Once you get here park to the left in front of the guard. Walk to the sliding automatic glass doors. Take a right walk behind the loading and unloading doors Their is a desk where a guy sits give him you bills . once the guy, I’m inside, give you your door number go back to truck. The guy I think is Eric will tell you to follow him and he will maneuver you and help you get set up to back into a door. There are light traffic going in and out so if you are in process of backing up, the traffic goes first I was in door one. Yes it is very tight really fast unloading no problems. Keep it simple. Don’t second-guess yourself and be safe and always watch what you’re doing.

The guy at the gaurd shack is the sole reason for this rating so far I wish evey dock had a guy like him if you come here just listen to him and it will be the least stressful stop of your career idk what yall are paying him but it's not enough if I show up next time and he's not there I might just leave edit just discovered the restaurant inside

I would leave a negative star review if I could, the two guys that unload the trucks are morning but rude jokes!! They waited to unload my truck until the last truck due to the fact I came in and asked what was taking so long after I had been waiting for over 5 hrs. Don't go in and ask anything if you wanna get unloaded!!! Horrible workers!!!

For OTR truckers this is not the place you want to be picking up or delivering here, nice people but extremely tight lot for turning your truck, it was so tight wich one of my tire it blow up right there. If you are OTR please stay away from this place. God bless all Truck Driver's 🙏💝

Great place for delivery. Eric is the best! He will help you to back in if you need help, Thanks to him everything is organized there. Another greet thing there. Don't eat breakfast if you will be there :) Delicious hot fresh made food inside. Yes!! They have La Trailita Mexican Restaurant inside!! Yummy! (check pics for menu) I hope for more deliveries to this place 👌👌👌

Some say its a tight dock to move into, if you know you know, its easy, just do a 90° spin, with tandoms foward and it's a snap. Bathrooms and very friendly staff, (They may try to sent you to their new receiving warehouse on 2743 W 36th Pl, Chicago, IL 60632 but FYI NO 53FT TRAILER WITH TANDOMS ALL THE WAY FOWARD WILL FIT!!! DO NOT EVEN TRY. EVEN A 48FT TRAILER WILL GET STUCK!!!, the dock there drops deep and your landing gear will hit, and you'll still be 20 feet from dock,, if you try to force it you will get hung up like a lowboy on a rail road track!!!) Make sure your delivery is at 2639 S Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60608 and dont let them talk you into going to the warehouse off California st and 36th place unless your a straight box truck or 42ft trailer. Came 3h before appointment got unloaded in 30 min. Trucker Friendly Company. Will come again.
