Loved our stay at Banyan Tree! The location is stunning, right on the beach with breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Will definitely come back again!

Friendly staff, good guestroom, clean & unique. While we staying in the hotel the service is attentive and responsive. The room cleanliness is worth mentioning. The view is breathtaking every side. We recommended this hotel as one of comfortable place.

Took my mum for a mother-daughter trip in Bintan. 3D2N is a nice short getaway and planning it arriving Thursday and leaving Saturday means I avoid crowds and also enjoy weekday prices for spa treatments in the hotel. The villa has a great view and is very spacious with jacuzzi. Staff are very attentive, nice and polite, and answer all requests timely regardless the hour. It was nice to join the sunset ritual on Friday evening to see a short traditional dance with drinks and finger food bar. My mum and I enjoyed our spa treatments. Meals at saffron and cove I think have the best sea views. Just be aware of the monkeys and keep your balcony door close if you are not in the room. They know where is the minibar and their favourite snacks are potato chips, and they also know where the staff place the welcome fruits. That’s how I lost 2 cans of potato chips and 2 apples 😂😂 just explained to the hotel staff and you will not be charged.

Every staff (Buggy driver, Restaurant staff, Spa Therapist, Front Desk staff etc)in Banyan Tree is friendly, professional and fluent in English. They have been a good host and attentive to their customers' needs. Love their pillow and spa menu. Great choice to chill and recharge with family.

Amazing. Can’t explain how great a time we had here. Nothing we wanted was too much trouble and the staff made us feel like we were staying with friends and family they were so friendly and accommodating. From the spa and massage to the Cove restaurant and the guys who would drive us around in buggy’s - the staff were the highlight which is saying a lot because the scenery and setting of this resort is phenomenal. The wild life is also something else from the Monkeys, frogs, bats and birdlife. Highly highly recommend.

It is very competitive the hotel scene in Bintan so I cannot really recommend the Banyan Tree… The rooms are very old and not updated. Things fall apart easily. You will see if you stay in the rooms. The staff are very friendly and generally nice but the whole place is not modern and although the scenery is good, I can say overall I still cannot recommend it as a good experience. Maybe it was before but try other hotels.
