"Bapp has something for everyone, from bowls of bibimbap to steak burgers and fries. You can never go wrong ordering Korean BBQ plates with spicy pork, but we love the sundubu soft tofu stew with clams, mussels, shrimp, and egg and the spicy jjampong soup with udon or rice noodles, clams, mussels, calamari, and shrimp. Find a table or booth with some friends, grab some boba tea or a beer, and check out the tiny Korean market inside after your meal. " - kristen pope

We had dinner here based in pretty good reviews and we were not disappointed. We tried the Bibimbap with beef bulgogi and another with grilled chicken. The beef definitely won hands down.as it was fresh and tender. The grilled chicken was quite average. We also ordered crispy fried tofu which was delicious. The ambience is OK for us and the service was excellent. We had an enjoyable meal here in Jackson.

Google
Food came out quickly, and the service was great. We had spicy pork. It wasn't very spicy. I would call it pretty mild comparatively to other Korean places we have eaten at. The sides were delicious, and the purple rice was pretty neat. Pricing is more expensive than your average Korean place, but that's to be expected in Jackson Hole. I would eat here again for sure.

Google
Spicy tuna rice bowl was delicious. The beef ramen was delicious but the pork potstickers were the spotlight of the lunch. The gentleman running the FOH was fast knowledgeable and very polite. This would definitely be a once to twice a week place if I lived here. Bravo ladies and gentleman of bapp

If you want a break from mountain food, and desire a veggie forward authentic Korean meal DO NOT pass this gem up. It was so good we came a second night in a row.

Ranjana

Google
We tried all vegan. And the food was delicious & was amazing except the noodles was on a little salty side. Each and every staff at the restaurant welcome and hosted us very well. Eden served us excellently.

Google
The service was excellent and the food was really good. I loved the pork potstickers. I also had the Dolsot Bibimbap with beef bulgogi and enjoyed it, but it was over salted.

Google
Passable Korean fare( only Korean spot in town :).The beef in the beef noodle soup is extremely tough, broth is OK.Lovely service.

Google
Absolute gem of a restaurant! There’s a lot of good restaurants in Jackson but this one is a must try if you like Asian food. Their takeout pork and noodle stir fry was delicious and the guy working the front counter was super friendly. Will definitely stop back here for a full in-house meal next time I’m out this way!

Yelp
BAPP!!! DO NOT MISS THIS ONE! Bapp was on my list to try on our visit to Jackson. It did not disappoint! Wasnt sure what to expect when we went in. Seemed like an order at the counter and then take to your seat. Dont be fooled. Great food great flavor great location great price....am I overdoing it...NAH I ordered an "iced ginger tea" my wife tried it and ordered one for herself! We started with the Korean fried chicken wings. Messy but Sooo flavorful. Wife went with AHI TUNA BAP. Great portion of tuna, beautiful presentation, wonderful flavor. She loved it! I chose the seafood jjampong. WHOA! HUGE,DELICOUS, FLAVOR BOMB...should I go on?? HA There was a more than ample portion of seafood. The Udon were done right. the broth was amazing and I never seemed to be able to empty the bowl! The staff was great. Our waiter was very attentive. And, who I imagined was the manager stopped by a couple times to see how we were doing. I would fly back to Jackson just for BAPP!

Yelp
Of all the places we ate at while in Jackson Hole, this was sadly the worst and our most regrettable. The food was nothing special. Meh at best. And very expensive considering. Ambiance is lower end. Service was excellent though! I was bummed, because I really wanted to love this place and was excited to eat here. (Sad trombone)

Enrica J.

Yelp
A great casual lunch spot but also.. the best meal I've had in Jackson Hole so far. More reasonable priced than other JH restaurants. Service was great- friendly and attentive without overdoing it. Ordered a spicy pork bento and a fried tofu app. The tofu was light and crispy. I enjoyed the fact that it wasn't drowned in sauce. Spicy pork was solid- flavorful and juicy; though I only wish there was more banchan. Solid spot- nothing to complain about here. Will definitely be back here.

Marcel M.

Yelp
Really good Korean food for being in the middle of nowhere lol we got the potstickers and galbi hot plate. It was delicious and nice to break it up from the burgers we'd be having. Overall I'd go back, 7.5/10

Jina K.

Yelp
As Koreans we chose this restaraunt as our first meal in Jackson hole. Did not disappoint. We had the sashimi salad and sashimi rice bowl, spicy pork bibimbap and fried chicken. Everything was delicious. Mango and strawberry boba for dessert was ok. Was a bit gritty and artificial.

Kirk H.

Yelp
Ramen Pop Up at Alpenhof, only on Tuesday! Who doesn't want a bowl of warm noodles after skiing?! Delicious!

Lynn T.

Yelp
We're visiting from Koreatown, Los Angeles and this was first meal we had when arriving in town was here. Food was delicious and it was a great way to kick off the trip. Service was hospitable and I know the next time we come out here we will be stopping by again. I'm excited to try more of the menu.

Yelp
I am very disappointed with this place. I spent $90 for some very small portions of some very alright food. The purple rice is the most bland dry rice I've ever had. The udon noodles are also extremely bland. The Mac and cheese is literally Kraft Mac and cheese and somehow crunchy. The pork gyoza were decent but $5 for only 2 pieces. The wings were very very dry but tasted alright. The only thing that was actually seasoned were the sides for the beef. This place is very OK but not worth the price at all I've lived in Jackson 3 years and this is by far the worst place to get food Go literally anywhere else, Albertsons deli makes better tasting food at a much better price.

Dee M.

Yelp
One of our favorite restaurants in Jackson! We got the seafood Sundubu Jjigae, miso soup, Kimbap and Mandu Guk. The food was hot and full of umami. The banchan that came along with the Sundubu Jjigae included broccolini, radish, kimchi and pickled cucumbers. The folks taking our order checked in with us on the quality and taste of the food we had ordered. The ambiance was very cute with a lot of Korean snacks and traditional fare at display. What a hidden gem this one!

Foodie Y.

Yelp
Giving it five stars because the have their own parking, the food is good, portions are generous, service is good and they have bathrooms. You can order to go also. I personally did have a preference for the traditional Korean dishes, like the Galbi beef with banchan, but also enjoyed the ahi tuna salad and dessert. I enjoyed both of their soups(see images), but do feel like there is something missing to the depth of the broths, but still enjoyable.

Brittany P.

Yelp
sheeeesh bud. holy moly. BAPP is amazing - i was super indecisive so grabbed a few small things and said i'd see how my friend entrée was when it came out then order more - we didn't need to order anything else ! large portions. great flavors. quick and nice service.

Megan E.

Yelp
We had the chicken skewer appetizer with the tangy (not too sweet!!!) teriyaki sauce and the beef bulgogi sizzling rice bowl with kimchi added and we were not disappointed. The fresh veg and generous portion sizes were easily shared between. So good - leaving Jackson happy that this was one of our stops

Yelp
We had a long day at Grand Teton and was headed to our Airbnb for the night. We passed by Jackson Hole and looking for Asian food for a change. We stumbled onto Bapp based on the high Yelp reviews and it did not disappoint. The place was busy when we arrived. We were quickly seated by the hostess. We were hungry from the long day of hiking, sightseeing and driving and placed our orders right away. Started with the chicken wings. I do not remember the sauce by it was delicious and it was gone in no time. Next we ordered the Galbi (short ribs) and Soft tofu stew. The Galbi was sweet and not too salty. Overall, it had a lot of meat and quite tasty. I highly recommend ordering it. The soft tofu was huge portion and good for sharing. It has big shrimps and other seafood. It has a kick and little salty but was a great pairing with the Galbi. They also serve some sides (kimchi, etc) . Restaurant is casual and clean. Lots of windows all around so was bright. It is a bit pricier compared to bigger cities but on par with food prices in Jackson. Pleasantly surprised to find good Asian food and will be back again when I'm in the area.

Flora Z.

Yelp
Delicious food. Highly recommend the jjampong. They being everything out together so you might need to be patient.

Sarah K.

Yelp
Yum! We'd heard great tons about this place and it lived up to expectations! Friendly staff. Delicious food. A good break from the burgers and more burgers everywhere else!

Jeremy S.

Yelp
Stayed in the hotel next door to this Korean spot and wow, I wasn't expecting great Korean food in Jackson. Their stone pot Bibimbap is amazing, one of the best I had even coming from an area with a lot of Korean food in California. Service was great as well and the restaurant had a modern ambiance. Definitely a must try in Jackson for fans of Korean food or those who want to try something new!

Christine S.

Yelp
We went for lunch...The food was delicious and the service so friendly. Casual vibe. While there are so many great restaurant options in Jackson... this one has made its way up to one of our favs

David M.

Yelp
Not impressed. Beef was overdone and tough. Udon fairly light on NOODLES. Maybe an off night?

Alexis M.

Yelp
Stopped in after craving some hot noodle soup to warm up. We were a little skeptical whether this would be an authentic Korean restaurants but was pleasantly surprised to be welcomes by the smell of rich Koran broth. We ordered the Jjampong and Sundubu to share and it was amazing and super delicious. The Jjampong is a Korean spicy seafood noodle soup with udon noodle and the Sundubu is a soft tofu packed soup with seafood, a soft boiled egg and purple rice on the side. I preferred the soft tofu soup as it was more my spice level but both were authentic and super delicious. Portions are great and service is friendly and efficient. We ordered some hot honey ginger tea and left feeling super cozy and full! I definitely recommend stopping in here for some yummy Korean food!

Charleen R.

Yelp
Nice cozy ambiance on a snowy day. Good service. Had the bibimbop on three different occasions, cause that's my favorite! Overall good flavors, and their tofu is an A+. My only complaint is that the rice was not crunchy! Boo hoo! I love me my crunchy rice! Otherwise a good meal.

Allison N.

Yelp
Excellent find in Jackson! The value for the lunch meal cannot be beat the quality of the food was amazing. We got several bowls, a bento box, and wings and were pleased with everything from serving size to taste. The favorite of the table was definitely the spicy pork and the wings. The service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was all friendly and courteous. Wish we had found this earlier on our trip because we would've come back. Highly recommend stopping here (especially for the lunch specials!) for some delicious Korean food.

Allison M.

Yelp
The kids and us were hungry for something other than burgers and fries on our summer trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Bapp delivered! Delicious bibimbap and noodle bowls. We thought we would be able to get the lunch menu but those prices are only for weekdays, so we ended up spending more than $150 for lunch (otherwise I would have given 5 stars)---4 entrees and a kids kimbap, plus 5 drinks.

Tiffany G.

Yelp
Bapp is a must in Jackson. We have been coming for years to Jackson and never saw this place until now. We ordered the Beef Bulgogi and 2 veggie potstickers. Everything was fresh and delicious. The Beef Bulgogi was the best I have had. The waitstaff was so attentive and caring. We are sad that we found out about this place on the last day because we would have come back several times. We will be back the next time we are in Jackson. Don't miss out on this place.

Debra B.

Yelp
Today we had a business lunch at BAPP. It was noon and the restaurant wasn't too busy. We walked right in and got a table for four. I ordered the stirfry Udon with shrimp. I ordered it medium and I was told the heat was similar to Sriracha. I had the lunch portion not the dinner portion. It came in a bowl and the serving size was just right for me. It was so good! Just the right amount of heat. I ate the whole thing. There were plenty of shrimp. A couple of the others ordered a chai iced tea with milk. When it came they both said it was pretty sweet, may be a little too sweet. I like the ambience of this restaurant. The tables are nicely spaced and the acoustics are good so you can hear the conversation. The service was good too. Maybe the check could've come a little quicker. I will be ordering that Udon again! Maybe in the drive-thru!

Nicole E.

Yelp
On the main drag here in Jackson. The sign reads it's Korean and American. All of their chicken is grilled pulled chicken, that's odd to me. We have to order the food at the counter. We ordered 2 spicy tuna triangle Kimbaps, a chicken dolsot bibimbap with fried egg over hard, a chicken bibimbap with an egg over hard and two sets of the Korean side dishes (kimchi, cucumber, radish and ) and 2 extra kimchi sides too. $78.89. The banchans are okay. Kimchi is aged more than I prefer. The rest of the banchans are not some of the better banchans options out there. The chicken in both of our dolsot bibimbap and regular bibimbap are cold, hard, dry and overcooked. Their big pieces, not exactly nite sized. The meat reminds me of jerky. Not sure the point of the stone pot is barely hot. The rice isn't crusty or cooked in the stone pot and the food is mostly cold. They also use the dehydrated shitake mushrooms, not my favorite, as they gave this rubbery texture to me after being dehydrated. The better part of our meal was the super messy spicy triangle kimbap. They make it here a bit differently and clearly without the handy kit to keep the goods neatly between the rice. It's quite big and messy for kids, if you ask me. It tastes good, but really messy and too messy for me. I gave mine over to my husband after trying to eat a couple of bites of it without it all falling apart.

Shawn H.

Yelp
Such a treat to find delicious Korean food here in Jackson! The food was excellent and the staff and owners were super friendly and attentive. I've grown up eating Korean in the Bay Area and this felt just like home. Thank you, Bapp! Will recommend to everyone I know passing through and will be back ourselves!

Nhu N.

Yelp
So glad we found this restaurant, such a nice break from American food and burgers at the Yellowstone and Grand Teton. We had vegan and pork potstickers, galbi, seafood udon soup, chicken wings, hot stone bibimbap, fried tofu, lemonade, thai tea, milk tea, all were good. We came back twice, didn't expect such good Asian food here but we were pleasantly surprised

James A.

Yelp
The three of us went for dinner.to this Korean (fusion) restaurant in Jackson, within walking distance from our hotel in downtown Jackson. We ordered a large order of chicken wings doused in a Korean sweet/spicy sauce, dolsot bibimbap (rice mixed with vegetables and fire beef in a spicy sauce, cooking in a heated stone bowl), Sundubu (spicy tofu soup) which comes with 4 small appetizers). I also saw a beer from a local brewery (Jenny Lake) that I wanted to try. It's a Vienna style lager and I swear I tasted a slight grape juice flavor to it. It is also named after the lake that has an interesting backstory (https://jhstylemagazine.com/why-is-it-called-jenny-lake-the-story-behind-one-of-grand-teton-national-parks-true-gems/). It is sit-down service, but you need to first order and pay upfront. After that, the service was fine.

Yelp
It's a little strange to see a Korean restaurant in Jackson, Wyoming. But since my wife is Korean and a chef and needs her kimchi and rice fix, we gave this restaurant a shot. This food review is based on my wife's opinion since she is the [Korean] chef in the family. The rice was not great, but to avoid giving them a low score, she attributed it to the altitude, which makes perfect sense based on her explanation. The Udong (noodle soup) for my mother-in-law was good, but my wife's soup used the wrong noodles (they said it was unavailable), which made the soup altogether incorrect. That's a no-no, as they should call it, as the customer expects to get it. The ambiance was okay, but the server was exceedingly friendly on his first day on the job. My wife gives this place four stars, but I give it three. Since she's an expert in Korean cuisine, I'll post it her way.

Jamie S.

Yelp
Let's start with the service! Our female server was so helpful with suggestions on beer, appetizers and entrees. I was appreciative of her patience while I asked questions. The environment was nice, a lot of families were there and they had some soft music playing. Now the food!! I ordered the beef bulgogi dolsot bibimbap and my husband ordered udon noodles, both were exceptional. The boba tea was also refreshing. Happy to have found this spot while we were in Jackson for the week! If it was local to us, we'd go every week!

Raj S.

Yelp
Great spot for Korean food! Excellent portions. The spicy pork bbq was delicious as was the udon noodles with shrimp. Our almost 4 year old and 1 year old loved it!

Adam H.

Yelp
This was intentionally our first stop for food when we arrived in Jackson Hole and the food was just as amazing as we remembered it. I highly recommend stopping by for some delicious Korean food and great vibes. The staff is very friendly and attentive and everything we've ordered so far has been incredible. We will be back!

Kassandra P.

Yelp
This is the best food in Jackson Hole! The bibimbapp was delicious and a perfect portion. The service was outstanding as well. This was a pleasant departure from the primarily Mexican and BBQ restaurants in the area. Also, they have soju!

Pamela E.

Yelp
Had dinner here tonight and it was exceptional -- 10/10! We got the Sundubu (soft tofu stew) and the Beef Noodle Soup. They were both incredibly flavorful, perfect level of spice, generous portions and exactly what we needed after a cold day in Jackson Hole. Equally impressive was the incredibly attentive and friendly service. The food came out promptly, we were taken care of through the meal with anything we needed, and the tab came quick after we asked for it. The ambiance was warm and cozy, and the price points were totally fair. I will definitely be back next time we're in Jackson!

Jake D.

Yelp
Excellent food, friendly people. HOWEVER Do NOT order online. A 20% "gratuity" tip is automatically added. It says it goes to the "restaurant." What does that mean? Do the workers get it? It sounds like they don't. By the way, an automated 20% tip for TAKEOUT is already INSANE! Pretty ridiculous and disappointing.

Rachel H.

Yelp
When I think of Jackson Wyoming I don't think of DELICIOUS Korean food. My mother is Korean and I grew up eating Korean food. With that being said this food was excellent and authentic. We had the "potstickers" (Mandu) first. This was our least favorite as it was overly hard and crunchy but the flavor was nice. I got the jjampong and this by far is the BEST I've ever had. Fresh garlic, delicious seafood, and perfectly cooked udon noodles. Every bite was cooked to perfection despite having several types of different seafood. My partner for the kalbi and it was also perfect. Large portion, perfectly tender meat, and adequate seasoning without it being overwhelmingly sweet or salty. The purple rice was super well cooked and soft. The sides were perfect and all the best sides. Pickled cucumber and radish, broccolini, and perfectly aged Kimchi. Everything came together perfectly and I'll be searching for a jjampong even somewhat as good as the one they have at Bapp! Additionally service was great and everyone was so nice and quick to attend to our needs! Highly highly recommend

Jakoby G.

Yelp
The food here was amazing! I got the dolsot bibimbap with the beef bulgogi. I definitely recommend this one as your meal stays warm and the rice in the bottom gets a crunchy texture! Staff was super friendly and offered helpful suggestions. I will definitely be coming back.

Chris H.

Yelp
I've not been to Korea but my educated guess is this is pretty authentic Korean cuisine. Great food and service... Spicy BBQ Pork was fantastic and was enough for two decent sized meals.

Chi H.

Yelp
I ordered the vegetable dumpling soup and the flavor was excellent. The service was fast, though it took a while for our drinks (diet pepsi and boba milk tea). It was surprising to find a Korean place of this quality in Jackson, and I recommend this place if you want a break from the usual places in Jackson Hole. Not fancy, but delicious.

Christina S.

Yelp
10 stars! Korean food in Wyoming? I asked myself. And the answer is YES. Go here!! I live in San Francisco and have had my fair share of Korean food and this was one of my favorite Korean restaurants I've been to. Authentic and freakin delicious. I got the Korean BBQ Beef short ribs (L.A. Galbi) and WOW the marinade/seasoning was excellent and they were cooked to absolute perfection. Also a MASSIVE portion but it was so good I had to eat it all. One of the banchan (sides) was a pickled radish and it was absolutely addicting. I had to ask for more and honestly would've bought a jar to take home. The Korean fried chicken wings were also delicious. This place made me so happy! I was raving about the food and got to meet the chef who came out to talk to another party and she was absolutely lovely and cooked her meals with so much love, you could really taste it. Thank you Bapp!! Service was perfect too

Josh C.

Yelp
Extremely rude service. Actually the worst service I think I've ever experienced at a restaurant. The man serving us also seemed to be related to management which is just unbelievable. I'm upset that I spent any money with this disrespectful establishment.

Changmin K.

Yelp
Food was served in the heavily damaged bowl as shown in the picture. The manager was extremely rude and awful attitude. The worst service I ever experienced. The manager should be fired immediately if he is not an owner.

Elli Z.

Yelp
Got into Jackson late last night and was looking for something fast and tasty to-go for dinner. Husband picked up the chicken noodle stir fry and beef bibimbap. When reading the menu, the prices seem a little steep, however the portion sizes were borderline Cheesecake Factory (but I promise, that's where any CF references come into play. The food was delicious. Everything tasted super fresh and meat quality was superb. The noodles definitely tasted handmade and had such a nice al dente chew to them. Would definitely be regular customers if we lived closer.

Diana M.

Yelp
We came from NYC to Jackson WY for vacation, we stayed in Yellowstone for 3days and drive south to Jackson for 3 more days. After rafting we are super hungry and we want some hot soup and hot noodle soup to warm up and we saw BAPP show up on Yelp with pretty good reviews so we want to give it a try. NYC have many many options of authentic Korean restaurants so when we walked in we didn't have very high expectations but the restaurant does smell really good of the Koran broth. I ordered seafood broth with beef and udon, my husband ordered soft tofu stews. OMG!!!! They are authentic and super delicious . The portions are good. We both finished everything we ordered. I am going to miss this place when I back to NYC

Ed L.

Yelp
Chicken wings could've been more moist and crispy, I thought they'd be big and juicy like they are at Bon Chon. They're edible but more on the dry side. The spicy pork bowl had a rather small portion of meat. I don't see why they can't just serve regular white rice, the purple rice is just not my thing. Service was fair. The ambiance is alright.

Ian B.

Yelp
Another great restaurant in Jackson If your looking for something different and unique this is a great spot to try. Also another great spot for vegans and vegetarians in town I've had the stir fry noodles with tofu twice and loved them. Can't wait to come back and try the Bibimbap. Great staff! Cute and simple interior. One thing I like is they have a separate pick up counter for to go orders (it's the simple things). They have gluten free options and a kids menu as well.

Harry L.

Yelp
Amazing food and service! So thrilled to find authentic Korean food in Jackson Hole and it really delivered.

Gerald C.

Yelp
Coming from a city that has a lot of Korean restaurants, this didn't seem all that special. I guess, in a city like Jackson, it's like a diamond in the rough. They seem to put a lot of the same kimchi in everything. Purple rice was mushy and soggy. Mushrooms were good and beef was nicely marinated. Not a lot of banchan to choose from.

Janess B.

Yelp
Great Korean food for a small town in the middle of nowhere. They did short me a bit with the bulgogi bibimbap and gave me a ton of rice!! But the flavors were good. Great service. Will come again!
