We finally visited Bar Alimentar and it was worth the hype. It's a popular place so it obviously gets quite packed, but it's still a nice and cozy place for both couples and groups.
The white fish crudo was super fresh and tangy. The tuna carpaccio was also really good.
Our favourite for the evening was the crispy polenta with beef tartare topped with parmesan cheese. These were simply amazing.
Unfortunately, none of us enjoyed panino with grilled beef tongue. The tongue was quite robust and in your face. All the other plates had so much finesse, while this one was quite the opposite.
Great wines, and good service at fair prices. Would definitely recommend.
