I love the ambience of this lounge. DJ was playing French house music, and my bartender was super attentive.

Overall, pretty nice vibe if you're looking for a cozy spot in River North for some drinks. Came right at opening and just kind of stood at the front reception for a while until eventually someone from the front of house told me I could just walk in. Since we came in right at 6, it was completely empty and my friend and I had our pick of seats. Server was super lovely and very attentive. But I guess that comes with the territory of being the only people there? Probably didn't see another party come for at least another 30-45min. At any rate, we got the milk punch and old fashioned. Both came out super quick. The old fashioned was pretty standard and the milk punch I thought was a bit too sweet, but both got a more mellow once the ice started to melt on it. I'd probably give the drinks a 3/5. Pretty average, but service and ambiance was really nice. As an FYI they also don't serve food (as of now). So I'd definitely recommend this as either a nice spot to grab a drink before or after a meal in the area. Pricing is pretty much what I'd expect for a cocktail bar these days, albeit honestly feels a bit cheaper than what you might find in River North? I guess I can't be too sure since I don't frequent this neighborhood too often.

Dimly lit and mysterious vibes for perfect for an intimate date night or a cozy get-to-gether with friends. It's definitely a great addition to the upscale lounge scene in Chicago! The cocktail I had was a lovely cognac- and bourbon-based Old Fashioned with toasty/roasted flavors in the back end from the cocoa nib. Both the hostess and the server were friendly and welcoming and we definitely enjoyed our pre-dinner drink!

Was there last night in a group of 9. Was less than half full and we still had to wait 20 mins for drinks. The lemon drop martinis were prepared using a saline solution and were disgusting. We complained and they refused further service. The manager was incredibly rude. Skip this place. Horrible experience.

This is a really nice addition to the lounge scene in Chicago. The ambiance, staff, and drinks were all top notch. The setup is good for flying solo, couples, and mid-size groups. I think they should seriously consider clearing the tables and chairs in the center of the space out later at night on weekends for a small dancefloor.
