within minutes. We each ordered a grilled pork banh mi. He got a taro slush with boba, I got a Thai tea slush with boba. Our food was ready in about 5 minutes. Everything was absolutely delicious! The grilled pork on the banh mi was very tender and full of flavor. They definitely don't skimp on the meat. The French baguette had a perfectly crisp crust and tasted so fresh. I could eat this alone it was so good. The veggies added a nice crunch and freshness to the banh mi. The boba slushes were excellent! Creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. The boba was perfect - soft and slightly chewy. Some of the best I've ever had. The service was very fast as well as friendly. The pastry case looked very inviting and we plan on picking up a few items next time we are in the area. Although we didn't use the drive thru this time, I love that they have it as an option.

Yelp
I went to grad school in Chinatown in a northeastern city and banh mis were mainstays in our diet because they were cheap and filling! I was hoping for the same thing at Paris Banh Mi. Filling it was indeed, cheap it wasn't but the value was still pretty good. Walking in, I first saw the pastry cases. I loved that they were self serve like many Asian bakeries. I grabbed a clean pair of tongs, a take out container, and then walked around looking to see what they offered. I ended up getting a leek and parmesan pastry and a mini croissant. I took those to the counter and added a grilled pork banh mi and a brown sugar milk tea with extra sweetness. I requested the sandwich without jalapeños and mayo. I was informed that the menu was old and they now use butter instead of mayo. I watched as they lathered the bread with the butter and I should've but didn't ask questions for clarification. My order was ready quickly and I took it home to enjoy. The pork was delicious, so tender and well seasoned, and the pickled veggies were bright and had a little crunch to them. The standout item though was the bread. It was crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside and it held up to the pork and veggies. But, the butter layer was too thick for me. The next time I'll request the sandwich without it. The pastries were so soft and the croissant was flaky. I really enjoyed the leak and parmesan filling and the sweetness on the outside complimented the leeks and contrasted with the cheese well. I love sweet things so this hit the spot. Despite the "extra sweetness" they added to the brown sugar milk tea, it wasn't very sweet. It tasted more like burnt caramel initially and then midway through, it was very watered down due to the amount of ice that they use. I would return for pastries and a banh mi without the butter but I would skip the milk tea on my next visit.

Yelp
Yummy bahn mi, particularly the grilled pork. The popcorn chicken is also very tasty. Don't let the chicken nuggets label in the menu fool you. The milk tea drinks are really good especially with boba. It's very convenient that they have a drive thru when in a hurry. Recommended.
