Tried their Shina Soba. The portion size was perfect and not too pricey. The soup was super light but so flavorful, and the noodles had a nice chewy texture. It can get busy, but the wait wasn’t bad at all. The area is a bit narrow for parking, so we parked nearby and walked for about 5 minutes. There are free parking spaces around, so no problem finding a spot.

Ramen was amazing here! Came for breakfast and there was no queue but the place is pretty well known. Soup was clear and noodles were not soggy. Definitely recommend trying this out.

Most delicious Kitakata ramen of my life. Visited around 11:30 and there was no queue, however, in a matter of minutes, the line was out the door. Simple menu, delicious food. Would go again!

Pretty much the best ramen I had in my 21 days in Japan. The charsiew ramen was about 1100 yen for 10 succulent pieces of charsiew. The kind you press against the roof of your mouth and it just disintegrates into flavour. I still can't describe the taste because I've never had anything like it The porky broth may be too light for some hardcore ramen fans but for me it was perfect. Service was great and it was an open kitchen so seeing your ramen get put together and served to you enhanced the experience. You can add chili flakes, chili oil, black and white pepper and vinegar to your soup too

One of the best ramen you'll ever taste! it's base style is a clear, rich and light. Fitting for those who prefer a cleaner palette.

As we are around Kitakata area, we had to stop by Bannai Shokudo to try their popular kitakata ramen. There was a queue already once we reached there, glad it was not too long. I ordered the B menu. Not my thing but it was still tasty.
