Stopped by Banh Mi So 1 at Eden Center and grabbed a Dac Biet and a grilled chicken banh mi. The baguette was thinner and smaller than the typical banh mi, which was a bit disappointing. The flavors were decent, but I expected more since it’s in Eden Center. Overall, nothing too special. I had taken the banh mi to go with the veggies on the side. You can see the quantity of meat in the banh mi with and without the veggies. Three banh mi cost $20 USD!

Google
Visiting from out-of-state, and ordered their #1 Banh Mi Dac Biet and the banh mi here is disappointing. The bread was dry and stale. The flavors of pickled veggies did not match the overall flavor profile. It also lacked enough Mayo + pate. Overrated banh mi at Eden Center.

Google
This spot deserves a place in my top tier DMV bahn mi rotation. Heard this place makes their own pate and bakes their own bread. The bread is a little chewier than my other go-to spot, and I think I prefer the bread here. Don't skip these spots on the fringes of the Eden Center!

Google
Best Banh Mi’s in the area! If you get 5 you can get 1 free which is great when you’re picking up with friends like I was! Best Bite: #7 cured pork is my current favorite and I like it with the carrot and radish inside opposed to putting it on later myself when it’s not the side. The pork, to veg, to spice, to bread ratio is just perfect 👌🏼👌🏼 Follow me on Instagram and Tiktok for more best bites @AlixTakesaBite

Google
Challenge accepted. Buy 4 Sandwiches, 5th is FREE. Great place, family owned and great service. The bread is crispy outside and oh so soft inside, the perfect reservoir for the 14+ selections of protein. Lots of pork, styled in many special ways, pate, chicken and seafood. Get the veggies on the side, if taking them to go. You'll thank me later when you see just how much you can stuff and fill on your own. The BBq and Chargrilled pork and sausage were our favorites. Steamed buns, round out a perfect lunch or picnic.

Google
I love this place. Banh mi always fresh, staff extremely pleasant and fast. Also their banh mi are a lot cheaper than most of the others in Eden Center.

Google
It's good bahn mi, but not the best. They could take this establishment from good to great but maybe they don't need to. The bread and pate is made from scratch. The flavors and composition of a bahn mi are all there. What they need to work on is improving the baguette. There's ok bread and then there is amazing bread. Even though the bread is made from scratch, it's not that far from wholesale baguettes. Make sure you ask for a bag of veggies for every sandwich. They'll try to give you one bag for 2 sandwiches but they miss out on providing enough veggies for 2.

Google
Best Banh mi, its nice and cheep. They do have a 10$ minimum to pay with credit card just FYI

Yelp
Delicious and I can tell it's a local favorite. Quick service, they gave me the banh mi in less than 5 mins from ordering. I got the #1 which seems to have everything (different types of meats, cucumbers, carrots, jalapenos). One banh mi is very filling and they were generous with the mayo so it was delicious. I would've attached a picture but I ate it too quickly because it was that good. If you're looking for a quick spot to grab lunch, come here. The Vietnamese equivalent of the Italian Store in Falls Church.

Yelp
Great prices but overall not my favorite banh mi spot. I like that they give a lot of vegetables, but they lack flavor and are less crunchy than I'd like. The bread is a bit on the chewy side, and generally the filling doesn't cover the bread and it's a bit dry. Here's what I could gather on the different kinds that my friend brought over.. Don't hate me if this is wrong! #1 special-- all cold cuts. Lots of filling, good flavor 7/10 #7 pork--red barbecue, with pate. Pretty good 6/10 #8-- roasted pork with scallion. Also dry, a bit tendony 4/10 #10 barbecue pork, dark meat, a bit fatty and dry --- 3/10 #11 chicken, dark meat. Juicy and decent flavor 5/10 Might come back, not sure.

Yelp
I always love to support a locally owned, non-chain spot and this hits on those marks, but it's not my favorite banh mi spot. It'll definitely hit the craving and is convenient when you're shopping in the plaza already. Last time I went they were pretty stingy on the fillings so it ended up being pretty dry. I do like that you can buy the things to make banh mi at home, so you can get nice roast pork or fresh cha lua at another store and load up your sandwich as much as you like. No indoor seating, just a couple spots to sit and wait for your order to come out.

Yelp
Battle of the Bánh Mì: So 1 Takes the Crown It's the ultimate showdown: Banh Mi So 1 vs. Banh Mi DC. And for me? So 1 wins by a (soft, flaky) landslide. Their baguette has that perfect crunch without slicing up your gums, and the sandwiches are absolutely loaded--fresh herbs, savory meats, tangy pickled veggies, the works. Bonus points for the kind service--they always hook me up with extra veggies without me even asking. Flavor, value, and good vibes? So 1, all day.

Yelp
Service was quick, I'll give them that. But the banh mi bread was stale and tough. Filling was fine. Banh mi Nhu Lan is so much better but only takes cash. Banh mi at Pho & Banh Mi Saigonese is much better too if you're in the Silver Spring area.

Michael D.

Yelp
Stale bread. Cheapest possible cuts of meat, and meat extrusions. Tried 4 different flavors. The Che Dau Trang (sticky rice with black eyed pea) was poor, with a goopy coconut topping I don't like (I prefer a runny coconut milk like other shops). Even without the local competition, this is a poor option.

Yelp
Ambiance (4/5): This is just a take out restaurant. Easy to move in and out and there is plenty of parking. Price: (5/5) the Bahn Mis are only $6.35 with tax. That's an amazing price for the area. Remember to bring cash if you are only planning to get a sandwich. Credit cards have a $10 minimum. Food: (4/5) Number 7 Pork Belly Bhan Mi was really good. I wish they would have added some sauces on the side to make it a little bit more flavorful. The sauce provided is sort of like mayo. It also wish they cut the sandwich in half. The meat was cooked well and there was a good portion of veggies. Service: (5/5) Food comes out super quick.

Yelp
The banh mi here is just fine. There isn't anything special about it, but it's a better deal than you'll get anywhere else in the area. Every banh mi thit is $5.75 and if you buy 5 you get the 6th for free. A plain baguette is $0.75 and you can buy ingredients to make your own banh mi at home as well. I've been getting sandwiches here since I was a kid, but would never consider it my favorite. It's quick, convenient, and affordable. The sandwiches themselves could have more fillings and are sometimes too dry because they don't put pate and butter/mayo in every sandwich. These aren't sandwiches that you can buy ahead and eat the next day because the baguette dries out and becomes hard within 24 hours. It's a solid place to get banh mi and you know what you're getting every time.

Yelp
I've been in DC for over 15 years and this was my first visit to Eden Center. I stopped here after my friend recommended this spot. With Banh Mi sandwiches it's all about the bread and their bread did not disappoint. I had the grilled pork Banh mi. The sandwich was filling and only $6 at the time. If you are only getting one sandwich bring cash because there is a credit card service fee for purchases under $10. You should also note this is more of a grab and go sandwich shop. You can grab your sandwiches and eat at an outdoor seating tent in the parking lot.

Yelp
Recommended by my Vietnamese nail tech who frequents Eden Center often and loves food like me! Pretty consistent flow of customers and they are quick! They have pictures of the different Banh mi sandwiches on their back wall which is very helpful for those who are not familiar nor speak Vietnamese. Ordered the #1 special combination which is the basically the original with ham, Vietnamese pork roll, and pate along with the pickled veggies. Also order the #3 meatball which has Vietnamese meatball with veggies. The fresh baguette was a foot long and the filling of meat and veggies were perfection portioned so you taste a good balance of both with each bite. Honestly these were better than the OG Banh Mi DC in my opinion. I would definitely come back here!
google avatar

Yelp
Quick and tasty. No frills no thrills place. They have a great selection of various Banh Mi with numbers and photos for easy ordering for non Vietnamese speakers. Bring cash if you aren't buying much. No seating. I love the way they pack your order and they keep the vegetables separate from the sandwich so it doesn't get soggy. They bake their bread in house fresh everyday. Usually I get a bunch of sandwiches before I go on a flight because it's super fast reliable and easy!

Yelp
The family came here on the morning we were heading home from staying in Pentagon City. The Banh Mi sandwiches are only 5.75 before tax and is buy 5 get 1 free. The prices are amazing in comparison to what they are in NY and NJ. The baguette is on the thinner side but still very tasteful. The staff were very friendly and there is plenty of parking since it's inside a plaza. I will definitely try other banh mi options the next time I'm in the area.
google avatar

Maria K.

Yelp
Good place for banh mis. This place is tucked away from the rest of the Eden center, closer to the main road. Service was super fast and they accept card. Definitely just a to-go place, not a place to sit down and eat.
google avatar

J K.

Yelp
Perhaps the lowest prices for banh mi in the DMV area. They make the sandwiches fresh and pretty quickly. They also do the traditional "buy 5 get 1 free" deal on sandwiches. Their posting didn't have the latest prices, so I'm posting all 13 banh mi sandwich prices in photos as of 01 September 2024. They are pretty popular and close their doors earlier than their posted hours if they run out of bread that day, which seems to happen frequently so I get there early.

Yelp
Their bánh mí were huge. However I think it was pretty average. I wish they had put more filling, whether it be meat or more vegetables, it tasted like we were eating more bread than anything. I also got some yogurt, which seemed kind of expensive at $4/cup and the yogurt was very runny and gloopy. Not very yogurt-like at all. I ended up just drinking it out of the cup. There was no sour and sweet that you expected. Staff was friendly. I would probably just come back for other deli items.

La R.

Yelp
They have quick service. Ghey also have deal if you buy 5. Thr only thing I wish they dont wrap plastic in the meatloaf. Please just use banana leaf, to prevent the plastic get into the food, when boil and deep fry it.

Emily S.

Yelp
Got the seitan banh mi and it was AMAZING. Crispy bread, perfectly seasoned, and reasonably priced. Will be back!

Yelp
came here after my Vietnamese coworker said he liked their banh mi's! pricing is way lower than the places around here & I came at a great time. after I ordered, there was a huge line. they have a bags of #1s made and ready to go by the door. I opted to get the fresh ones made just to see how long the wait really would be. it was at max 7 minutes! they are quick I'm a believer now - this place is a great deal & their banh mi's are good!!!! I bought an extra container of their pickled veggies and they aren't as good as nhu lan or banh mi DC, but I still ate through the whole container. we killed the 6 banh mi's in a few days - very much worth it as a lunch option if you need a quick easy lunch!
google avatar

Sallie W.

Yelp
This is our goto banh place. And with their buy 5 get 1 free it's a great deal! The folks serving are always very nice and attentive. Places to avoid for banh mi: Huong Binh
google avatar

Nina U.

Yelp
Yes give me 10 please. Plus 2 free. And extra veggies all on the side please! Yes I will pay, give me more veggies. Don't worry! #1, special (classic that everyone usually gets with all the pate, do, etc) #6, chicken #8, grilled pork is nice and dry and mom and I like it that way This is our family go to spot for Banh Mi take out. I remember when they were $3.75 or even cheaper. It's gone up a little but $5 is still pretty good for a full Banh Mi. (they accept cards now) I usually only eat half at a time anyways. It's not a place to sit down and eat. No matter when we're planning on eating some, it's easier to ask for all veggies on the side and we build them as we wish. Veggies can go in the fridge, Banh mi can stay out for a little bit. Or wrap the plastic bag tight before it goes in the fridge. To reheat, take out of paper and put on a sheet pan. Put in oven for about 3 minutes at 300 degrees. Not too much more or the bread will get hard and rubbery. Rewrap in the paper and rubber band and take on trips. Add veggies and maybe some Maggi just before eating. Roadtrip, plane, whatevs. Just have to control the crumbs.

Yelp
Love the Banh Mi here. EVERYTIME I am in town, I make it a point to stop by and buy a whole bunch for me and my family. They advertised the drinks but many are unavailable. Customer service is always good and food seems fresh. The place is quite big but poorly utilize. It would be nice if they had better seatings that are appealing to stay and eat, but it's a Vietnamese place, expectations are lower...unfortunately.

Yelp
Today is New Year's Day, and was with a friend who's NEVER had banh mi ever before. I figured this is the year to encourage friends to experience new things so we took a short trip to this place in Eden Center. It was the first location to pop up on Google and friends in the area have brought us here before. First of all, I'm so happy Eden Center and all the surrounding restaurants are open on New Year's Day. Second of all, you absolutely cannot go wrong with your first time having banh mi here. If it's your first time, stick with the #1 or the #2 (speciality and regular respectively). I first got the grilled pork #8, and it was yummy, but it was a little dry and not as flavored as I would've hoped. I could've sworn it didn't have butter? I saw my friend really enjoy the #2 regular, so I went for the #1 specialty. I can eat #1 all day long! Cold cuts, butter, AND patê! No dry sandwich over here. Don't skip out on the pickled veggies UNLESS you know you can make better Vietnamese pickled veggies at home. The veggies make the Banh mi, but I will say it is a little mediocre compared to fresh homemade pickled veggies. Sandwiches are $5 a pop after tax; $10 credit card minimum. Compared to other places in Arlington, this is absolutely affordable and a steal considering the size of each banh mi. By the way, if you come with a big party, the deal is great: but 5 get 1 free! Note: there is no indoor or outdoor seating. Try to head towards the white outdoor seating tent with red connecting bench/tables that is located more inwards of Eden Center. Enjoy!!

Yelp
Tucked in the corner of Eden this place has been my go to spot for years. To be honest, I feel DC banh mi is overrated. Banh Mi So 1 has always been consistent. There isn't much to look at when you walk in but what they focus on is pretty good. Their bread is crispy yet, yet retains the softness even after toasting. They also offer a bunch of other typical Vietnamese deli items. I usually get the dac biet combo. Their banh mi is decently priced at $5 for 1 and they usually have the buy 5 get 1 special. While I wish for the days of $3 banh mi, it is one of the more affordable places around. Their service is not the friendliest, it is not out of the ordinary in Eden. They are quick to get your order and you can get on your way. Honestly I wouldn't change much here. I hope this place will still be around for years to come for my banh mi cravings.

Yelp

Yelp
I've been coming here for over 15 years. The bread is baked fresh. The toppings are tasty; love the crunch of the pickled carrot & radish. Personal favorites are #1 & #8. And if you buy 5, the 6th is free!

M P.

Yelp
Bigger and cheaper than DC. Great discovery for people who eat banh mi the way it's intended, fresh and cheap and on the go from a bakery, not as some sit-down entree in a restaurant. Also, the cucumber is fresh and not pickled, which I prefer--keeps it crunchy. When you get the 6 for 5 deal, however, they give you the veg in a bag for self-assembly. I thought it was to keep the bread from getting soggy, but they pre-apply the mayo and the meat cuts on the #1 would prevent contact, so now I think it's just to cut down on labor. Maybe if I ask next time they'll pre-assemble for me.
google avatar

Carroll N.

Yelp
Their subs are made fresh daily. Their baguette is about 11" but the filling is somewhat skimpy. The baguette tasted fresh and not hard or old unlike other delis. I got a #11 chicken. I had bought it around lunch time to go and didn't eat it until dinner. Without any mayo or spread it was a bit dry. I had to add mayo and then it tasted good. My husband enjoyed his pork sub. My sub was $4. If you purchase five subs you get one free. They also sell refrigerated desserts, meats, and other random treats.

SS S.

Yelp
They definitely have more sandwich options than years prior, so it's great to see that. They're the only reasonably priced sandwich place I town I feel, I just can't stand spending $8 bucks a banh mi at Banh Mi DC and feel like I just ate air. I used to think the sandwich fillings and pickled vegetables were was tasteless here, but the bread was always sublime, I think they've bumped up their game in recent times. But I do think the bread is not as good now (but not horrible either). Can't win. The #1 and #2 Combination isn't as good as Banh Mi DC's either, but i usually get the grilled chicken here, add some more Maggi sauce at home and a smidge of mayo since the sandwich can get a little dry. I'll still come here again and again though.

Allie K.

Yelp
We were craving some banh mis so my friends and I came to Banh Mi So 1 and were pleasantly surprised! It seemed as though they had a lot of other food options as well but we only picked up some sandwiches. Each sandwich was only $5.00 and they're SUPER filling! I got the cured pork banh mi and liked it! Just an FYI - one of my friends got option 5 (I forgot which meats they included) and said that there seemed to be something spicy in her sandwich so keep that in mind! (Although she does have an awfully low spice tolerance). Banh Mi So 1 is located in Eden Center in Falls Church, which can get super busy on the weekends and is especially packed full of people in the afternoon on Sundays so parking can sometimes take a while to find! However, the interior is pretty spacious and the sandwiches are well worth the price so check it out some time :)

Yelp
I wish I could like this place but it does not reach the standards of good affordable banh mi I've had in Charlotte and Greensboro! I'm not sure if it was an off day, but I felt like the bread was not as toasted (with butter melting) as I would have liked, and the pickled radish was more on the mushy side than fresh. We got the beef and the #1 combo, the meats reminded me of just regular ham instead of the unique cured meats. The beef was okay but was different than the usual seared thinly sliced beef I'm used to that makes banh mi unique from a regular cold cut sandwich. We took them home and I retoasted it which helped a little, but I would have preferred an enjoyable sandwich right off the bat. It must be special though if it's located in Eden Center. The folks there are nice too, so I wish them all the best.

Yelp
My husband and I drove up to Eden Center from NC as we wanted to explore the place for the weekend. It was our first time. We lived in the Silicon Valley most of our lives before relocating to NC so we know what's good banh mi is. We should've gotten it somewhere else. I ordered 4 classic sandwiches and the cashier who seemed very unfriendly asked if I wanted to buy 5 and get one free. Sure it sounded like a steal deal. Disappointment. They make their own baguette and their baguette needs improvements. They totally skimped on the pate and sour condiments therefore lacked the banh mi taste. We will explore other banh mi places here at Eden Center and the other one about 10 miles from the center when we are in town again.
google avatar

VyVy V.

Yelp
My go-to spot at Eden Center to get banh mi! Especially for the value - it's still less than $5 per sandwich! They also offer the buy 5, get 1 free deal. My favorite one will always be the banh mi dac biet (combination) since it has everything in it and tastes like nostalgia. The wait is also never really long either. Typically in and out of there within 10 minutes!
google avatar

Yelp
So surprised to see the low ratings on here! Banh Mi So 1 is the number one (haha, get it?) spot for my banh mi needs at Eden Center and has been this way for easily over a decade. This counter service spot is a one-stop-shop for banh mi needs, whether you want the sandwich pre-built or you just want hella baguettes to enjoy at home (for you bo kho, yaknowwhatimean). The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the wafting smell of their soft, yet crunchy bread. I don't dabble in their specialty sandwiches like the grilled chicken, pork, etc, and instead, stick with the tried-and-true OG pate/butter/cold cuts. Low frills, good food applies to most of the businesses you'll find at Eden Center, but especially here. Like Fall Out Boy once said, thnks fr th mmrs ;) #ThankYouThursday

Yelp
+The French baguette was nice and crisp. +They stuffed the banh mi with a good amount of pickled vegetables. The significant other foodie mentioned that the vegetables were really fresh. +The pate did not have a 'gamey' flavor and they were generous with the spread. +The #1 Special Combination was one of the best I have had. It had nice thick cuts of meat, seasoned just right. +The significant other foodie and her sister enjoyed the #6 Chicken banh mi stating that the meat was marinated well, and it had a lot of flavor. -The #8 Grilled Pork was a bit dry for everyone. Overall, I would definitely go back to satisfy anytime I have a Vietnamese banh mi craving.

Yelp
I am visiting from out of town and stopped in Eden center to grab a banh mi. It's just a small little store where they sell Vietnamese baguettes along with some drinks and desserts. Nothing fancy! They do cash or credit card with transactions over $10. They're quick too! My order came out in 5 minutes. I got a banh mi thit nguoi (cold cuts) and banh mi thit nuong (grilled pork). The banh mi is HUGE and I had to split it in half to eat each time. Definitely worth it for $4. I wish the grilled pork ban mi was toasted and warmer because that's what makes it so good. I was not impressed with the grilled pork banh mi. The meat was dry, even after I tried to throw it in the oven to crisp it up a bit, and it didn't have the grilled, charred taste to it. There also wasn't a lot of butter or pate so that was disappointing. The cold cuts one was better in my personal opinion. I crisped it up a little and there was a decent amount of moistness from the butter and pate in this one. We tried the fish patty, or tra ca, which was yums! There were so many green onions in the patty and makes a good snack. Throw some sriracha on there and you're good to go. I also got a tre ba mau which is one of their desserts. I loved that it wasn't super sweet. I'd go back for this dessert alone! Not the best banh mi, but convenient and affordable :)

Yelp
Stopped in here for some Banh Mi. They were super friendly and helpful when choosing what we wanted. We were going to eat some there and take some to go. They set us up nicely with the vegetables and napkins and what not. I tried the Grilled chicken Banh mi and it was very delicious. The bread was super fresh and the flavors of the inside were perfect! They really load you up with veggies but unfortunately do not give you much meat. It was pretty sad actually. Luckily the bread was good to eat with butter on its own but man I wanted more chicken! My mom got the special to take home and said that there was no pate in it! We were so bummed! Pate is what makes it! I'll go back for the friendly service and fresh bread but maybe next time ask them to bump up with the meat and ensure pate is there.

Yelp
The sandwiches are pretty delicious here! It's one of the cheaper options in Eden center and they are generous with their portions. I like that they use a lot of pate all over! They have other items as well if you want to try other things. Friendly owners and I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
The banh mi here are all 4.50 a pop. Got their grilled pork banh mi. Taste wise, it was okay. It had the typical cilantro, pickled radish and carrots. The pork was a little on the dry side and thus it was a bit tough and hard to chew. It was cut up into cube chunks instead of slices. Flavor wise I also didn't taste much of a BBQ flavor or anything on the pork. Decent experience here - I probably should have gone with the cold cut meats.

Yelp
Very nice place to get a banh mi sandwich and a Vietnamese iced-coffee, and one of the best in the area. The prices are also reasonable. Only downside is that there is no indoor seating or a restroom... but there is a restroom in the mall and outdoor seating for now. Everything else is good. The banh mi here tastes authentic.

Yelp
For years, I have frequented Huong Binh and opted for their banh mi because it also happens to be where I get several other items. Recently, I opted to explore and get outside my comfort zone. From a safe distance, I observed a steady stream of customers flowing in and out of Banh Mi So 1 and decided to give them a try. They have a buy 5, get 1 free deal so being the ever deal hunter, I ordered six sandwiches. Didn't really care for the bbq pork but to my surprise, I found the special great. It reminded me of when I used to order that instead of bbq meat. Definitely good fresh and ok with the bread reheated. It can get a little crunchy and top of the mouth scratchy. They also sell French butter and Cafe Du Monde coffee along with some other small items. Very busy place that has sandwich making down pat.

Yelp
SAD is the appropriate description for this place after seeing the things they do to save money. My wife and I were looking to get some pastries and bubble tea in Eden Center. She noticed this place when we were going to our car. Being adventurous, we walked in to see what they had. This was our first and last time buying from them. The place looked old and dingy. The air conditioning was barely cool enough to keep us from sweating. They had no menu to give us. The overhead price boards were all they had. The prices were only $4.25 per sandwich. Awfully cheap so I wasn't worried about wasting too much money if it was not very good. They managed to exceed my expectation of not very good. The price was cheap, but their food tasted cheaper than cheap.    We got the following bánh mi: grilled pork, barbecue pork, shredded pork and charbroiled pork. The grilled pork had no grill flavor and little pork flavor. It was somewhat tender. The barbecue pork was the best of this bunch. The barbecue flavor was good and it was moist and tender. The shredded pork was a joke. Half of it was feeble flavor shredded pork and half of it was something that looked like shredded chitterlings. It had the texture of chitterlings and no flavor at all. Just because it comes from a pig doesn't mean it's pork. Unbelievable! The charbroiled pork was 2 slices of cooked processed ham with some sauce slopped on it. The sauce tasted like a salty black bean puree mixed with a little ketchup. Gag-fest! That's their version of charbroiled pork. Woowee, someone's playing fast and loose with the definition of pork!!    The vegetables were cucumbers, cilantro, jalapeños, green peppers, pickled white radish and carrots. We asked for our vegetables to be separate. They gave us only enough vegetables for half of the sandwiches. The taste was good and it was fresh.       Every sandwich had only a single layer of meat that wasn't enough to cover the bottom of the baguette. I've seen more meat on a skeleton. The meat and vegetables were like condiments for our baguettes. The baguettes were crudely made. They didn't taste fresh and were as plain tasting as you can get. The crust was thick and the interior was denser than a Vietnamese baguette should be. This shows that either improper technique was used and/or ingredients were cut. They cracked badly when I opened them for photos. Squatting plumbers don't have cracks this bad. There was no mayonnaise or pate in the sandwiches. What a surprise.    This place needs many changes immediately. Unfortunately, they need to increase prices while increasing the amount of meat and vegetables. Quality issues with the food need to be addressed. The store interior needs improvement. If you look at older reviews, you will see a history of insufficient fillings. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Yelp
Workers there are terrible and rude. I wanted to purchase more veggies pepper for my banh mi. They said they don't sell it. I donno if the owner was there or not. I hope owner address this issue with their employees. I am a regular customer there.

Yelp
This is one of the better bahn mi I've had in Eden Center. The bread is just perfect - nice crustiness but not too hard. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. l usually go for the tofu banh mi but they didn't have it here so I got one with chicken. Really tasty!

Yelp
The picture says it all. They obviously used old pickled vegetables in the sandwich as those white pickles radishes have turned BROWN. They threw in a few pieces of fresh white pickled radish in there, but that's all the more to show the stark contrast! This could make you sick!!! You guys should be ashamed. My usual banh mi placed was unexpectedly closed when I went today, so I came here, but that was a huge mistake obviously. They do a lot of carry out orders so you should open up your sandwiches and check them before you leave.

Yelp
Good cheap spot to buy banh mi. I ordered the #1 which is the special combo and #8 which is the grilled pork banh mi. While I wish there was a little more meat, the bread was fresh and it was a good sandwich for $4 each and they accept credit card.

Yelp
Really good Banh Mi. #8 is a really good and with a little extra nuoc mam it is even better. I find that these sandwiches are even better if the nuoc mam (#8) or soy sauce (#1) has a chance to soak into the bread a bit. The beef jerky (in the bins to the left) is sweet but really good. The deer jerky (venison) is thinner and not as flavorful.

Yelp
Stopped here on my way to the airport and bought to sandwiches. I ordered the bbq pork and charbroiled pork. Each sandwich is $5 each and a foot long. Such a good price. They have a deal that you can buy 6 sandwiches get 2 free. That was too much for me though. If you're not going to be eating the sandwiches soon, get the veggies separate so they won't make the bread mushy. Will be returning here again!

Yelp
Some of the best Banh mi I've had in the area! Good Bread, perfect size, good portion of meat, good price. Loved that I could see a picture of each type. I got the combination special and the bbq pork (thit nuong). Good flavors, fresh ingredients. Need to come back for more.

Yelp
This place used to be one of my favorites but now it's so horrible. The bread is skinny, barely any fillings, and the pickled radish is cut into tiny little pieces. I ordered #1,2,4,8,9, and 10. The only difference I tasted was #1&10. Every other ones did not taste well put together. Extremely disappointed. If you're looking for a good banh mi, I don't recommend this place anymore.
