This is a Michelin Guide–awarded Vietnamese restaurant that specialises in bánh xèo (Vietnamese pancakes) filled with pork and shrimp.
They also serve bún thịt nướng (grilled pork noodles) and corn-filled fried spring rolls. I’ve been coming here for many years, even before they received the Michelin award, back when they were at their old location.
I’ve tried all of the dishes and they are all delicious. In my opinion, the secret is their house-made fish sauce — thick, rich, and clearly prepared in-house, not the thin bottled kind.
On my most recent visit, the pancakes were slightly undercooked and not as crispy as I prefer. I’d recommend asking for them to be cooked crispy when ordering to avoid disappointment.
