A work colleague and I have returned to this establishment at least 40 times, a figure we can confidently verify thanks to our bank statements. Each visit, without exception, leads us back to the same choice from their extensive menu: the iconic collaboration between France and Vietnam, the bánh mì.
We always go for the Pork Special, and remarkably, it has yet to disappoint. The balance of flavours is consistently spot on: crisp bread, perfectly seasoned pork, fresh herbs, and that unmistakable harmony of richness and freshness. It doesn’t try to reinvent the bánh mì; it simply delivers it exactly as it should be — satisfying, comforting, and undeniably moreish.
After 40 visits, consistency is no longer a coincidence. Bahn Mi Town doesn’t just please; it keeps us coming back, again and again.
