Under the attentive leadership of Manager Richard Yap, the buffet offered an impressive variety each morning—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes that catered to every taste. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the team anticipated our needs with ease, adding a personal touch to every meal.||Afternoon tea at Tocha was another highlight. Nwe, our server, delivered warm and knowledgeable service, carefully explaining the different offerings and ensuring that every element was perfect. It was refined without being overly formal, and every detail—from presentation to pacing—was handled with care.||We also indulged in the rainforest spa experience, where the spa team exemplified the same attentive, guest-focused service we experienced throughout the property. Each step of the experience was guided with professionalism and warmth, ensuring total relaxation and a sense of personalized care.||It is worth noting that Banyan Tree Dubai’s guest attention surpasses even that of the highly rated number one ranked resort in Mexico, Waldorf Astoria Pedregal in Los Cabos, which is known for its exceptional service.
