A Gelato Shop Called Cremalosa Is Opening on East College Avenue in Decatur, Near Avondale Estates MARTA Station, Atlanta | Eater Atlanta

"At Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport I note that an airport outpost of chef Shaun Doty’s Bantam + Biddy opens October 8 in the atrium of Concourse C; Doty says this location is an actual full-service restaurant (unlike most concourse offerings) and will include a list of the “greatest hits of Bantam” on the menu, and he is also converting his Atlantic Station Chick-a-Biddy into a Bantam + Biddy while planning another location on Amelia Island, Florida." - Beth McKibben

Located in Concourse C of the Atlanta Airport. The online menu is for a full restaurant; the one at the airport is much more limited sadly. $12 chicken tender meal + 2 sides (lots of choices - I went with collard greens and the mac & cheese). $2 peach iced tea (good!) and $6 banana pudding was not bad at all. Mac and cheese was ok (penne broken up and cheese), the collard greens a bit bitter and could've used some bacon, but the chicken was a good crisp and nice size for three pieces. Definitely a great taste of the south - no corn bread today but they had a delicious biscuit. Peach tea was fantastic - sweet, yes, but rich flavor of ripe peaches, much better than the weaker peach tea you get up in the NE. Honestly really just wanted to try all their sides!

I had a layover in Atlanta for about 18 hours and was looking for something besides fast food- I came up on this place and was so glad I did. I got the chicken tenders ( 3 ) huge tenders that were crispy crunchy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. I got 2 sides - Mac & Cheese which was very good. And roasted potatoes with onions and peppers. The food was delicious, especially for airport food. The girl helping me was very nice. Service was great. If you are at the Atlanta airport give these folks a try- I think that you will be very happy you did…

Food was so good. $13 for a decent sized platter. Food is super well seasoned and good quality. Fish was crunchy, Mac and cheese perfect, and the Brussels sprouts hit the spot everytime. My second time coming here, now my go to when I’m in/out of ATL. Customer service was A1 as well

A little bit of a hidden gem in ATL Airport! Had a 2 hours layover time before my next flight and decided to try it. Ordered the fried whiting filet with collard greens and rice & gravy. The whiting is the star of the dish; it came up fresh from the fryer and was absolutely scrumptious. Collard greens were nice and tender, though that is expected. Rice & gravy was also good, but nothing too surprising. For $12 + tax and generous portion, definitely worth to check out if you are bored of the usual Chik-fil-A or McD airport food.

Ate here on a layover, chicken tenders were probably the best gluten free tenders I have ever had. $13 for 3 big chicken tenders, two sides, and a gluten free biscuit or cornbread. I wound up doing double brussel sprouts and skipping the biscuit/cornbread since I wasn't very hungry. Being celiac I was excited for the chicken tenders, but was really impressed with the portions and flavor, especially for the price. Will definitely be back if I have a layover in Atlanta.

You get a lot of food for the $10 breakfast buffet. I really liked the eggs and the French toast. The bacon had too much pepper on for me, but my husband seemed to really enjoy it. He also said the grits were much better than waffle House. Lol. Overall it was a good stop For breakfast in between our flights at the Atlanta airport.

Surprised by the price! $12 for 1 entree, 2 sides and a bread! Sure beats a burger and fries !! Friendly staff. Decent southern food! Overall great for airport !

On September 10 2025, around 11 am. Great price I was greeted by one of your employees She observed I was having a hard time deciding so I asked about the biscuit and she said it was homemade. I also had the fried chicken and the oatmeal to go with. It was delicious. It was the best meal I had since I had been in Fort Lauderdale. Great price too! Thank you, Marcie
