"This 30+-year-old no-frills shop at the very end of an alley serves a concise menu of crispy pancakes known as bánh xèo, alongside skewered pork, grilled meat and noodles. Everything comes with fresh herbs, pickled papaya, cucumber and strips of eggplant. Feel free to customise your own rice paper pancake with meat to order and condiments on the table. The minced pork peanut sauce dip is a must." - Michelin Inspector

This place is amazing! Tucked way back in a long alley is this Banh Xeo gem. This place was teeming with activity and patrons devouring the delicious and flavorful Banh Xeo. The food is immediately brought to your table and is ready to be rolled into the best bite of Banh Xeo you have had in your life. It's a very simple menu because all they specialize in is Banh Xeo! And they do a damn good job at it. The dipping sauce that goes with it is just amazing. The complexity of flavors compliments the Banh Xeo perfectly. This place is often duplicated but don't fall for it. Look for the sign. You won't be disappointed!

I’ve really gotten into Bánh Xèo on this trip. This restaurant is well-known and famous for its Bánh Xèo. They only have four dishes on the menu, so the two of us ordered everything: Bánh Xèo, noodles, grilled beef, and meatball skewers. After ordering, a lot of fresh leaves and sauces were brought to our table, and the staff casually placed rice papers in front of us. We enjoyed rolling Bánh Xèo, meatballs, beef, and vegetables together, then dipping them into the fragrant sauce. Everything was so crispy and flavorful. The total bill was about 300,000 VND, which I think is reasonable for the amount and quality of food. We went there by motorbike. It might be a little difficult for tourists to find the restaurant because it’s located at the end of a narrow path. Please look for the green signboard so you don’t miss it.

Another one of the many Michelin guide restaurants. The restaurant is quite hidden inside some small alley. With the smallest restaurant entrance we came across for the entire vietnam trip, we got ourselves into this simple and yet tasty restaurant. Once you entered, the kitchen is on your left, the seating are very simple stools and space is limited. They dont offer much, its a simple menu, most of the people here ordered the same thing. The rolls with their specialty peanut sauce. The sauce has the same looks and taste of the Malaysian Satay peanut sauce. Something that we are very used to. Overall is its a nice experienced.

Excellent Vietnamese spot tucked down a tiny alley — use Google Maps to find it! We tried all four dishes on the menu, and every single one was outstanding. They even serve Tiger Beer, which pairs perfectly with the food. Apparently Michelin-starred, and it tastes like it. The star of the show is the peanut dipping sauce — absolutely incredible. Be sure to mix it with their chili oil for the perfect balance of richness and heat.

Absolutely a must visit in Da Nang. Absolutely teeming with people and for good reason. The bamh xeo are small but mighting, crispy and ao delicious. The meat sauce they serve it with is full of umami and unique to this region. The nem are so tasty too and easy to devour. Comes with an abundance of herbs. Our favourite meal in Da Nang.

This place is listed in the Michelin Guide for 2024–2025. What can I say about it? It’s definitely a very authentic local spot — in fact, I didn’t see a single foreigner there, only locals. From my perspective, though, it’s a place known for just two dishes, which is exactly why people come here. Because of that, the service is fast: there are lots of customers and plenty of staff working and serving. At the same time, I can’t say this is the best food I’ve tried in Vietnam. I’ve had very similar dishes in other places, and honestly — excuse me — they were actually tastier. What I want to say is that in recent years, Michelin hasn’t really lived up to its own standards or categories at all. It feels as if they either sell spots in the guide, or the selection is simply not objective and is instead purely subjective — which, in fact, seems to be exactly the case.

Went to this restaurant for lunch today, it was so busy but I was given a table immediately! The menu is easy to navigate, the star of course being their crispy Banh xeo pancakes. I received all of the ingredients to assemble my rice paper roll and I saw waiters even refilling them as they were eaten in some tables. The food came extremely quick and it was delicious, I especially loved their peanut dipping sauce. 10/10

Was recommended by Gracie from Love Vietnam Tourism. It did not dissapoint. If you want to taste authentic, easy and devious food this is it. Only 4 things on the menu. Order them all, or if your solo ask for half portions. Super tasty food.
